Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "Economy seats. No recline. THAT IS NOT BUSINESS CLASS - This is a joke! Putting an empty seat in the middle does not make it business class. Mis-leading seat image when selecting seats. Shows Buisness class large and 2X2 and Economy at 3x3. When you get on the plane it just a one large economy plane with a mark in business "Extra space for you in the middle seat". Food was cold food - no hot food on the whole plane - only hot coffee. I am not paying 4 times the amount to get economy seats that I can get and most probably get lucky and have an empty seat next to me. STAR ALLIANCE IS REALLY GOING DOWN AND LUFTHANSA IS THE WORST. Will never travel Lufthansa business class every again."

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "The person sitting next to me on my right side was disrespectful and putting his head and legs up on my seat even after I told him not to do that and even spoke with the flight attendant. I felt uncomfortable with his behavior and the way it was managed by just telling him not to do that. I asked for a different seat but wasn't moved. For the price I paid for the seat and his behavior of taking up my spot and the empty spot in between us (he took up 2 chairs because he was laying down to sleep) I was very disappointed and uncomfortable during the flight."

I had to stand in long security check point line , when I have trusted traveler privilages . Plane is super uncomfortable. Small seats. No hard liquor for 10 hour flight . Staff not so friendly ."

Nadelen: "The fact my hockey sticks didnt even make it on the first plane to moscow and I need them for a game this afternoon. I also had to have a friend that works from Delta take the sticks from you guys because of the forwarding process."

Voordelen: "The Entertainment system on long haul flights essential. I also liked the slippers and eye mask, although I rarely can sleep on the flight."
Nadelen: "The food service really isn't very good. On two of my Aero flights they offered drink service (wine is complimentary beer is not) and hour before the meal. That's fine, but there is nothing offered during the meal(s). Not even water. Several passengers had to contact the attendents to bring coffee because we were offered none. This happened twice. Also, for breakfast there was no egg option, just oatmeal and pancakes. The attendents' English is not that great for international flights--you have to wonder how they are assigned these flights."

Voordelen: "In-flight service was pleasant."
Nadelen: "The boarding at the Heathrow Airport was a bit chaotic, due to the incompetence of the so-called manager who had no ability in simple crowd management. Fortunately, some female flight attendant who did the boarding had some common sense and helped ease the situation. Sack that male manager who was so unpleasant and incompetent."

Nadelen: "They did not have any entertainment and nor kids welcome package etc. Overall, the flight was horrible. Attendants were acting very tired and nervous, and at one point shouted at my kids. This is my last flight with Aeroflot."

Nadelen: "We missed our connection flight in Moscow by 5 minutes, don't understand why they couldn't hold the flight for 10 people just 5 minutes when they knew we had already landed and were held in the plane because nobody was coming to open the doors. No staff waiting to help us get to the connecting flight, no information and the door had been changed. Massive queu to change flights for the following day, they promise a hotel for the night but never happened. I was flying with a child and the only thing they gave us was good voucher for around 5 pounds each not even enough for a decent meal. They said because we didn't have a visa we couldnt leave the terminal they couldn't accommodate us outside the airport and the hotel inside the airport was fully booked. Spent the night in the airport in terrible seats were you couldn't even lie down, no sleep at all. Then the morning flight was delayed 3 hours. Got, finally to Spain and one luggage was missing. Overall a nightmare! Never again I will fly with Aeroflot!"

Nadelen: "Boarding from tokyo was a mess... Had to wait 1.5 for check in"

Voordelen: "The flight services were good, on time, and efficient!"

Voordelen: "The entertainment selection was great"
Nadelen: "it was sooooo hot. i was sweating through my clothes. Also the staff seemed annoyed everytime I asked for something"

Nadelen: "Toujours pas de divertissement sur les Airbus A321 entre Moscou et Genève et bagages n'ont pas suivis."

Nadelen: "Checkin fastidieux malgré un web checkin la veille. Il faut que le personnel de cabine apprenne à sourire encore un peux mais on sent une amélioration par rapport à 2016."

Voordelen: "No vegetarian options. Pre-order was complicated and it didn't work as I didn't have it on board. Comfortable seats, but so clean. Not so friendly crew. Had 2 hours delay and no information on why or when we were going to departure. Overall, it was Ok. You get what you pay for it. It was a cheap flight."

Nadelen: "It was too hot on the plane"

Voordelen: "the seats have more leg room than average carriers. The staff was very nice"
Nadelen: "I called in to Webjet (who my tickets were placed through) to order my kosher meal, but Aeroflot only had me down for a kosher meal for one of the two legs of my flight"

Voordelen: "Was the cheapest airline to my destination (Israel). Blanket was nicely comfy instead of the really thin ones I've had sometimes on other airlines."
Nadelen: "Never had a problem with any airline's in-flight entertainment system until Aeroflot. (1) Navigation not intuitive - couldn't tell when to use on-screen buttons vs physical buttons (2) Unresponsive navigation would have to press buttons multiple times (3) When rewinding, I could not stop it to get it to Play, resulting in a lot of wasted time trying to get back to where I was (4) No option of selecting subtitles. I'm a native English speaker but due to white noise of plane, would really help to have English subtitles. This was the main reason I needed to rewind so much - because I couldn't make out the dialog. These problems, plus poor food, would make me think twice about using Aeroflot again."
