I feel so sorry for him bc he’s got muscular dystrophy or something and it’s uncontrollable. But I also feel sorry for the poor little girl next to him! I am about to puke it’s so gross and he’s 4 peeps away from me! Ugh, I HATE germy planes!!!!! Not sure people should be allowed to travel without masks in this condition."

Nadelen: "We found the chart listing gate where we should go. We went there. Told the last listed flight was late so stayed there. With no announcement the gate board listed a different flight. We asked and was told gate was changed. What a surprise, Went to the info board and had to RUN to our new gate. Barely made it on time. This is awful communication."

Voordelen: "Eventually, the actual flight was fine."
Nadelen: "Initially delayed by 3hours (mechanical) which was American Eagle couldn’t get their “bucket of bolts” to Springfield, MO on time so we missed our flight out of Charlotte to Barcelona. Then we were rerouted through Chicago, but lost our first class seats and were bumped back to coach. This was after I had bought first class tickets for the entire trip only to be told 3 months before leaving that AA decided to switch planes on our domestic flight so there’s were no first class seats. THEN, in Chicago we tried to get first class seats on British Airways which would have been fine but After being sent to another terminal (after the bus to that terminal had stopped running) we were turned back because British Airways wouldn’t accept the boarding pass that AA had issued us. Now, having to go back to the first terminal to DISCUSS all this, we miss that flight and wind up stuck in Chicago for another 24 hours. Then, that flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we lost a day and a half of our vacation."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
Voordelen: "Flight Attendants were excellent. Especially good was the senior FA who was seen training the junior ones who were on their maiden flight. The breakfast omelet with turkey sausage was about as good as they get."
Nadelen: "Nearly two hour delay due to fog in SFO. Recommend AA reroute into OAK where the fog is not so bad and the airport has a way better arrival on time rate than SFO. The drive into San Francisco is about the same time from OAK as it is from SFO."
Nadelen: "Delayed for 3 hours in SJU, no notice until after departure time had passed. Missed my connection , offered only option if 4 hours lay over. waist of time x whole day"
Voordelen: "Everyone was very helpful and pleasant."

Voordelen: "The counter attendant was helpful in changing our seats so could sit together."
Nadelen: "The flight attendant when first boarding was extremely rude. We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."

Nadelen: "Business Seat power / entertainment system went out with about 2.5 hours to go. Crew didn't seem surprised and they were pretty relaxed about it. Every time I asked about status during the first hour or so after it was out they said they were rebooting system but nothing happened. Finally gave up on it. Was the "deconstructed burrito" supposed to be served cold/frozen? Warm or at room temp. would have worked better Luggage took good hour before it started unloading"

Nadelen: "The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude."

Nadelen: "Everything! For starters, the seats. It seemed as if we were inside a cage where you can barely move your hand. Extremely disgusting flight!"

Nadelen: "Did not actually get a Polaris type cabin layout. The plane had not yet been converted."

Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "Bathroom not maintained during flight. Vomiting child seated behind us (which I know was not the airlines fault, it was gross though)."

Nadelen: "I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well"

Voordelen: "Great crew and flight attendants, kept us informed of everything, very helpful and prompt on all questions and requests. Movie selection was impressive. Boarding was efficient and flight even left early. Surprisingly pleasant experience in economy for a long flight."

Voordelen: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
