The outdated onboard entertainment system was annoying to operate and it was impossible to even see the screen when the person ahead leaned back."

I was pleasantly surprised to the kindness and comfort I found in the economy class of Swiss Airline. Bags were checked in, flight was timely and legroom was satisfactory. I would highly recommended Swiss Airline due to my overall experience."

Nadelen: "This (attempted) flight was like living a nightmare. The aircraft had a problem with the A/C, so we sat in the extremely hot aircraft on the tarmac for 2 hours while they tried to fix the problem. Then, when we were finally told that the aircraft could not fly, the Swiss staff said that we were "not allowed" to leave the aircraft. After stressed passengers confronted the crew demanding to be let off the aircraft, we went back into the terminal to wait for hours in line as just two Swiss staff filled out hotel vouchers by hand for over 200 passengers. Adding insult to injury, we were then told to wait for a hotel shuttle at the curb, despite the fact that the shuttle had stopped running hours earlier at midnight. I didn't fly to Switzerland until the next day, losing hundreds of dollars on a missed hotel stay in Zurich, and travel plans. And it was an awful start to my honeymoon. The way the Swiss staff treated us was unconscionable and insulting. They have not responded to my several written complaints, so maybe Kayak can help!!!"

Voordelen: "On every flight I have ever been on, if I request it I can get a whole water bottle vs. the small cups offered...however on this flight they refused saying 'it is against the rules"?? As a result I had to bother the flight crew over 10 times to refill my small glass...a huge inconvenience for both of us. The other inconvenience (one I have not experienced in over 5-6 years) was the the headphone jacks were the old fashioned kind...meaning you could not use your own, and the buds given by the airline were very uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Boarding they kept me and couple othee guys like seeiously 5 staff people at the gate doing nothing and you ask anyone please help i want to tag my stroller so i can board ans go on boarding line, no response only one peeson will work. the rest of the four are completely useless, i eventually told my wife to board with our daughter so they have the time to sit and prepare food etc and pull things they will need durimg flight Andi waited on this last staff person at the gate until she gave me the tag to the stroller and boarded later First meal they said either fish or beaf meat balls, i like both and no problem, but the crew said no fish anymore so you you will take beaf, OK Luckily neither my wife or daughter ate it Because after I ate it, 3-4 hrs later, I had the worst stomach pain ever and was in pain the rest of the flight and the remaining of the day after we landed FYI I ate just crackers and like all bread sandwiches all morning and was completely fine- just the beaf meat balls either not cocked or remains of non good beaf and other things- horrible food"

Voordelen: "Turkish Airlines offers an experience much better than your average two-hour plane hop in the U.S. There was a full meal served, staff were kind and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extra stuff to you, and there were many choices for in-flight entertainment."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately, the children on the plane were really poorly behaved and loud. In addition, the flight was delayed by 1 full hour and when we arrived in Vienna our luggage (and the luggage of many other passengers) had not been sent with us. We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

Nadelen: "Some of the crew were very rude, making a point to show you that they were hassled by serving you. I thought that was poor service. The seats weren't all working so while the passenger in front of me reclined, my seat wouldn't making for a very uncomfortable flight. I thought the entire aircraft needed either renovation or retirement altogether. Old TVs and non-functioning seats, all made me kind scared of where I was tbh."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."

Nadelen: "Last plan of the day waits for all transit passengers! Never take the last plan out of SAS hubs anywhere if you want to avoid delays..."

Voordelen: "We mentioned it was our anniversary and thought about moving up to SAS Plus, but the cost was not an option to us. She moved us up before we got on the plane! Extremely nice!!"

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Nadelen: "Poor customer service. No notification via text or email that there was a 5 hour delay, and no immediate rerouting for connecting flights. a 15 hour trip turned into 24+. Worst SAS experience ever."

Nadelen: "Bad food Bad service Dirty plane Bad choice of movie collection You only get one glas of non alcoholic drink with your main meal. If you want more you have to pay ! Thats not a good service for a long trip fligt: washington-copenhagen and back. All other Airlines i have been with gives you a choice to choose between 2 different meals, buT SAS they decide for you ! And i have never seen any airline serve pork/ ham because of different believes people have, but SAS service you pork on an international 8 hours flight ! This is first time and last time I’m gonna fly with SAS. I always fly with KLM , perfect in everything and anyway. NO MORE SAS FOR ME !"

