Nadelen: "Leaving on time would have been better than 1.5 hours of delay. The food was poor. When I checked in online, the airplane map was totally different from Imthe plane we boarded. So selected a seat with no rows in front of me and I unded up with normal rows."
Voordelen: "I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim."
Nadelen: "Thankfully, nothing bad to report."

Nadelen: "I traveled with my 2 young kids. We arrived at Casablanca at 10am and had a 12 hours stop so we were offered lodging but because of slow processing and uncaring crew, we didn’t get to the hotel until past 1:30pm and were told we need to leave the room by 6pm. With young kids and very long flight time, I was very disappointed by the treatment."
Nadelen: "Everything, the crew the service the food. Very bad airline .I wil will be er recommend or use again"
Nadelen: "It was a 2hours extra delay. We waited 6 hour and a half instead of 4 hours at Morocco airport."
Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and efficient. Seats and food were fine. Flight was smooth and on schedule.. Generous free checked baggage. Rare today!"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit chaotic with passengers made to wait in the jcorridor for 10-15 minutes until boarding continued. Board when the bus is waiting and plane doors are open! On board my 787 flight, the tray tables were very hard to close, the entertainment system didn’t work, and the bathroom, while not filthy, could have been a little cleaner."

Nadelen: "They also didn't explain why we were delayed for over an hour and kept repeating the exact same boarding pass checks of those already on the plane over and over and over."

Nadelen: "Food was terrible - bad quality bread with a slice of cheese and another starch, at least the yogurt drink was there. Please offer refills on coffee/tea"
Voordelen: "The agent was very accommodating at check-in to my request for a window seat."
Nadelen: "My video screen broke in mid flight. The beverage service did not have any white wine. Furthermore, we were not allowed to board with water that was purchased in the secure area of the airport. And, on the plane sufficient water was not distributed to passengers during flight. Overall, a very uncomfortable flight."
Nadelen: "I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you."
Voordelen: "The staffs and crew were lovely. They were polite and did their jobs the best they could with the worst provisions ever."
Nadelen: "The fleet was outdated and uncomfortable. The food was tasteless and undercooked, the boarding process was tedious and unorganized.......it was bad."

Nadelen: "We sat on a hot bus blowing hot air on the tarmac waiting to board the plane for 15 - 20 minutes. Then we sat on a hot plane with no A/C without updates for 30 minutes. It was a terrible waiting experience and I was very uncomfortable, especially with my infant in my lap."
Voordelen: "No foods"
Nadelen: "The crew, ground staff at the airport and the managerial staff are the rudest i have ever seen. They are not apologetic for delays ,flight postponements and any inconviniences they cause to passengers. I literally had a screaming fit to get some service."
Voordelen: "They have horrible people skills and just pass off problems from one person to another.. I will give them till tomorrow then I will report thdm to the better business bureau..very unprofessional...I would never give them business again and will put it all over social media. They suck big time"

Nadelen: "Completely disorganized, messages from flight staff were incomprehensible in French and English. We had to raise our seats when they were serving food and the trays were weirdly low against your lap."
Voordelen: "I appreciated the snack and meal. The attendants were great. The seats were spaced well."
Nadelen: "I wish we were given more information regarding the on boarding process to get back to the US. I was not informed about the extensive level of security checks we would experience. I also was not informed regarding the various electronics that were prohibited. It would have been very helpful to know in advance so that I could plan it out accordingly. Since it seemed no one was informed, the security check and on boarding took almost an hour and a half to go through. I was very surprised at the lack of communication and would appreciate that for future trips. At this time, I would think twice before booking another trip with this company."

Nadelen: "The customer service. They ignore you when you want to escalate issues to a manager, they are agressive in treatment. They cancelled all of my flight legs because I missed an intermediate flight leg and did not notify me. I found out at the airport when I was about to take my last leg. I understand some airlines have policies around no shows but this airline did not have the decency to even notify me of the cancellation so I could plan around it."
Nadelen: "Pain et viennoiserie glacial."
Voordelen: "Extra leg room. Technology for the movies/tv is much better -- can stop and start movies whenever. No fee charged to watch them! Very nice flight staff. New airplanes. Offered pillow, blanket, 2 meal services on both flights."
Nadelen: "Need ice! And also -- carry on luggage fees or extra bag fee is ridiculous. $150! That would be a reason not to fly the airline. Need to reduce this to $50."

Nadelen: "They lost my luggage and then to get it back? Zero customer service -I needed American Express to resolve the issue"

Voordelen: "The crew was helpful and pleasant. A significant improvement over the demeanor of the crew from Casablanca to Monrovia and Brussels to Casablanca. Additionally, the transit staff was rude and unpleasant. They seemed uninterested in providing a service."
Nadelen: "As stated above very little was positive from the experience."
Nadelen: "This is the dirtiest airplane I have ever been on - the seats were stained. Dried food and drink spots were on the wall, back of the.seats and trays - flying on the plane made me feel physically ill. If at all possible, I will never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "I did Not find any seat available for me so I have to wait 2 days till the next flight Cause me waisting money and time"
Voordelen: "At first, I was a little apprehensive to fly an airline I had never heard of, but the price and times were exactly what I needed and wanted. Checkin on line is easy, dropping off luggage at the airport is easy. Your bag goes directly to your final destination even if you have a very long layover. The food was outstanding & the crew was amazing. I will definitely fly with them again."
