Nadelen: "First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

Nadelen: "For international travel, I’m always told to get there 3 hours before. For this trip we checked in but didn’t have access to a printer so needed a boarding pass. We wanted to carry on luggage so just needed to print the pass. Swiss was the only airline that wasn’t available on the check-in kiosks. The front desk staff didn’t arrive until closer to 1.5 hours before check in so nearly theall passengers were in a huge line to get passes and check bags."

Nadelen: "the boarding was poor, we waited in line to board and they did not announce to us that we need to have our ticket stamped before we got to the door, as a result we were sent out of line once the ticket was stamped we had to rejoin the line from the back. When i got through they then said something was wrong with my ticket in which they took it and I was pulled out of the line. they should try to the ticket check and the boarding line at the same time"

I reached the check in counter 55 minutes before departure time. It was closed. The ticket office had no sympathy, refused to issue me a boarding pass. My flight was paid for and confirmed. There was time to get through security and reach the gate by boarding time. All i needed was the boarding pass and they would not give it. I missed the flight i had paid for and of course you won't give me a refund It caused serious problems with my trip. I'm totally disgusted and will never buy another ticket on this ariline."

It was clear for me that I can give 1 piece of luggage, 23 Kg , for free. I was surprised at the check in that I have to pay for it $54 !!!! Why you don't say it when I booked the flight?????"

Nadelen: "Seats were horribly uncomfortable. I will not fly this airline again after my last trip onthe 14th of August."

Voordelen: "They compensated us with a free one-way plane ticket (with lots of restrictions) and refreshments at the airport cafe."
Nadelen: "The flight kept being delayed and they jerked us around for several hours, updating the departure time three or four different times and changing the gate but not updating the board or consistently making announcements. They should have just made a decision and stuck with it and better communicated what was going on. My poor friend was waiting for me in Larnaca so she stayed at the airport each time thinking I would soon arrive."

Voordelen: "Purchased these flights and had no idea baggage was not included. It was not transparent up front and I potentially would have purchased a different airline had I known."

Voordelen: "The boarding experience at the horrible Santorini airport ruined it or us. I wish Aegean had provided us with more instructions about what to expect and when to arrive so that we didn't there so early and stand outside in the heat of so long."

Voordelen: "Wasn't expecting so much food for such a short journey, but it was delicious, and views from the plane were gorgeous."

Voordelen: "Professionalism. The flight attendants were professional, very efficient and helpful."
Nadelen: "Vegetarian. I should have ordered in advance."

Nadelen: "It is very inconvenient and seems to waste a lot of time. That is my only complaint."

Nadelen: "We were 30 minutes late to board so I missed the bus from the airport and had to wait an hour at the airport."

Nadelen: "Food was completely uninteresting.. I had a book. Didn' t need entertainment, but for 2 hour flights, it wasn't necessary."

Voordelen: "Departure delay and change of gate at last minute. This has become a frequent occurrence even though they usually make up some of the time in flight. I would appreciate more timely information about delays."

Nadelen: "Announced 10 minute delay but when I got to the gate the plane had not yet arrived. Eventually the delay to depart was closer to 40 minutes. This is not the first time this happened with Aegean. I would appreciate more accurate and timely information about delays so as not to have to rush to the gate and then wait."

Nadelen: "A short flight so not that important but the seats were a bit narrow and mine being in front of an exit row did not recline"

Nadelen: "delayed departure and late notification of delay at 20 minutes to departure board said go to gate, at gate there was a 30 minute delay announcement then there was a further delay when we boarded"

Voordelen: "I loved everything :-)"

Voordelen: "plane packed full but staff still managed to look after passengers needs"
Nadelen: "dislike bus transfers to terminal for economy reasons"

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled and I wasn't notified. I found out when I tried to check in on line. I could not check in and could not buy an extra piece of luggage. I had to pay extra at the airport. Also at check in the employee made a mistake and charged me twice. Then told me I will get a refound."

Voordelen: "Canine crew were perfect and kind"

Nadelen: "Quand on ne laisse que 5 mn pour sortir d un avion pour embarquer dans le suivant qui est à l autre bout de l aéroport .... même un champion du 100 mètres nu arriverait pas! Et voir l avion encore là avec la passerelle passagers et si on nous dit c est fini!!! Difficile à accepter!"

Nadelen: "Un avion qui part à l heure est un avion qui arrive à l heure."

Voordelen: "Équipage très agréable et accueillant et équipé de pilotage très bonne"
Nadelen: "Encore un retard...cette fois de 45 minutes"

Nadelen: "Retard de l'avion: de plus en plus récurrent."

Nadelen: "Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience."

Voordelen: "The hotel was nice although I was unable to sleep due to the delays all around concerning my connecting flight. I am thoroughly upset because I contacted the airlines 3 times in May to express my concern with the 30mins layover. And to no avail. My worst concerns are being played out now. It appears that their isn’t any concern from the airlines about this catastrophe impacting so many people. Shame on you."
Nadelen: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Voordelen: "In The Austria my flight was terrible couse the official people didn’t help me I was with my baby I needed help for stroller for suitcase or something else just the guys watched me with they sad face , they didn’t was nice with me !!!"

The baggages didn't arrive in Montreal (YUL) final destination and was reported in person at the airport but the customer service representative forgot to provide a claim ID number. The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "Everything went very well! Boarding was easy, the flight was smooth with little turbulence, we arrived on time, the crew was friendly and attentive, the food was good!"

Voordelen: "The crew and the service was excellent. Dinner was excellent. The hot breakfast never came. We were served a roll and one small cup of coffee with no refills. That was my only complaint. On a long overseas flight I think a hot breakfast would have been better than a roll."

Voordelen: "The staff was very friendly and professional Even got some sleep, not easy on economy seats but on this flight they were actually good."
Nadelen: "The other travelers were loud rude and didn't listen to instructions. Also clapping loudly upon landing and it's very annoying. Parents don't take responsibility for their children."

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight which delayed boarding but the flight was on time."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Voordelen: "The crew worked very hard to make sure we're comfortable. Water, snacks were provided often during flight."

Nadelen: "Out luggage did not make it to Houston from Frankfurt. We were late from Vienna but Lufthansa held the plane and extra 30 minutes in Frankfurt so that the baggage could make it from the feeder flights and it still didn't. We were promissed out luggage on Sunday evening. No one called and as of Monday morning no news."

Voordelen: "Service was great, the stewardess's were very professional and very caring without being too personal which is great for me .Every was done quickly and professionally with a great sense of efficiency and purpose .Hard to explain but so different from other airlines . Multimedia was phenomenal"
Nadelen: "Food portions were smallish but acceptable .Seat reservation service got totally mixed up ,reserved one seat and got another .Maybe software glitch ,needs to be fixed."

Voordelen: "Staff welcoming and courteous. Flight nice and quiet"

Nadelen: "We were almost three hours late on arrival. Being at VIE airport after midnight with no buses going home is no fun."

Nadelen: "I remember a time when these flights had entertainment on them..."

Nadelen: "There was plenty of space, and so I rven had a chance to catch some sleep on the transatlantic flight. But Uktimately, unless you are travelling in luxury, transatlantic flights are awful."

Nadelen: "Changing planes on Vienna was not easy so 1-hour layover was barely enough (required running)"

Voordelen: "It's just normal seats with the middle seat blocked for Business class. It's not a true Business class seat by any definition. There is no entertainment system for this flight. I would choose to fly economy for this leg, if given the option as there is no added value to the Business class."
