Nadelen: "mijn heen en terugreis ging niet door vanwege het feit dat we Bosnië niet inmogen omdat deze nog code oranje heeft. tot op heden hebben we de heenreis 08.08 en de terugreis 20.08 niet kunnen cancellen aangezien Wizzair zegt dat ik dit bij de agent (Opodo) moet doen, en Opodo zegt dat ik dit bij Wizzair moest doen. D.d. 30.07. laatste contact met Wizzair gehad om enige formulieren aan te leveren. Tot op heden hier geen antwoord meer van gehad. We hebben nu via onze verzekering Rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld. in ieder geval hebben we nu al besloten om nooit meer via Wizzair te vliegen. we boeken wel via een reisbureau."

Voordelen: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Nadelen: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Voordelen: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

If you complain then they offer for €5,- to skip the line and check in your luggage. I thought it was a joke, but they give you receipt and all. Very unprofessional."
Nadelen: "Having flown with Wizzair before, also to Gdansk and other cities, it a budget airline but okay. Budapest is kind of their hub, but what a terrible way to treat your customers. Get your baggage drop off automated!!They left everybody freezing on the apron because they only had one stairs available."

Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Nadelen: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Nadelen: "There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own"

Voordelen: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

Nadelen: "Last minute boarding change & overall 1 hr delay"

Nadelen: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"

Nadelen: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"

Nadelen: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."

Nadelen: "Altough I bought prioroty boarding, the ground handling staff did not take this into account so everybody boarded the same time."

Nadelen: "Don't forget to print a damn boarding pass. Cost me 100$ at the airport just for that... What a rip off. First time traveling to Europe so, I guess that's a part of the learning curve."

Nadelen: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"

Nadelen: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"

Nadelen: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Voordelen: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Nadelen: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Nadelen: "I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service."

Nadelen: "It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination."

C’est inacceptable et honteux de votre part!"

Nadelen: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Voordelen: "The crew was working doing their service well, quick service and I got help at the airport from a very helpful gentleman in custom service."
Nadelen: "It was my fourth flight with Ryanair in one week and in all those flights it was super cold temperature in the cabin. I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever."

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Nadelen: "It was our honeymoon, flight was nearly an hour late. When we asked the guy that was boarding us why the flight was not on time and very late he said ‘wheelchairs and stuff, you know the usual’ and laughed?! I have no idea why he would find incompetence or disabilities funny. The whole scenario was awful. Will not be flying with Ryanair again!"

Nadelen: "Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"

Voordelen: "Bonjour, Une fois dans l'avion tout s'est bien passé Nous sommes toujours bien accueillis par les équipages en vol. Confort, bagages, prestations à bord, tout est bien organisé et optimal."
Nadelen: "L'enregistrement a été un véritable calvaire Je n'ai jamais réussi à m'enregistrer via Kiwi mon prestataire Je suis donc venue tôt à l'aéroport pour m'entendre dire que l'enregistrement sur place est facturé plus de 50 euros par passager ! En fait je n'avais pas reçu l'adresse mail kiwi pour effectuer cette démarche, adresse incroyablement longue, introuvable sur le net ( je prends pourtant l'avion depuis quelques années ! ) Bref, gros gros stress et la sensation d'être prise pour une andouille, ce qui est plutôt déplaisant Je ne voyagerai plus par Ryanair si le prestataire kiwi est proposé, d'autant que mes tentatives pour les joindre avant le départ ont toutes échoué. Cordialement"

Voordelen: "The pilot on the plane at least attempted to explain and apologise. The only RyanAir staff member that seemed to have any slight sense of customer service at Stanstead."
Nadelen: "Everything. RyanAir Website and app weren’t working so couldn’t download boarding pass and had to queue to sort out. The operator then refused to check our bags into the hold and said we had to take them on plane. Complained as had liquids in case that we didn’t want to throw away and had to queue again for half an hour. The same operator then checked the bags in inexplicably without question - totally pointless waste of our time and theirs. Then we arrived at the gate just in time for it opening and was forced to queue for an hour as the plane was delayed without any explanation or apologies. Hope I am never unfortunate enough to travel with this airline again."

Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."

Voordelen: "après un dégivrage au niveau des ailes, que je n'avais jamais vu, nous avons récupéré le petit retard occasionné très bien. On nous a proposé, gratuitement, au moment de l'embarquement de prendre en charge mon bagage. Merci Isabelle"
