The seat and luggage moves added to the chaos on the plane and delayed the flight by about 45 minutes. food was mediocre, seats uncomfortable. All in all not a good experience. Had boarding been calmer and smoother the rest of the issues wouldn't be as notable as us passengers would have been in a much better mood."

People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."
Nadelen: "Iberia should do something about its check-in process, it seems way below the industry standards. 1. Online check is only worth if you don't have any luggage. If you do, there's no point of doing that, because there's one line for both check-in and luggage drop off. 2. If you arrive to the airport 1h45min before the flight (LOCAL flight!!!), you'll be among the last ones to check-in, because you will spend about an hour in the line (there's just two people at the register: one for economy and one for business). In the end everyone in the line will get checked in (thanks for that), but the flight will be delayed and Iberia will blame the security (which takes 5 min to pass, unlike the check-in process."

While there were at least two other Easy Jet planes which could have taken me to London due to no-shows, the staff told me the flight lists were lost. So I got home 4 hours late, and two Easy Jet flights landed in London with empty seats. Even if the flight is fully booked, please implement a stand-by list so passengers in this common situation can fly in the place of no shows. The poor review is because of this failure and because Easy Jet got me home 4 hours late. Otherwise pleased."

Nadelen: "Our Easy Jet flight from Reykjavik to Geneva was cancelled because the plane that the company sent over from Geneva was about 15 seats too small. The ground crew told us that all rows after 26 did not exist. At first, this was characterized as an overbooking, which probably made me more angry than the subsequent explanation that the plane from Geneva had maintenance problems, and that passengers from Geneva to Reykjavik had suffered the same fate. The real problem here is that Easy Jet lacks problem solvers. We watched a bag jam-up the conveyer from the check in to wherever it goes from there. Ticket agent after ticket agent tried to fix it until one got lucky. Where was the person with a toolbox who knew about these things? Likewise, with our situation, there should have been a customer service specialist who had seen this type of problem and knew just what to do. Instead, the ground crew, friendly as they were, really just made a lot of phone calls for us and tried to be empathetic. We'll be filing a claim for compensation and hopefully Easy Jet can make some improvements."

Nadelen: "One of the worst check-ins I have witnessed. My name is Tania and I do travel on a weekly basis due to my job. This is the worst, rudest check in crew I have ever seen. The communication with your customers should always be pleasant and polite, not arrogant and, quite frankly, dismissive. As it happens with many flights, a lot of travelers are not familiar with the "one bag" easyjet policy. I did not have the issue as I am quite familiar and make a point to put my tiny hand bag inside my carry on. I did witness the uncourteous way the boarding crew explained or shall I say, unexplained the policy. As it was a rather full flight, most of us that boarded pat had to check in our bags as we board the flight. The boarding crew did not bother to let us know that it was a full flight and unfortunately we had to check in out bags, but rather ignored us, put the checkin tag on our bags while avoiding eye contact. I had to literally bend over to search for the boarding crew 's eyes to confirm I had to check in my luggages as she refused to even listen to my question. She rudely responded that yes, your bag in going down. Now, as I said, I am a frequent traveler, and I understand the stress of the flight running late, the ocerbookings, the cancellations and the less amiable travelers (I have seen my share or indecent people who have no decor what so ever). However, in this case your boarding crew did nothing to communicate properly to their customers, your customers! Being rude, unfriendly and unnacommodating is simply unacceptable when it comes to customer service. I normally don't write reviews, but the behavior was so outraging that I cannot be a quite passenger... not this time."

Nadelen: "Check in at Mykonos airport was beyond terrible! 3 easy jet flights taking off apparently at the same time. one to Nice, ours was to Geneva and another to London Gatwick! Incredible queues for something like 3 staff max! all 3 flights were delayed for an hour."
Nadelen: "Got cancelled at the last minute - we were on the bus to get onto the plane when they sent us back to the terminal. Standing around and waiting for about an hour before they officially cancelled and was stuck overnight. I ended up driving so as not to miss our international flight the next day. This was my first (and now last) time I fly easyJet."

Nadelen: "Speedy boarding onto a bus at Vienna - with all the other passengers joining, so no extra benefit."

Nadelen: "Flying with Easyjet is very, very basic. Luckily, it wasn't raining. Having to walk to and from the plane over the tarmac would not have been a pleasant experience. Once on the plane, it's like any other airline. I think Schoenefeld needs some modernization..."

Nadelen: "le site Kiwi qui vend le billet pour la compagnie Wizz a été la cause du rachat d'une carte d'embarquement au prix du billet ! un scandale. Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Nadelen: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Voordelen: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Voordelen: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Nadelen: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Nadelen: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."
Voordelen: "I asked for a cup of water for my child and they gave me a bottled water. Then they charged me 2.50 euros. Their credit card processing machine was not working properly, which was frustrating: the flight attendant got frustrated and had to come back again until she can process my payment."
Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"
Nadelen: "Very long queues at boating in Charleroi airport"
Voordelen: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Nadelen: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Nadelen: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."
Nadelen: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"

After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

On the same flight I did not like the attitude of the head of cabin services, who treated me and another passenger with a fast, rude attitude."