Nadelen: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

Nadelen: "Not applicable"

Voordelen: "Alot of room for legs, good hp service"
Nadelen: "No snack with beverage before dinner, no choice of food , On connecting flight Kopenhagen-Krakow only Coffee/tea, no snack again, for passenger going over see very poor !!!!"

Voordelen: "Flight was unremarkable in every good way. Food was above expectations and the crew was exceptional."

Nadelen: "All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!"

Nadelen: "The o my thing that could be improved is a lrger selection of movies, and better food. Food is acerage compared to everything else."

Voordelen: "Great takeoff and landing.Care ethics of the stuff was excellent. The quality of the food was very good and it was served with care."

Nadelen: "During my layover, the airline did not post the gate for my flight to Athens until an hour before, which caused me to have to run across the terminal to another set of gates."

Nadelen: "Small movie selection. Second meal/snack not great. Older plane (still had ashtrays in arm rests)."

Voordelen: "Best food on an airplane I have ever had. Great service from the cabin crew."
Nadelen: "Cabin extremely dated. Lie flat seats not flat. No built in entertainment but rather iPads handed out by cabin crew."

Voordelen: "plenty of space (very few passengers)"
Nadelen: "scary old plane and a (Estonian) crew with mediocre skills with the local language"

Voordelen: "Crew were nice, boarding ok and on time, flight took shorter when planned."
Nadelen: "Premium seats didn't have enough leg room to stretch, they could change the wall into curtains as in Lufthansa."

Voordelen: "The leg room. The great service and attitude."
Nadelen: "The food... needs to be improved, even if it means charging a fee."

Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."

Voordelen: "The cleanliness"
Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"

Voordelen: "New airbus with good entertainment screenset clean"
Nadelen: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"

Nadelen: "Discovered that I would have to pay 70 euro for my bag check-in. Not fun at all."

Voordelen: "Crew exceptionally carefull and nice, boarding was quick and well managed. Landing was earlier than planned so as to leave enough time to go to the next gate"
Nadelen: "Food was just okay, some beverages had to paid like in low cost flights"

Voordelen: "Comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Entertainment center was not working for left half of plane (which included me). Crew was extremely lazy. I asked for a coffee and she told me to get up out of my chair and follow her to the back to get the coffee. Why couldnt she just bring me my coffee? My friend had the same issue, he asked for water and she had him come to the back to get it."

Voordelen: "Staff seemed nice. Boarding didn't take too long even when I was selected for a random check."
Nadelen: "The air conditioning didn't go on until take off. There were no options for food. All alcoholic beverages were not complementary and priced too high. I got sick after eating the meal that was provided. i reserved a seat but at check in the computer assigned me a different seat number. I was flying with a family member and instead of sitting next to them I had to sit next to a stranger."

Voordelen: "The entertainment system is top notch. And the food was actually good. The crew was very friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "Couldn't use the WiFi without paying extra, even on an international flight. The seats are among the most uncomfortable I have ever flown in. There is so little room that it is virtually impossible to sleep, even on an 8-hour flight. The purser's English was atrocious, nearly incomprehensible, and he didn't seem to care whether anyone understood him or not."

Voordelen: "12 people got bumped!"

Voordelen: "The interior of the plane - Clean, bright an shine, even it's an old 737-700,"

Voordelen: "We left on time and arrived early. I got to check one free bag."
Nadelen: "Typically, on every other international flight I've taken, they offered at least a single glass of wine or a beer with dinner. Not so for this one."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice and helpful. They spoke really good English. The food was good for airplane food and the movie selection was really good."
Nadelen: "The seats were too close together and were uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Not full- middle seat in coach was empty. Newish 737-700, nice crew. Seats were reasonably comfortable with decent seat pitch."
Nadelen: "Meal (chicken) was inedible- and I am not fussy about airline food. The in-plane entertainment system is not activated (nor on my return flight), so they hand out i-pads with a very limited movie/TV show selection- one more piece of electronics to handle. Would have been difficult juggling, along with work computer, etc. if all seats were filled."

