Flight attendants were really good. Our choices is their acceptance. Maintained well till end of journey.
Doha to Mumbai flight was worse.
The seats are horrible. Just plain uncomfortable, they have made the seats small and if we recline, the person in the back complains.
It was an enjoyable flight!
My family of four have to sit four different seat. It was never imagined such kind of flight.

Food and the entertainment on the airline was good. The legroom between seats was OK because I am a female and I’m not too tall. As mentioned before the only issue I had was with the luggage. The only allowed one suitcase first passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to suitcase per passenger
Movie choices were very limited and old
My luggage was left at doha nd flight landed houston. Horrible experince i had this time.

Nadelen: "The aircraft seemed to be really old. The entertainment system on the seat I was allotted did not work, and I had to change seats. In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

Nadelen: "Extra baggage was charged $250 for 1 extra baggage when other airlines change $70. Also on the Qatar Airway site it states that after 3 hours of the flight if seats are available business class upgrade would cost much less and this was not the case. They wanted $2000 for the upgrade."

Nothing. You lied. I was told I have cabin luggage I had to pay for each transfer I made. You cancelled my flight and I had to pay again to rebook a different date. Worse company I ever used ever. Shoe cheap rates then cancel flight so I can pay more and lie about luggage. Even the airport control said kiwi and kayak are the worse companies to book with and to pursue a refund. As apparently I'm not the only one

Voordelen: "I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim."

It was first delayed to 8:50 p.m. Then further delayed to 10:00 p.m. Plane left Casablanca much later than 10:00 p.m. which caused a very late arrival to IAD airport, 2:30 a.m. Boarding was a disaster. Stayed in line for over an hour not knowing if the plane was going to take off from Casablanca. No water was distributed and no communication was shared with the passengers until the crew announced boarding."
