When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I could not get a flight home without buying another flight. They refused to put me on the next flight out without me purchasing it. I will never fly them again. Now they don't want to reimburse me for my flight I missed without an $800 penalty. Ridiculous!"

COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "They have restrictions more than any other flight about the size of the hand luggage- My parents were allowed to bring one hand luggage without any problems, but they were not allowed to take it back because it was "Big!" it did not put on weight or get fat! its a hand luggage that stays the same size! They blame it on the TSA and say it has to fit in and asked us to pay 325 $ to take the same bag that they brought things in."

Nadelen: "I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked."

Nadelen: "To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all."

Nadelen: "In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about."

Voordelen: "It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful."
Nadelen: "My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good."

Voordelen: "Once i got to my seat i was seated by a smelly person and the flight attendant did move me to another seat upon my request."
Nadelen: "Trying to get on the flight was frustrating because there’s no organization! The thing i did not like was that they made us put the cover to the window up like 30 minutes before landing and the sun was directly in my eyes! I tried to put it down half way and the flight attendant made it a problem."

Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled. There was an overnight delay of 8 hours until the next flight. During the flight, the young male cabin crew spent more time sitting and chatting with other young male passengers and not attending to there duties. I will not fight on another Oman Air flight if this is the way you conduct business."
Nadelen: "The airport is conjugated."
Voordelen: "Okay legroom, a 787 Dreamliner really is an excellent airplane though so it made up for it. Entertainment options were excellent, easily kept me occupied throughout."
Nadelen: "Food wasn't great, but can't complain about the meat or veggie option."

Nadelen: "Less legroom than usual/expected. Crew was fine but wasn't too proactive and took quite a while to get things going regarding food/beverages."

Nadelen: "I didn't make the flight, my travel partner was in an accident and the cancellation fees were more than the tickets. That sucks..."
Nadelen: "Was bumped off my flight without notice, because my flight was delayed 30 minutes. Arrived at the airport before the gate closed to tell me I was on a flight 7 hours later. Oman air employees were incredibly rude and unwilling to help."
Voordelen: "Other than the smile of the crew i did not like anything. It was late at night and old AC . I really liked the massage in the business lounge."
Nadelen: "Old AC no entertainment no usb to charge phon. Seat old with manual recline and don't recline fully. Kept us business messengers waiting in the bus more than 15 minutes because of one late passenger."
Voordelen: "Prompt; good leg room; decent food on each leg of the flight"
Nadelen: "No complaints"
Voordelen: "Pretty much nothing."
Nadelen: "This is an international flight which didnt have an in seat entertainment. They didnt announce anything and this is the only airline where they serve the food without even checking if you want or not. It was a mid night flight and i was fast asleep after take off. They woke me up and just threw the food on the table and walked off. Another first of its kind is they serve solid food first and followed by drinks so even if you are thirsty, you have to wait. All juice will be served later. and the most uncomfortable old seats. Probably they use different flights for different sectors and to India, they consider every passenger as just "cattle" class and use the worst flight they have. But no other option. There are few direct flights and this is the only choice. So have to fly with them again unfortunately."
Voordelen: "I liked it when we arrived at our destination."
Nadelen: "The seats are rediculously small and rather uncomfortable. It took way too long for us to be served beverages. And when I needed more water, no one was around to bring it. They delivered the food and then took ages to collect it once we were finished. The sound for the in flight entertainment was broken on my consol. There seemed to be a problem with the air flow: it was really hot on both flights."

Nadelen: "Not being able to secure seat before 24 hours. Use of busses at Muscat airport made boarding and de-planing slow. In Flight entertainment limited choice. Much poorer than Emirates or Qatar. B787 Dreamliner system better than A330 aircraft. Some USB port not working. At least 1 toilet out of order whole flight."
Voordelen: "Only a 45 minute flight, but we were able to start watching their large collection of movies as soon as we boarded. Far better than comparably priced low cost carrier, don't hesitate to fly them."
Nadelen: "Since it was a very quick flight there was no service, not even a quick beverage service that you would find on similar length flights elsewhere. Still a great bargain and good experience."
