Nadelen: "I did not understand if I booked with British Airways why my return flight was through American Airlines. I requested special accommodations with extra leg room as a result of recent knee surgery. My seat location was in row 34, the back of the cabin. Not as pleasant. Too far to walk leg room uncomfortable at times during the 8 hour flight."

Nadelen: "The plane departed at least 15 minutes late but the departure time was never updated to indicate the flight was delayed...even when it was ten minutes past the beginning of boarding and the plane had not even arrived yet. Felt like an exercise to improve flight scorecard performance. The flight landed at least fifteen minutes early...but we didn't have a gate..and ended up departing the plane​approximately on time...but planeside checked baggage took almost thirty additional minutes to finally return to the plane full of waiting customers. Felt way too long....and the ground crew didn't seem to appreciate that most people had a connection..."

The agent printed bag checks for me to my final destination and told me how to get needed boarding pass for the final stage. How wonderful to have pleasant and professional personal attention."

Nadelen: "Budget Rental, OMG 55 min wait in the parking lot before some would check myself and several other renters. NEVER use budget again. Its not that they were understaffed. I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."

Voordelen: "On my return I had my own seat! Not nearly as cramped. Had soda and pretzels. The air magazine was latest issue! The attended was nice."
Nadelen: "The seats needed to be shampood."

Voordelen: "None at all. Very poor customer service."
Nadelen: "Very poor customer service. Flight attendant name Daryl H. Colored male , declined to help me put my carry on luggage onto the over head bin. Instead he scolded me not to bring carry on luggage if I can't put it in. The bin wax too high for me . I'm 4'10 inc tall and unable to reach the over head bin. And Daryl H, was sitting on my paid chair. A nice passenger offer his help and put the carry on to the bin. I will not book this airline again."

Nadelen: "Just missed cutoff for baggage check by minutes. Told it had to go on next flight but one of us would have to fly with it. We both had paid for biz class. The agent gave me another biz class seat on the next flight 2 hours later. When I waited to board the gate attendant called my name. He chatted with another associate who irritably said "I hate when they do that, I'll go talk to the captain". She came back to the other one and he tore up my ticket and issued me a seat in the last row. When I boarded I mentioned that somehow I went from biz class to that and she retorted in a mocking tone "gee, don't know how that happened". Another passenger mentioned to me that they had given my seat to a gentleman in a blazer that somehow finangled it. Crappy bitchy customer service at the gate."

Nadelen: "Delays in departing and arriving at Reagan National due to conflicts with runways or planes still in designated areas."

Voordelen: "Mon vole de Charlot a New York était en retard de presque 1h. Cela ma cause de rater mon vol international avec Tourkish. En plus de toute la fatigue de passe une nuit dans des conditions très difficile, j'ai payer une pénalité de près de 700 dollars USA pour un autre billet plus d'autres frais divers en nourriture et en communication. Le plus difficile pour moi est que votre personnel a New York était insensible a mes problèmes."

Nadelen: "6-7 hour delay and another 90 minutes to get bags once landed as cargo door was stuck on the replacement plane. All planes on the PHL-AMS route are very old and lack amenities."

Nadelen: "My headphone jack only had sound in right ear. Headset was horribly uncomfortable so even if I did have sound the headphones hurt too much to use. Should be able to use your own headphones but there was no option to because of the double jack"

Voordelen: "It was a "quick" flight to London; it took less than 8 hours and that in itself was great. The crew was attentive and courteous."
Nadelen: "The food is plane food and the seat are as comfortable as plane seats."

Voordelen: "Flight was generally smooth and on time; however, at Terminal 5 in London, had to disembark from aircraft via stairway to use a bus to terminal. Overall, it was a very difficult seven hour flight."
Nadelen: "I purchased a first class round trip ticket on American Airlines web site but was downgraded to a World Traveller (economy seat 22B) for no known reason. BA said that I would have to claim a refund from American airlines, which I have requested, but not received. A very disappointing and unexpected experience as an Emerald (Executive Platinum) member as well."

Voordelen: "Cabin crew was pleasant and personable."
Nadelen: "Flight was canceled. No preparation. Took three hours to speak to agent, by which time all flights out that day had left or were full. Terrible meal provided the night if cancelation. On flight, meals were poor. No personal in-flight entertainment and movies shown were older. All around terrible flying experience"

Nadelen: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."

Nadelen: "Le vol Fort Lauderdale-Montréal a été retardé de 1:30h pour un entretien. Sur le vol de départ, le service de divertissement n'a pas fonctionné pendant une longue période. Il faut payer pour manger mais nous avions été avisés par la compagnie."

