It is just a normal flight. Short flight. The Aircraft was bit older and was very shaky.
The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.
We should get snacks like peanuts or pretzels

We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

Nadelen: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

I wondered this before any of your delays. I was assured the connection would wait but not correct and you did miss. If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Nadelen: "Whilst the main meal was ok, as far as breakfast on the LHR to KUL sector was concerned, by the time I was served my preference was no longer available. The crew member who served me made no attempt to see if another colleague had my preference available."
Nadelen: "Food Seats cramped"
Voordelen: "Brand new A350!"
Nadelen: "Hmm, nothing really. Lucky I was not in a hurry.."
Voordelen: "Web checkin and Baggage Drop were precise which saved time. Few passengers do not matter these two (2) important features but this is efficiency to a minimum!"
Nadelen: "Worst food ever."
Voordelen: "They provided us with a hotel to stay in until everything was arranged."
Nadelen: "No communications with KL that our flight was cancelled and marked me as a no show on my next flight. Which cancelled my next flights. I'm not too impressed."
Voordelen: "The flights were on time :)."
Voordelen: "The crew was nice."
Nadelen: "Two MH flights I took were 1 hour and 2 hours late. The latter resulted in missing connection to BKK and another flight to TPE. I got stuck in Kuala Lumpur for the night and they booked me a resort that was 30-40 min drive from the airport. How are all of these reasonable?!"
Voordelen: "Second flight was quite empty and the plane was in much better shape"
Nadelen: "Initial flight was one hour late....almost missed my connecting flight, bags didn't make it to my destination. Not much help or info given about the late flight and how to connect to the next flight. First plane was old and beat-up."
Nadelen: "My checked bag did not arrive at my work city of Singapore. It took 2 days to be brought to my hotel despite my being told they would be on the next flight. I arrived back in Denpasar yesterday and, again, my bags are lost and I again I was told they would be on the next flight. I still do not have my bag. Seems to be a pattern with Malaysian Airways and I will avoid them in the future, Also, I left my Ipad plugged in at the Premier Lounge in Denpasar and realized it as I was boarding the plane. The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."
Voordelen: "Good on the plane and in the business class lounge was excellent"
Voordelen: "Good entertainment"
Nadelen: "Check in- only 2 desks open."
Voordelen: "Smooth flight with usual good in flight service. No issues during flight. check in very smooth and baggage collection very quick"
Nadelen: "Very uncomfort flight, very bad timing, Food is not good"
Voordelen: "Gate area was good, boarding quick and arrived on time. Crew very pleasant."
Nadelen: "Poor quality food especially the breakfast "snack". Unable to take water on board and tiny serves of water and other drinks left us dehydrated. Far too many ads at the start of entertainmen. Repeated for each selection."
Voordelen: "Crew seems friendly."
Nadelen: "Business class food is not that good. Menu were not provided so when time to take the order, we have to decide quickly."
Voordelen: "Good entertainment system."
Nadelen: "Food was only one choice - fish (not tasty)."
Nadelen: "Lost baggage took 24 hours to arrive. Rude staff."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "Red snapper was over cooked and rubbery. MH used to have great food. What happened??? IFE system was poor although flight was only over an hour in length - not a major issue."
Voordelen: "- On Time - Nice to include buns or bread for breakfast - Staffs should be more gracious and engaging."
Nadelen: "- Landing was rough and sudden - Hot drinks only served at the end of meal. It should be served together with meal. - Row 17 was last to be served. Rather hungry especially on transit flight from Singapore - No transit lounge and refreshments"
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were friendly"
Nadelen: "I got severely sick after having ate in the plane. Only a weird selection of old movies provided. Checkin online bugging. Gates are very far in the airport."
Voordelen: "I like the interior of the plane and the comfortable seats. I also appreciate the crew's warmth and efficiency. It was a very short flight hence I truly appreciate the snack and drinks provided and especially the fabulous ice cream treat on the return flight. I would certainly consider taking MAS again in future (this was my first MAS flight), despite the one glitch (please see what I didnt like) if the price is right."
Nadelen: "I had only one large backpack to be checked in (due to the minimum liquid that can be brought) and it was left at the airport somehow by whoever who was handling it. Waited for more than an hour at KLIA for it and finally made a loss baggage report. The staff at the loss baggage counter was only helpful after finding out that I am not a Malaysian. Needless to say, my bag flew on SQ and was rushed to my hotel 5 and half hours after landing. I also did not receive a copy of the baggage delivery report."
Voordelen: "The equipment and level of service on this MAS flight was excellent. Food was delicious. Seat was comfortable."
Nadelen: "Though it wasn't part of the flight, the business class lounge at KUL is just a step below the excellent facilities at airports like HKG. Just a step though, mostly in the shower area. Food options were great though. And take advantage of the Massage Spa within the lounge."
