I merely asked them to call Turkish Airlines, and they said they didn’t have the number. I begged both of them to call someone to help me, and they just laughed and said it wasn’t part of their job. I was horrified! I almost missed my plane.!"

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion ( 3-4 vols différents). Perte de mes bagages qui à entraîner un déplacement pour rien à l'étranger pour le travail vu que je n'avais pas le matériel de travail avec moi. Nous faire monter dans l'avion, rouler sur le tarmac, après 30 min de prise de retard sur le départ, nous annoncer qu'on retourner à l'aéroport et qu'il fallait changer d'avion pour problèmes techniques. Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

Nadelen: "It was such a nightmare at the gate. We were standing in line and then were shoved aside by other passengers and the attendants did nothing to help keep order when boarding. Also we had paid to upgrade our seats to extra leg room and they had given our seats away to a handicap person."

Nadelen: "the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!"

Voordelen: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Nadelen: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

Me asignaron el Seat 12 F...lejos de la entrada..sin poder alzar mi pierna ni de 20 cm..y me hicieron esperar que todos salieran del avión. . Llevé 3 horas sin alzar mi pierna, lo cual me daba mucho fastidio ....."

Because one plane with the SAME airline is running late and gives us 6 minute's to get to the gate, that should not be any fault of the passengers. Radio the other flight and have them hold. I got an email that the gate changed TWICE. the airline employee did not get that memo at all. So we were raced to the wrong gate even AFTER, I mentioned the gate change. A real frustrating experience all together."

Nadelen: "The fact my hockey sticks didnt even make it on the first plane to moscow and I need them for a game this afternoon. I also had to have a friend that works from Delta take the sticks from you guys because of the forwarding process."

Voordelen: "The Entertainment system on long haul flights essential. I also liked the slippers and eye mask, although I rarely can sleep on the flight."
Nadelen: "The food service really isn't very good. On two of my Aero flights they offered drink service (wine is complimentary beer is not) and hour before the meal. That's fine, but there is nothing offered during the meal(s). Not even water. Several passengers had to contact the attendents to bring coffee because we were offered none. This happened twice. Also, for breakfast there was no egg option, just oatmeal and pancakes. The attendents' English is not that great for international flights--you have to wonder how they are assigned these flights."

Voordelen: "In-flight service was pleasant."
Nadelen: "The boarding at the Heathrow Airport was a bit chaotic, due to the incompetence of the so-called manager who had no ability in simple crowd management. Fortunately, some female flight attendant who did the boarding had some common sense and helped ease the situation. Sack that male manager who was so unpleasant and incompetent."

Nadelen: "They did not have any entertainment and nor kids welcome package etc. Overall, the flight was horrible. Attendants were acting very tired and nervous, and at one point shouted at my kids. This is my last flight with Aeroflot."

Nadelen: "Boarding from tokyo was a mess... Had to wait 1.5 for check in"

Voordelen: "The flight services were good, on time, and efficient!"

Had 2 hours delay and no information on why or when we were going to departure. Overall, it was Ok. You get what you pay for it. It was a cheap flight."

Nadelen: "Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights."

A little behind the times on that one, do t you think? 2) Getting gangway attached after landing appeared to be very innefficient. Thanks for trying"

Nadelen: "Seats were too closely spaced. Like a coffin. Will probably not fly Finnair unless the price is next to nothing."

Nadelen: "Another upgrade charge, no extra leg room but a seat "near the front" (row 8). NO entertainment system. Only food service was on-board bistro, which sadly I slept through because I was exhausted from getting absolutely no sleep on their crummy transatlantic flight... There are no 'zeroes' to give, so can only give a 1 star poor rating on food, entertainment and comfort. Crew, again, tried in the face of a crummy airline."

Voordelen: "Blueberry juice. And best coffee I ever had on an airplane."

Nadelen: "No room on flight ran out of wine and food before getting to the back 1/3 of plane where I was sitting I can say one of the worst travel flights I've ever had"

Nadelen: "There were no vegetarian options and I was unsure where to select a meal preference. This means that I did not eat anything for the duration of the flight....."

Voordelen: "Breakfast was good"
Nadelen: "Air conditioning was blasting down on me too powerfully"

Voordelen: "Because of the delay taking off and refueling, they provisioned for an extra meal service. Choices were limited, but the food was decent. Crew was generally cordial and efficient. Even though there were only 13 empty seats, they made an effort to find us a place with an empty seat between us."
Nadelen: "We were stopped and grilled by AA personnel as if we were potential terrorists, even though we had TSA Pre-check clearly listed on our boarding cards. flight was 1 hr delayed boarding. Since the plane was a 747 and there were stronger than average headwinds, we had to stop in Bangot to refuel. Net result: 2 3/4 hr late arrival."

Voordelen: "Polite crew.. 2 meals.. very smooth overall"
Nadelen: "Not enough leg room.. had to physically climb over neighbor to get to the aisle"

Voordelen: "I was glad that it was a direct flight, and the crew was nice."
Nadelen: "The seats are too small, and there were two empty rows behind us, but the crew seemed to be using them to sleep and did not allow anyone back there. The monitors were in the aisle, and I could not see it well, and I was never offered any headphones, so I could not watch the in flight entertainment. Overall, the flight was pretty disappointing."

Nadelen: "I couldn't check in on time as the booking numbers were different on the actual company that was flying me. I was trying to do this on my phone and I had to call in each time. couldn't do it on the computer."

Nadelen: "A nine-hour flight with ancient over-head screens? Great for those not sitting in a window seat, otherwise don't plan on being able to watch the movie. The first being a cartoon by the way. I'm sure the 3 children on board had a great time watching it. 2 bathrooms on a 9-hour flight for the entire coach cabin? One of which was near the front. Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase."

Voordelen: "My son and I requested gluten free meals when we reserved our tickets. When the meal was being served the crew had NO record of our meals needing to be gluten free. So we had to get one of the meals that was being offered. This was unfortunate and they made no other attempts to rectify the situation. Also, many TV monitors were malfunctioning, including mine which did not have clear sound. It was jumbled and not even clear enough to make out words in a movie or song on the radio channels. Nadelen: "When I arrived at CMI no ticket was issued for my second leg, so I could not use the internal transit bus to at Terminal 5 at ORD ("for ticketed passengers only). I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"
