This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Nadelen: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

A l'évidence le service client n'est plus au rendez-vous avec Air France."

Voordelen: "It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time."
Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."

Nadelen: "Flight was canceled forcing us to spend an extra night in Paris. British Airways was extremely unorganized in dealing with an 11 hour delay. I will not fly BA ever again."

Voordelen: "Friendly and helpful cabin crew, even on this short flight. I liked the fact that the Captain stood outside the flight deck to say goodbye to the passengers. A nice touch."

Voordelen: "The movie selection was wonderful, as the amount of time with dim lightening"
Nadelen: "The temperature in the plane. It was too cold for summer clothing"

"Checking was smooth, staff generally all friendly, boarding a bit disorganized (I heard no announcements), plane clean and modern, etc. Check-in could potentially have been this easy though because the flight was pretty empty. You have to pay for everything including blankets, pillows, headsets to enjoy the (free) entertainment, any food, etc., but that was expected, and I have no issue with that. However, not even offering any water during the flight is crazy on an nearly 8 hour flight, especially for our kids. You can go ask for it, but they are not coming through to offer you any, presumably because they are trying to sell you drinks."

Voordelen: "As usual Iberia sells you an Iberia ticket and sticks you on their low-cost line, Vueling - small seats, zero service. In flight wifi did not work except to take my money. Did not recieve email or load a webpage in the whole flight. Also crew was completely misinformed about COVID regulations in Spain - insisted we need a PcR test and QR code from online site and that was not true for travellers from Italy. Bush league airline; not what it used to be."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times."

Nadelen: "Check-in process and seat selection is misguiding and confusing. Boarding was slow and takeoff took place an hour later than scheduled."

Voordelen: "I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began."
Nadelen: "The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

Nadelen: "This was in no way a legal connection for an international flight - we had only an hour to get from our flight onto the plane going through customs and everything else - we have Global Entry otherwise there is no way in the world we would have made our flight and ou bags did not make it."

Voordelen: "El avión estaba ok"
Nadelen: "A raíz de una huelga en Argentina que se declaró el 14/5 tardaron más de 10 días en comenzar a re programar los vuelos. El call center te da información falsa ya que no tienen idea de lo que ocurre. Re programado el vuelo para salir después de la hora 24 del día de paro, habilitaron 4 counters"

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Vol a l'heure Personnel avenant"
Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Sympatique"
Nadelen: "L'embarquement."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de sol était très mal"

Voordelen: "The crew was good. Seat is ok, not very comfortable."

Nadelen: "Le retard et la prise en charge à l'arrivée"

Voordelen: "Excellent flight, timely"

Nadelen: "The small space between seats"

Nadelen: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Nadelen: "I had to call Kayak to get the confirmation code to check in online, as this was not provided by Kayak in their receipt for the eticket. Otherwise the flight was fine."

Nadelen: "It took a very long time to drop bags because there were only three people at the Iberia desks."

Voordelen: "Price"
Nadelen: "A cup of water given anywhere else for free was not provided. There was no entertainment. The plane was old and seats very uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "This is my second time flying with this airline and it’s 40 mins late leaving again! Poor reliability and flying at night with my young son. I did not want to arrive an additional 45mins later in a city that can be dangerous"

Nadelen: "The plan was too small."

Voordelen: "Personnel de bord excellent, cabine très agréable pour un vol au même prix que Ryanair ! Merci à Iberia d'être sur cette ligne. Vol excellent."

Nadelen: "Rien à manger ou à boire. Place très limitée pour les jambes. C'était mieux avec Ryanair"

Nadelen: "In Chicago, again my carryon things and person were extensively searched, to the point that the explosives expert was called to examine my shoes and cell phone!! If anyone would have been trying to get away with something, they were certainly able to with the time and energy wasted on me as I was only anxious to get home to see my grandchildren!!"

Voordelen: "The discomfort of the cramped seating overshadows everything"
Nadelen: "This was the 3rd time I had to take Iberia coach in Europe in 4 week. As horrible as the first 2 times. The rows are too close to each other. I can not sit straight. My knees hit the seat in front of me. I was not the only one measuring more than 6 feet. Other men equally were obliged to sit sort of diagonally. It a real torture. Horrible. Never again."