Nadelen: "Une femme à fait un malaise à côté de moi avec perte de connaissance, étant infirmier j'ai pris en charge cette dame avec un médecin, une fois installer à l'arrière de l'appareil nous avons pris ses signeservices vitaux mais à ma grande surprise aucun thermomètre n'était disponible et le brassard à tension était Manuel (plus personne ou presque n'utilisé se genre de brassard à tension...)"

Nadelen: "Vol plein depuis longtemps et ils trouvent le moyen de manquer de bouffe! Oui Rouge c'est "cheap" mais y'a des limites. Après avoir servi la moitié des passagers il ne leur restait plus de repas chaud."

Voordelen: "I thought the crew was awesome. Very friendly, but the bathrooms definitely needed to be taken care of. SO dirty."
Nadelen: "TV wasn't working at all which made for a very long flight! Food selection ran out. I felt like the plane was old and outdated."

Nadelen: "Coût des bagages 25$ par valise pas indiqué lors de notre réservation de vol via Kayak. On parle alors d'une augmentation de 50$ du coût du billet. Pas assez de personnel à bord. Assis à l'arrière et le premier breuvage nous a été offert que 2,5 h après le décollage!!!! Pourtant le personnel n'a pas arrêté de faire tout ce qu'il pouvait mais en nombre suffisant pour répondre adéquatement à la clientèle. Les sièges semblent avoir diminué en dimension et on ne se sent pas à l'aise lorsque que l'on mesure 6pi et plus et pèse 200 et plus sans pour autant être obèse."

Nadelen: "This Air Canada flight was operated by Lufthansa and was cancelled due to the strike. So, this means that I am still in Germany which is not the worst place in the world to be stuck, especially because my parents live here. So a few day longer are not a problem for me, but if it takes a week, it is not good because I am supposed to be at work and I am using up vacation I had planned to spent with my family."

Nadelen: "En allant a los angeles nous avons pu manger seulement après deux heures deux heure et demi apres que lavion soit decole... Nous avions 5h de vols a faire... En plus une fois arrive a notre place il ny avait a peine de choix qui restait pour la nourriture. Tres peu de choix de film Je suis legerement decue de mon allé mais mon retour sest bien passé."

Voordelen: "Très bon vol , personnel courtois et attentionné. Nourriture excellente"

Voordelen: "The staff was friendly and helpful when we missed our connection to Vancouver due to fog in Toronto. Also,it's good that you delay landings for safety purposes.The on board meal was good also."
Nadelen: "Being in the middle seat in the middle row was not very comfortable. The 767 maybe should be used on shorter flights."

Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were GREAT. The seats are crammed so close together that I had trouble getting my under the seat suitcase wedged in. On other airlines, the suitcase fits very nicely underneath the seat, allowing me to rest my feet on the suitcase. I am on the short side, so having the suitcase to rest my feet really helps. On the flight to Toronto, my daughter had to do it for me. On the return flight, the sweet flight attendant put the bag in and took it out for me. I really appreciated that"
Nadelen: "I know that all airlines have reduced the seat size and spacing. But it seems like Air Canada is worse than most."

Voordelen: "Everthing was smooth and on time"

Nadelen: "L'app n'a pas fonctionné sur ma tablette donc rien à faire pour 5 heures. Même avec l'app ne fonctionne pas trèes bien."

Nadelen: "J'ai réussi à utiliser le divertissement sur mon portable, seulement pour le voir jammer à chaque 10 minutes et m'empêcher de réellement "être divertie" par celui-ci. Les sièges et les acoudoires sont terriblement inconfortables. Le service en français par l'équipage n'était pas au rendez-vous.. seulement dans la portion entre Montréal et Toronto."

Voordelen: "The trip was amazing, for the extremely prompt and organized Japan crew boarding to the great and smooth flying despite the long time it took to get to Torinto"
Nadelen: "The food onboard could use an improvement, it felt very poor and flavorless. The Toronto immigration processing was cumbersome and time consuming, took us about an hour plus to clear customs which left us just enough time to make it to the gate for our connection flight to EWR. The process could be improved to allow for us to decompress enough to allow for a more relaxed connection flight."

Voordelen: "The food was very good and hot for being served last. We got blankets and pillows that was a plus."
Nadelen: "I was disappoint that we were not informed that we had to have wifi to use the entertainment system or rent iPads for $10.00. That is not right and your app. sucks to use. Please redo or get a new web person. So overall it was long a trip for people with children because they also had nothing for them to do. Fix this problem soon."

Voordelen: "Actually a very good flight, the flight was delayed by less than a half hour, but was really no bother. Slept very well and had enough leg room."
