It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!"

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Voordelen: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."
Nadelen: "Spacing between seats continues to be a problem especially for disabled clients. Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."

Voordelen: "I liked the entertainment. The crew was very attentive."
Nadelen: "One of the meals wasn’t extremely desirable."

Voordelen: "Everything went well, the crew was great."

Nadelen: "Cancelled one flight, then delayed another one because they were waiting for a pilot. They offered very little help, citing that they couldn’t control the weather, meanwhile WestJet is finding & paying for rooms, shuttle buses and taxis to make the delay more tolerable and less stressful. We could only watch and wish we were flying WestJet."

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Voordelen: "Crew responsive to service requests. Was able to select an exit row seat upon checkin online. Enough room for carry-on luggage to be stowed Check in helped us get to flight on time despite many customers."
Nadelen: "Limited selection of on-board food (Many items in the menu were not available)"

Nadelen: "Restroom no working for disabled. Boarding was disorganized and chaotic."

Voordelen: "Late departure due to an incompetent airport crew (the guys who fuel the plane) . The pilot keep us well informed about the delay. Since we left Vancouver late, we arrived late and had to sit on the runway for 30 minutes until we could get a gate at LAX. Again the pilot keep us informed and apologized for the inconvenience, The staff was very friendly."

Nadelen: "Paid for premium economy, only to find half of economy seats were empty and economy class had 3 seats for travellers to fully lie down to sleep."

Voordelen: "One flight attendant in particular stood out to me. She was extremely friendly and pleasant the whole flight. Flying is not always the easiest experience, especially during a 12 hour journey. Her positive attitiude definitely made it more bearable. Excellent customer service!"
Nadelen: "Certain members of crew did not offer the best flying experience. Ranged from being rude and curt with customers, and not being friendly and accommodating - need an attitude adjustment."

Voordelen: "Food and staff."
Nadelen: "Rushed to get connection flight at Vancouver. The official One hour 10 minutes connection time shrunk down to about 45 minutes, which is too short considering that most flights leave late from Chicago with an overly busy airport take-off schedule."

Voordelen: "Oft times Air Canada crews can be a bit less than friendly/hospitable but this crew were smiling, friendly and I thought very above average for an Air Canada crew"

Nadelen: "Not the most comfortable aircraft"

Voordelen: "Great cabin crew - really friendly and helpful to passengers. Good selection of drinks. AMS-YYZ-YQG All nice enough - good leg room and nice to have a 2-4-2 seating configuration YQG-YYZ-LHR Nice to be on a 787."
Nadelen: "Food was bland, but as expected on a transatlantic route. Good selection of drinks. One of the suitcases missed the flight, but was promptly delivered the following day. It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

Voordelen: "Boarding is very slow and disorganized. Plane was unusually noisy. Rouge seats are the WORST very little legroom even by economy standards."

Voordelen: "I thought the crew was awesome. Very friendly, but the bathrooms definitely needed to be taken care of. SO dirty."
Nadelen: "TV wasn't working at all which made for a very long flight! Food selection ran out. I felt like the plane was old and outdated."

Nadelen: "Extra security and customs checks changing planes in Canada"

Nadelen: "we pre booked seats at #14 because our daughter cannot walk without help, we took her to and from the plane by wheelchair to make it easier, they bumped us to seat # 32 , the very last one, that is a long walk, at check in the woman there was rude when we told her of our situation and that we had seats, she said there was nothing she could do because the plane was full, she was not very helpful at all, and asked if we wanted to take another plane. Our whole family has been traveling with air Canada, but I think it's time for a change. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "Everything was slow. We had been in the air for more than an hour before any drinks were offered. Also what kind of decent airline charges for alcohol on an 11-hour transatlantic flight? The entertainment options were limited, especially if you didn't bring your own device with the Air Canada app installed as there were no screens in the seats. The aircraft interior was dated and worn. The crew were curt and not helpful. I just expected better from the national airline of Canada."

Voordelen: "Plane left on time, smooth flight, arrived on schedule."
Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Voordelen: "Very pleasant flight crew and helpful. Always had a smile."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at the gate. There were 8 or 9 gates crammed into a small section of the airport. Literally packed in like cattle and getting to the gate for departure was a nightmare, people had to shove and push through the crowd. Not a good experience!"

Voordelen: "It was not a full flight, and I was able to get up and move to an empty row and stretch out. The crew on this trip were AWESOME!!!!! All very nice and helpful."

Voordelen: "The food was pretty good."
Nadelen: "Outdated plane with no built in entertainment for an 8 hour flight, and then they still charged $10 to rent a screen. Bathrooms were gross and there were tissues instead of paper towels. Overall very disappointing and uncomfortable flight."

Voordelen: "Aircraft was very comfortable and up to date"
Nadelen: "Both dinner and breakfast were so bad as to be a joke. Tasteless chicken on pasta with a miserable little salad for dinner. Breakfast far worse, the 'continental breakfast' being a slice of banana loaf or something similar in plastic film and a pathetically small yoghurt. Crew didn't even serve pour row coffee or tea, totally overlooked us. My next flight was with SAA to Johannesburg - infinitely better food and attitude. Not that I expect this eeview to make any imnpression on Air Canada. THey are beyond help and frankly I don't care as I won't fly with them again."

Nadelen: "I don't care for the practice of charging to select ones seat"

Nadelen: "3 mechanical problems. Two missed flights. 16 hours late. Lost luggage. The crew sent us at wrong place, we were stuck in a room until 6:30 am. We had to sleep on chairs. Everything that could go bad went bad. Will never ever fly with Air Canada again. That is a promise."

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable. Food was surprisingly good!"
Nadelen: "There was 1 crew member who once spilled ice over me & laughed it off saying he was just checking to see if I"m awake. Then another time spilled OJ on me & didn't even notice or apologize or offer a napkin so I can clean myself off. Also I had wanted to upgrade my seat for this flight but was unable to because there was no representative at the huge airport in Shanghai. Nor could I do it online. That was a huge inconvenience!"

Nadelen: "Delayed flight from Toronto to washington"

Voordelen: "My vegan meal made it to me"
Nadelen: "Complicated boarding"

Voordelen: "I was not expecting much from the small aircraft, but there was so much leg room that my very tall husband actually fit in the seat and his knees didn't touch the seat in front of him like usual. And, there was an in-flight entertainment system, also unexpected. Kept the kids happy."
Nadelen: "I gave 1 star for food because there wasn't any. Air North has cookies."

Voordelen: "Flight, crew, and entertainment was fine."
Nadelen: "Food was mediocre. The worst part was the disorganized mess at the US border checks in the Toronto airport. There were hours of wait and surely many international passengers came very close to missing their connections. The officers promised us that they will hold our connecting flights since they know we're already in the lines. However, be prepared for the stress of waiting in lines where there are not even restrooms."

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. Didn't get the correct seat."

Voordelen: "Very nice people, seats large enough"
Nadelen: "impossible to work on my computer, plug without enough power turn off automatically"

Nadelen: "No free alcohol. Lights didn't turn off ever so I could get some sleep."

Nadelen: "I would like a flight map to follow the flight and have more information"