Nadelen: "Food & Beverage service almost nonexistent. Anything beyond water is almost $7.00."

Nadelen: "Lost a piece of luggage between Dublin and Edinburgh"

Voordelen: "nice crew"
Nadelen: "Boarding a plane this size at gate c21 ridiculous due to lack of space. Business class cabin is dated and seats not so comfortable. Food was mediocre at best."

Nadelen: "Cabin crew makes way too much noise on an overnight flight. On these flights, the focus should be on letting passengers rest, and limiting announcements, even if that seems to take away from the perceived level of service."

Voordelen: "The crew was efficient and well trained"
Nadelen: "The food needed salt and the bread was a little dry."

Voordelen: "Crew were amazing. The cabin had the new lighting system which was an unexpected bonus, love it."
Nadelen: "Everything was simply perfect"

Voordelen: "The crew was as amazing as they were 9 years ago when I flew Aer Lingus. The plane was very clean and comfortable. The entertainment that we could choose from very good. Something for everyone was provided."
Nadelen: "One thing that I would like to see improved is for the announcements to be spoken slower than they were. The announcements were so quick that I could not understand what was being said. This should be an easy fix so I have no worries ."

Voordelen: "Pilots were very smooth with the controls, especially on landing unlike Ryanair!"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. I suggested I take another flight, they kept on saying we will not be late . Well i missed both connecting flights."

Voordelen: "Left on time."
Nadelen: "Everything else. Utterly confusing answers to questions."

Voordelen: "It left on time."
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seats. pay as you go--even for water."

Voordelen: "Both ground crew and flight crew were courteous and friendly."
Nadelen: "The meal was between edible and mediocre. It would have been nice if the hot beverages were served with the mini breakfast before landing."

Voordelen: "I was able to sleep the whole way!"

Nadelen: "Delayed as always"

Voordelen: "My mother uses a wheelchair and the service for her was outstanding"

Voordelen: "We arrived safely."
Nadelen: "They announced that it was different aircraft, different airline operating the flight. It was an hour late. Then they lost our luggage."

Voordelen: "No delays. Reasonably comfortable"
Nadelen: "Not a single vegetarian option on the flight ??!?"

Voordelen: "Plane was clean and comfortable, Entertainment was good, crew was friendly"
Nadelen: "You now have to pay for beer and wine and a long haul flight on a major carrier…"

Voordelen: "I fly a lot in the US. Most of the time I’m afaid of the US flight attendants because they act like I’m bothering them when I ask a question. Aer Lingus flight attendants were so nice and SMILED even at 3am! Great service!"

Voordelen: "Flight crew was great! Food was better than most airlines I’ve flown. Seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "Having to pay for a glass of wine with dinner... every other airline I fly gives free alcoholic beverages"

Voordelen: "Fast. Not too much time wasted between connection. Dublin = small airport, it's really comfortable..."
Nadelen: "Not enough room for my legs Too close to the "babies rows" = difficult to sleep. It's a pity to pay now to change a seat in the same category"

Nadelen: "I arrived late at the airport (1:10 before planned departure) and eventhough the plane was late, the staff didn't want to help me check in. After reaching out to be rebooked the following day, another staff member accepted to check me in because the flight was late and not full. I was very thankful to this second staff member because it was a two days trip that would have turned to only one if he didn't check me in."

Nadelen: "Pas de note pour le divertissement ou les repas car pour les 1er il n y en a pas et pour les second je n ai rien prix ."

Nadelen: "On the MIA-DUB flight, my headset/entertainment would keep losing sound. On the DUB-BRU: the flight was almost an hour late. They could have at least given free coffee or water to all of us in Economy."

Voordelen: "The flight was delayed by a little over an hour, but the pilot managed to make up some time. Airplane was clean enough and crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "No free coffee"

Voordelen: "The effort made by the flight crew to find someone who was willing to switch their emergency exit seat with my cramped seat."
Nadelen: "Seating was really a disgrace. Being 6'3" made it unbearable. Seats are way too narrow and leg room non existent. Especially if the person in front of you reclined their seat."

Voordelen: "Everyone was polite and helpful... and we were on time !"
