Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Lors de notre retour de New York sur le vol air France du 19 septembre à 19h50 heure locale, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance des hôtesses !!! Merci à elles qui ont fait du voyage un vrai plaisir.

Sur ce vol l'organisation de l'embarquement est à revoir car très mal gérée. Rien à dire sur le personnel et le service. En revanche sur le vol aller (D265 le 8 août), 4 heures de retard sur l'horaire prévu à Roissy au final avec un changement de porte de dernière minute, très mauvaise gestion qui a impacté notre arrivée et la suite du voyage.

Delayed, again. Does this airline ever run on time?

I was told to check through my carryon bag even though it wasn't any heavier or larger than my flight out to Paris. Very upset as they charged me $100 for it and they didn't give me a chance to take medication out of the bag nor my laptop. So they basically placed an illegal item in the checked bag area below the plane. This is not comforting to know. I was not offered any help at the airport even though I'd arranged for "Accessibilty services well in advance of the day I needed them. I plan on taking this up with the ADA and the FAA to share my grievances on how that was handled.

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Casque audio pour tv

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Vol à l'heure. Personnel aimable. Repas corrects. J'ai pu choisir une place confortable moyennant un prix correct. Divertissements limités que écran individuel. Plutôt content du voyage avec cette compagnie

Nadelen: "Small point, I suppose, but when i’m On a “national champion” carrier like Aerolineas Argentinas, I expect them to put their coubtry’s Best foot forward. Having noticed in their in-flight magazine that the airline had improved its selection of Argentine wines, I asked which ones they had. The flight attendant said they had no wine on board because it was not an international flight. Since we were flying from Rio to Buenos Aires, I said “What?”, or words to that effect. I thought, “This will come as a surprise to both countries.” It reminded me of a TAP transatlantic flight I took last year, which had no Portuguese wines in board, not even Port. Why don’t airlines show more pride in their country’s food and drink?"

Nadelen: "No issues with the airplane or staff. Travelers to Argentina should know, however, that the airlines require proof of a ticket for leaving the country before boarding their flight. We had only booked one way so we had to book a bus ticket to Uruguay using our cell phones. It was very disconcerting. (Some very kind airline staff helped us with that). And even more so because no one at customs in Argentina asked for any return information! A last minute return flight booking at the gate was quoted at an outrageous sum."

Voordelen: "They acomódate my self on emergency seat right away, because I'm very tall and I really appreciated that. Service on board, were very attended at all the time and they tried to do the best with what they have."
Nadelen: "Blue headphones were not only working improperly (only one was with sound) but also short on stock. Seat was very tight."
Nadelen: "I was seated in the exit row and stowed my bag securely under the seat in front of me. As we pulled away from the gate, three of the flight staff "accosted" me in Spanish, and told me I had to stow my bag overhead; since the flight was full, there was no room for my bag overhead so the one English speaking flight attendant told me I had to move my bag and me to another seat. He thrust an emergency card- in English- in my face and I was shuffled to a seat across the aisle. Lunch pox contained a sandwich with some kind of meat and cheese. Drinks were room temperature. Several passengers were standing in the aisles when the plane pushed back from the gate and numerous seats were still in recline position when we took off."

They were incredibly unhelpful in trying to rebook our cancelled flight. We ended up having to buy all new tickets online. It was a mess for our 4/4 flights."

Nadelen: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy...."

Voordelen: "I was a little worried because I hadn't flown them before but they were excellent. Plenty of leg room, the flight attendants were lovely, everything was clean, food was good (not gourmet but good) and no real turbulence. It was great."
Nadelen: "The flight Santiago Buenos Aires was delayed and no one informed us. The seats where unconfortable. The food basic."

Nadelen: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

Nadelen: "Seating onsite didn't facilitate the experience. Traveling with a minor, it is important to seat with family members how can help throughout the flight. First come first serve seats approach not a good strategy as a customer approach. Charging extra for regular seats to choose online...not a good approach. Not having vegetarian options a big mistake. What do we eat?"
Nadelen: "I flew home on the LATAM600 Lima to LAX. My flight was suppose to leave noon on May 25. Unfortunately we were delayed until noon the following day, May 26. I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

And searching for info on twitter I found out this flight gets cancelled quite a lot."
Nadelen: "After pass security, before we were about to boarding, everyone was all waiting for their turn there were many security stuffs showed up and let entire people open their bags before get on the plane. It end up delayed flight too."

Air Canada lost my ski bag on the way from Vancouver and a week later, again, on my way back to Seattle. Lost two days of scheduled ski time, one day at a remote BC hut. My lost bag was one of 6 from our group of 13 and one of 2 on the way home, of 2! I've never seen such shoddy bag handling service ever.

Nadelen: "Grouchy attendants....even though I did my best to stay out of their way or interact positively, they were determined to be brusque and uncooperative. I understand they have a tough job to do, but pushing past people who are in the process of getting out of their way (even holding a baby!) is uncalled for. This happened not once, but 3 or 4 times in the course of the flight to my traveling companion and me."
Voordelen: "No in flight entertainment system. I hate those things. They take up room and lots of times you can't even turn off the screens. Streaming to personal devices is a much better solution."
Nadelen: "Food for economy class 10 hour flight was: Dinner: a bowel of rice with a couple of shavings of meat, bread, and a brownie. Snack: pretlzes Breakfast: small loaf of bread with a tiny amount of meat filling. Absolutely eat before boarding this flight. All you will get are carbs. The foam on the seats was thin and not comfortable. This airline can be a bit cheaper than others but I don't think it's worth it."
Voordelen: "The crew was so attentive and respecful! Kept pouring wine as we wanted (without saying a qorf or requesting it) this is how business class should be. I love air canada business class. Super hyper recommended. Food was ok, in spite it eas a short flight. Crew was very very nice. ❤️"

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "While waiting for the flight, I whined on FB about our probable delay, and a friend responded with "I'm guessing that you're crammed at the end of that terminal hallway with about 10 other gates of people with no airplanes, no information, and 2 AC employees." Spot on. Apparently such delays, understaffed gates, and failures to communicate with passengers are par for the course. Friend even predicted the free bagels AC would eventually offer at the restaurant that closed 3 hours before our flight finally left. He didn't predict the multiple announcements about assorted other flights not having functional restrooms so please pee before boarding."
Voordelen: "Great gluten free meal. Calling ahead of time to order was well worth it."
Nadelen: "AC employees gave us contradictory and wrong information about clearing Canadian Customs in Vancouver, so we were unable to get through all the arrival and transfer procedures and had to go on without our luggage. Our delayed baggage was delivered to us 2 days after our arrival. Probably there was not enough time allowed for our connection in Vancouver (about 90 minutes). We were going from Japan to the US via Canada."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Personnel très désagréable pas du tout professionnel Nous n’avons pas eu de repas servi car il n’y avait pas assez de repas prévus Juste une boîte de crackers et fromage De nombreux passagers ont manifesté leur mécontentement car impossible de dormir Dans ces conditions autant prendre une compagnie low coast La prestation ne correspond pas au prix Très déçus
