One of the fellow passengers was over reacting to some minor unintentional neglect by an female crew member and told her to shut up when she was trying to understand the issue. But the crew handled the situation very professionally."

Nadelen: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."

"Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance."

The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train."
Nadelen: "The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!"

Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Nadelen: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Voordelen: "Horaire respecté, efficacité. Surtout moins chiant que AIR FRANCE. Pas tout le temps en grève ! Qualité du service"

Nadelen: "Un peu trop de turbulence du côté du Groenland et donc difficile de dormir. Les services à bord ne sont par contre pas au niveau des compagnies du golf ou asiatiques."

Voordelen: "I travelled with two small children, we had a slight delay and the captain allowed my children into the cockpit during the wait. The crew were so friendly and helpful and my children really enjoyed the trip."

Voordelen: "Staff on plane were great and service was awesome."

Voordelen: "Friendly and helpful cabin crew, even on this short flight. I liked the fact that the Captain stood outside the flight deck to say goodbye to the passengers. A nice touch."

Voordelen: "One aspect that was greatly appreciated was when the cabin head came over the speaker and asked everyone to please return their seat to the up right position so that everyone could enjoy their meal. When you sit in the main cabin, it's incredibly frustrating to have the person in from of you recline their seat. There is little room, and for the most part everyone is pretty selfish about that."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew got a little snippy. Understandable. It is a long flight."

Voordelen: "The return BA flight was head and shoulders over the outgoing AA flight. You had new, comfortable, working equipment (the 787 is great). The AA plane basically was awful, old, cramp, entertainment equipment wasn't working and when it did it was the old style shared monitor. The BA crew was super and approachable. The Food was great for airplane food. I would fly BA anytime."

Voordelen: "Flight crew was amazing! And also appreciated the envelope for the lose change going to charity"
Nadelen: "Lost two suitcases!!! How!!????? There should be a way to track the bags like the airline apps have."

Nadelen: "I can't remember a more cramped and uncomfortable flight. Missed connection on way Paris and we arrived 6 hours late. It took British airways 3 days to get our lost luggage to us. Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

"Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again."

Voordelen: "The pilot gave all the information pleasantly. It was easy to find my seat and everyone was compliant with COVID-19 rules/restrictions."
Nadelen: "Boarding process could’ve been a bit quicker. There should be free accessible WiFi for everyone."

Nadelen: "Too crowded for this isolation time also the guy across the aisle from me (about12 inches away) took off his mask as soon as he sat down and did not put it on until he got off. The flight attendant said NOTHING. You can do better."

Nadelen: "The seats were tiny! I'm a big woman, but not a huge one and I struggled to get my belt on. Considering how nice their seats are, this is one of the smallest seats I've ever sat in!"

Voordelen: "The crew was great and provided a quiet environment for the red eye flight."
Nadelen: "The boarding process needs to be reevaluated. Perhaps the plane should be boarded from the rear to the front or from window to aisle seat. These suggestions would streamline the boarding process."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
