Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Les sièges situés en queue de l'appareil subissent le bruits des conversations incessantes du personnels naviguants

On est un cran en dessus d’une compagnie comme Air France. La qualité et la quantité des plateaux repas est décevante, le personnel navigant est désagréable, peu prompt à répondre de manière aimable aux demandes des voyages. Ils semblent tous énervés et réagissent de manière brutale.

Le personnel de vol est agréable et serviable. Par contre la nourriture au retour est plus que médiocre même si nous ne sommes pas dans l’avion pour faire un bon repas de réveillon 😋 , c’était quand même pas bon du tout. Bonne année 2022

It was great

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

Voordelen: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."
Nadelen: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."

Vérification minutieuse de l'ensemble des poids des bagages à main (qui étaient tous conformes) pour un vol intérieur d'une heure... A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

Nadelen: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Nadelen: "Stewart jeune et immature, changement de gate 20 minutes avant le départ et avion un peu retardé. J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."
Nadelen: "flight delayed by approx. 3 hours, no info from easyjet, airport boiling hot, no air-con in airport and packed out. there was no-one to supervise passengers off plane, which led to further delays and resulted in missing hourly train from Gatwick back into London."
Voordelen: "It landed eventually, crew were friendly"
Nadelen: "It was 2 hours late leaving. There were no complimentary refreshments provided, not even a glass of water"

Nadelen: "Everything. Ends up costing me ½ day of work around £500"

Voordelen: "Staff were good. EasyJet kept us informed. There is a high degree of efficiency and you are treated as a paying passenger rather than cattle."
Nadelen: "Delays seem inevitable with EasyJet on the Belfast route. I can't remember the last time we had one that wasn't delayed by more than half an hour. The scheduled time is longer than any flight has taken, but I think this is actually a realistic approach given the probability of a delay. There is an issue with 2-3 year olds and seat belts - they are not allowed to travel on a parent's lap, but they can wriggle out a lap belt easily and so are unsecured."
Nadelen: "Crew was so slow in doing anything and kept forgetting water when asling for it. Forgot about 3 times."
Nadelen: "J’ai déposé mon bagage à main au pied de l’appareil et surprise en arrivant à Bruxelles : PAS DE VALISE ! Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"
Nadelen: "Le chaos au moment d'embarquer. Trop de monde entassé devant la porte. Pas d'endroit ou s'assoir. Mise en soute de mon bagage à main au dernier moment."
Nadelen: "Delayed nearly two hours."
Voordelen: "L’accueil de l’équipage"
Nadelen: "Retard pour l’embarquement et pour le vol"
Voordelen: "we were delayed by some half an hour because of what was said to be over-booking but the pilots however did well to make up the time meaning that we landed right at the scheduled time. Brilliant. We thought this over-booking business was a thing of the past."
