Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "The past two times flying with American out of Dallas my girlfriend and I have been separated on the flight. The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

Nadelen: "They could start by not allowing a non-compliant passenger ON THE PLANE. When he was already not compliant in the damn terminal. (Dude didn’t wanna wear a mask) forced the captain to circle back and screw our timing for our connecting flight. You might say, how can we blame AA, well, because they chose to allow him to become a problem and then exasperated it by allowing him in the damn door of the plane. Now we got stuck in Charlotte for the night. Nothing like being late for your Grandma’s funeral. Pathetic AA! PATHETIC!"

Arrived at terminal while plane was still boarding but was told I could not board cause it was the final two minutes. Horrible customer service. Asked them to please contact the gate and let them know I was enroute on foot. They refused."

Nadelen: "I was bumped off the flight due to weight restriction and moved to a flight 6 hours later, it only took me 4 hours to rent a car and drive home. I am a 210 lb 6ft tall male. I was not the reason for the plane being over weight, I was there before boarding took place they didn't ask and I didn't fly."

Nadelen: "WiFi wasn’t functioning Boarding and deplaning process is the slowest I’ve ever experienced on any airline. First time flying AA in years. Not sure I would do it again."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "Mechanical problems deejays the flight and I missed my connection. Uncomfortable seats."

Voordelen: "The on-board attendants were personable and efficient."
Nadelen: "The lack of overhead storage was not noted at the gate so about half the passengers had to have their hand luggage tagged on the plane itself, involving wheeling to the back to be tagged. Then once everyone was seated, the attendant wheeled them by and passengers had to call out when they saw their bag go by so that they could be issued the corresponding luggage claim ticket. The seat width and pitch was sad compared to 'low cost' airlines like JetBlue."

Voordelen: "Left early and landed 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Only bad news was the gate which was on the tarmac and about a mile from the terminal. We needed the extra twenty minutes to reach the terminal on foot. We needed a shut!le!"

Nadelen: "Flight attendants horrible refused to serve drinks or snacks due to "turbulence" But there was no turbulence. Then when passengers complained they served water only and splashed it into cups on the trays instead of pouring it into cups and handing the cups to the passengers. Nasty people."

Nadelen: "Never got to take flight. Concerned now that I will lose EQM, EQD from flight because AA rebooked me on DL. Also, original flight was in F. AA rebooked in DL in economy all the way. So I paid F fare for economy flight."

Voordelen: "Flight was smooth, on time. Modern plane. Got the sense that careful aircraft maintenance is always a high priority. Courteous attendants. Large choice of movies."
Nadelen: "Blankets but no pillows on this long red-eye. We need a pillow! Wrap was a bit doughy. no choices."

Nadelen: "This was a tiny aircraft from Charlotte to Savannah. Our bags were placed into "valet" for the flight. When I retrieved my bag, the handle was broken! Destroyed on a 1 hour flight. This is exactly why people don't like checking their bags. There is no care for other people's belongings. It's bag enough you're packed on these flights like sardines and then you have to worry about receiving your property back the way you gave it to them. Placed a claim, but meanwhile I had to purchase new luggage for my return trip."

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
