Someone else was given my emergency row seat, booked and confirmed 24 hours ahead. It was a full flight but I got a middle seat and continued my long journey home from Kenya"

Voordelen: "The flight itself was very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was that the first leg of the flight was delayed long enough that I almost missed my connecting flight and my baggage was lost."
Nadelen: "The real reason for the negative review is a combination of the cost of this flight, loss of my baggage and poor service after the flight. I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

The flight was fine, nothing special, but no problems either.

Barely let my wife and 2 children in. The check in lady said you have to arrive 4-5 hours before flight depature and almost did not let them fly. Thankfully another attendant helped out.

The 50 or more Hasidics refused to wear masks, despite the crew’s entreaties. The airline did not have an enforcement officer aboard, and there were no consequences awaiting them at JFK. Laws apply equally to all, and the Hasidism have no right to endanger passengers and crew.

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "After the breakfast (rather poor) no drink was suggested. There was a cup for tee or coffee. Empty one. After the breakfast they just took it away with other dirty dishes. It happened to all passengers in my neighborhood."

Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

One airline attendant at the gate is not enough. Due to incompetence of the airline attended missed my flight home, which ruined my vacation.

This was a one hour trip before our main flight to LA so we didn’t expect much.

Basic flight. No food, no entertainment but everything was smooth as expected.

I love everything about purchasing my ticket through kayak. Good price and all of the notifications kayak sent me. I could check in and through kayak and also told me what gate I had to go at the airport.

I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.

Flight got delayed in SFO. Had layover in Copenhagen for 1 hours but missed my connecting flight because of delay in SFO. Had to wait 6 hours in Copenhagen for next flight :'(

They lost my checked in bag.

The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."

Il n'y a pas eu de vol. Correspondance raté à cause du retard effectué au départ de Charleroi. Très mauvaise expérience. Ryanair un compagnie à fuir. Bloquée sur Toulouse à cet instant même une maman se bat pour rentrer chez elle avec ses deux enfants.

Une horreur. 8h de retard. Aucune explication. Un voucher de 8€ au bout 6h d'attente alors que le sandwich le moins cher est à 7€ et que la règle du voucher c'est 4€/heure de retard. On est monté dans un avion. On a du redescendre et sortir de l'aéroport. On a du repasser les portiques de sécurité. Donc ceux qui ont acheté des liquides en duty free la première fois se sont faits emmerdés. L'horreur. J'ai jamais vu ça. Et quand on finit par décoller, le personnel naviguant sûrement à bout n'était même pas aimable. J'appréhende le vol du retour. Dernière fois sur Ryanair.

Petits avions, du moins, moins grand que le plupart que l'on peut voir. Chose qui ne me déplait pas. Je préfère même, à vrai dire. Je reprendrai sans hésiter, les yeux fermés cette compagnie.

Disembarkation at Seville airport was in a part of the airport distant from the main facility. We used stairs to leave the plane then had a very long walk to the luggage area and Covid monitors. They could do much better.

Moins d’attente debout à la porte au moins 20 minutes debout. Sinon rien

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Nadelen: "Pas de boissons offertes ."
Voordelen: "The crew was very hospitable."
Nadelen: "Having all of us line up for boarding on the second floor, only to have us stand in that room for another 15-20 minutes before beginning the boarding process didn't seem to make much sense."
Nadelen: "Small legroom, hard backs of seats"
Voordelen: "Pas de retard, équipage sympathique à vue, arrivée en avance. De la place pour les jambes et embarquement rapide."
Nadelen: "Atterrisage assez difficille mais uniquement sur le vol emprunté. Sièges pas très confortables, mais pour le prix on ne s'en occupe pas."
Voordelen: "Arrivée correct et immigration et récupération des bagages à temps."
Nadelen: "Le vol aurait pu partir à l’heure et ils auraient pu annoncer le retard. L’avion est un peu sale."

Nadelen: "Hélas pour ce type de vol on ne peut espérer mieux. Avion petit et plein à capacité."

Nadelen: "Vol en retard d’1h (Pas prévenu à l’avance evidemment !!), en retard à l’arrivée et donc pour prendre un autre avion après. RYANAIR ne prend rien en charge !!!! Vraiment des ********* ! En plus de ça, le confort à bord est pas terrible, les hôtesses ne sont pas aimables, l’eau n’est pas offerte ! Scandaleux !!"

Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"
Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."
Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed, No info as to how long and why."
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"
Nadelen: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Voordelen: "Literally nothing. Awful experience and to make matters worse we weren't even served peanuts."
Nadelen: "Didn't like how they charged me a fee that was more than the price of my ticket because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. At no point was I warned about this penalty. They told me they sent my phone a text message but I never received anything. I use kayak to book all of my flights and it sucks that you guys work with a company who basically tricks people who book with them by providing cheap tickets and then charging bogus fees. I'm disappointed."
Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"
Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Nadelen: "Atterissage"
Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"
Nadelen: "Il est inadmissible qu'on ne donne même pas un verre d'eau durant ce voyage qui a duré 3 heures de temps et en plus pour un voyageur avec un bébé. De plus j'ai payé l'option priorité car on m'a dit que le bébé avait droit à un bagage de 10Kg qu'on pouvait envoyer en soute et ce n'était pas le cas. Ma fille a du avoir en main le bagage du bébé, son bagage cabine, la poussette et le bébé lui-même. Cà a été infernal pour elle. Je demande donc le remboursement de l'option priorité que j'ai payé pour rien (90€). Merci."
Voordelen: "Everything ok"
Voordelen: "Bought priority because of their new carry-on policy, so boarding was quick. Cramped seats but average compared to many other airlines. Crew was amicable. Soft landing."
Nadelen: "Cramped seats, I’m 6’3” or 191cm and am now used to that. Very little cushion on them, so for flights >2hrs it’s going to be uncomfortable but tolerable. Hate their new carry-on policy; moneygrabbers. No snacks nor beverages for free, even in a 3:30hr flight. No entertainment system. No magazine pocket in seats. No reclinable seats. You et what you pay for."
Voordelen: "Everything went very smoothly and was well organised."
Nadelen: "tout faire pour faire payer le passager des suppléments, c est pathétique, surtout quand cela retarde l'embarquement (enregistrer les bagages au contrôle ralenti tout le monde), le personnel n adhère pas à la politique commerciale, et les clients sont agacés par cela. Et surtout tout le monde perd du temps à l'arrivée à attendre un bagage "cabine" mis en soute."
Voordelen: "Respect des horaires"
Nadelen: "Très mal informés lors de l'enregistrement de notre bagage avec de fausses indications du personnel au sol aimable comme un gardien de prison. Séparés lors du vol nous avons voyager au milieu emplacement E alors que nous aurions pu voyager 2/2 car des emplacements étaient disponibles. Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."
