Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."
Nadelen: "They lost our bags for the second time in 4 days. Both originating flights were late starting and made for impossible connections! Is Swiss ever on time? Frustrating for sure!"

Voordelen: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nadelen: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Il n'y a pas eu de vol. Correspondance raté à cause du retard effectué au départ de Charleroi. Très mauvaise expérience. Ryanair un compagnie à fuir. Bloquée sur Toulouse à cet instant même une maman se bat pour rentrer chez elle avec ses deux enfants.

Vol venu en retard . Correspondance raté à Toulouse . Une nuit passée dans l'aéroport . Aucune communication . La galère d'une maman avec deux enfants bloqués sans issue sur Toulouse.

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35 (compagnie Air Europa) Correspondance à 18h15 à Palma de Majorque en direction de Marseille (compagnie Ryanair) Arrive à Palma à 18h20, nous avons logiquement pas pu embarqué à bord du vol Ryanair

Nadelen: "It is known that RyanAir is not the top class of comfort."

Voordelen: "I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake"
Nadelen: "Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard"

Nadelen: "Worst plane seat of all carriers. No leg room, to close to seat in front no where to put anything , no usb charger. My local bus is more comfortable & better equipped. Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Nadelen: "L’embarquement avec des personnes incompétentes qui ne font pas leur travail correctement contrairement à l’aller qui était parfait. Les sièges sont inconfortables."
Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. We know that they won't change."
Voordelen: "Once departed, the flight was about as average as any Ryanair flight can get. Crew were friendly and apologised on numerous occasions for the delay, and on arrival deboarding and getting to the terminal was swift and had no delay."
Nadelen: "Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out."

Nadelen: "the fare and baggage rule become complicated."

Nadelen: "Having to now pay and queue for cabin baggage is treating customers like dirt. Flight was one hour late to Dublin so missed my connection. Best not flying with this crowd in future."

Nadelen: "Sac à dos mis en soute au retour et pas à l'aller (même compagnie Ryanair pourtant)... Placement aléatoire gratuit mais volontairement séparés par Ryanair pour forcer à payer un supplément pour changer de siège (de plus les prix sont trompeurs car pas à partir de 4 euros)"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Nadelen: "You have to pay to check-in at the airport. And they make you go to another line to check in again. Also when I weighed my luggage it was 13-kilos which means I could have it as a carryon. But at the gate they made me pay another 50 euros for my luggage"

Nadelen: "Le manque d’information concernant les retards des vols"
Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Nadelen: "1 hour flight delay 1 hour delay disembarking due to non-availability of ground staff Another appalling travel experience with Ryanair - they should not be allowed to operate an airline"
Nadelen: "I purchased Priority in order to have a carry-on, and even though the carry-on was fine for my first flight, they forced me to check it and pay 40 pounds for my second flight. Then the flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connection and completely ruining my entire travel day. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW RATES. YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY."

Nadelen: "We bought our tickets online, and even had the Ryan Air mobile app, yet still SOL. When we arrive at departure airport no mobile bording pass option (for our tickets), no kiosk for printing. Ling line to pay 50 quid for tucket printing, lol."

Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Nadelen: "Attente retard au décollage mais rattrapé en vol Confort spartiate"
Voordelen: "Clean and efficient with good staff."
Nadelen: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."

Voordelen: "Ryanair is fair for customers , prices are cheap enough , I've seen some people saying that we have to pay for everything but what did you expect for that price?"
Nadelen: "The food is terrible but we know that..."
Nadelen: "2 bagages en cabines mis en soute. Une des deux valises complètement cassée et ne pouvant plus fonctionner. Tous cela sans le savoir car le personnel ne fait même pas l'effort de vous expliquer. Sans compter les 2h30 de retard mais pas remboursable car cela ne dépasse pas les 3h. Un scandale cette compagnie qui ne devrait même plus exercer sa fonction."
