Voordelen: "I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line."
Nadelen: "It was a terrible two day experience that would have turned into over 3 if I did not cancel my flight plans.... vacation ruined."

Nadelen: "After showing passport to get boarding pass, had to line up to show passport again to get boarding pass stamped at gate-no instructions, just a line.. Why!? Poor communication."

Voordelen: "I loved that every seat had a pillow, blanket and head-phones waiting. The movie selection was great, too.The service was excellent. Love having metal utensils, and not plastic."
Nadelen: "No fault of the airline, but when passengers recline their seat backs all the way, it's very difficult for the person behind. Two vegetarians meals were offered - which is ok, but I was unsure if either had sufficient protein; plus the side dishes were all starches."

Nadelen: "Check in was annoying in Paris as we had to go to ticket counter, and then go to a different counter to pay for luggage. Annoyed in the first place to have to pay for 2 checked bags on international flight, but to have to go into three separate lines in order to do so was pouring salt into a wound."

Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Voordelen: "Again boarding was smooth"

Voordelen: "On time, nice crew"

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Voordelen: "Customer service excellent even though I was in the economic class they made me feel first class!"

Voordelen: "All three of our party got upgraded to business class. What a treat to have a comfy bed instead of a crammed seat on a long haul flight. Swiss spoiled us with Champagne and decent food."
Nadelen: "Without knowing it when I booked the flight, I purchased "economy light" fare. In this class checked luggage costs extra; $60.00 a piece. Star Alliance Gold status doesn't help here."

Nadelen: "Reviewing Business class Nothing memorable at all. An ok dinner after take off followed by a tiny salad 8h later before landing. Quite minimal for such a long flight. The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."

Voordelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Voordelen: "Crew was great. Flight kept time. Safe trip. Thank you."
Nadelen: "The on board duty free did not have ample change, so I had to forfeit $3 in change.. On top of that they secrectly charged $10 extra on my card after my flight! I already got the ticket and paid extra luggage- what is the extra charge for?? The lady at extra luggage tried to overcharge me as well! Had to refer her to your website! I need this excess charges reversed. I demand an explanation!"

Nadelen: "Person in front reclined chair fully and left virtually no room for sitting!"

Voordelen: "Food was good. Seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "One of our seat back entertainment units did not work. The attendants tried to reset it twice, but it did not help."

Nadelen: "Choices of music and movies."

Voordelen: "Friendly service. Efficient. More leg room than most other airlines. Decent entertainment. Decent food."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Voordelen: "The food,crew and flight were flawless. Our flight scheduling had us connecting within a thirty minute period in zurich and we had to run to catch the flight. Probably would have missed the connection if our 26 year old son didn't run ahead. Too much drama and no one from swiss air to help. Suggest more time for transfer in the future or someone to guide passengers. We were nit the only ones. However, we did make it as did the others ( luggage too!)so kudos to swiss for waiting"

Voordelen: "the entertainment system was perfect, there were lots of movies and shows to entertain you, including newly release films. there were games and music also availble. the seating was comfortable we had blankets and pillows. The beverage service great and the food was good to. although there could have been better options in terms of the dessert ( ice cream taht was provided)"
Nadelen: "the boarding was poor, we waited in line to board and they did not announce to us that we need to have our ticket stamped before we got to the door, as a result we were sent out of line once the ticket was stamped we had to rejoin the line from the back. When i got through they then said something was wrong with my ticket in which they took it and I was pulled out of the line. they should try to the ticket check and the boarding line at the same time"

Voordelen: "Everthing went as planned. Left on time. Cannot complain."

Nadelen: "Checking in we had a nasty representative, but other than that, all was well"

Nadelen: "They lost my bag and after 24 hours, still no word on whether it's been located."

Nadelen: "Terrible service. Crew was unfriendly and unhelpful. There seems to be an element of arrogance when flying with this airlines."

Voordelen: "On every flight I have ever been on, if I request it I can get a whole water bottle vs. the small cups offered...however on this flight they refused saying 'it is against the rules"?? As a result I had to bother the flight crew over 10 times to refill my small glass...a huge inconvenience for both of us. The other inconvenience (one I have not experienced in over 5-6 years) was the the headphone jacks were the old fashioned kind...meaning you could not use your own, and the buds given by the airline were very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "The flight crew were great very friendly & service oriented as far as getting your food & water"
Nadelen: "My partner & I were given separate seats. We tired to reserve our seats online according to instructions & time but the online registration wasn't working properly. We had to wait til we were at the airport to do that. When checking in we were told we had to wait til onboard? Then once on board told no. So we were not able to sit together & weren't even in the same area of the plane. We also had an old plane & seats very uncomfortable. The movie screen was barely visible so basically u could just listen."
