Nadelen: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

Nadelen: "The crew was horrible I will never take Egypt sort again. Flight attended spilled hot tea on me and didn’t even apologize, I acknowledge it was both our fault but at least he could of provided a napki g so I could dry off. Horrible I will never recommend this airline"

Nadelen: "4,5 heures de retard, cause panne mécanique réacteur gauche, débarquement, attente dans le hall et bien sur... Pas de bagages a l’arrivée a Pâris car correspondance Cairo Vienne, Paris ratée au niveau de nos 3 valises"

Nadelen: "There was no entertainment on the flight. No screen per person."

Voordelen: "Nice experience with EgyptAir. The desk people and crew were so friendly except for one flight attendant (a lady) in the plane."

Nadelen: "La température de la cabine, trop chaude L’hôtesse pas très agréable."

Voordelen: "Pas grand chose"
Nadelen: "La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. L’équipage était au courant. Je l’ai signalé alors que j’étais la premiere à les utiliser. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"

Voordelen: "Flights were on time and boarding was orderly"
Nadelen: "Vegetarian food was poor. It was just boiled vegetables. Even the bread that was given to others was not there. They treated Vegetarian food as Vegan food (although it was specified as vegetarian), so there was no butter, no yogurt and nothing but boiled vegetables and fruit salad. Hard to sustain oneself with that on a 12 hour flight! I asked the flight attendant for yogurt who just ignored my request."

Voordelen: "Wonderful staff really helpful, comfortable seats"
Nadelen: "Some delay"

Voordelen: "Comfortable plane, nice crew, movies."

Nadelen: "Staff are rude in comparison to other airlines, hostess greeting us actually called my 2 year old naughty for touching the toilet door whilst boarding! Media is also limited and with constant interruptions, plus not available for take off or landing! Tray tables were dirty, I’ve honestly given up trying to eat the food on board these flights! Despite numerous tags and a note on my ticket the stroller is never able to be brought up to the aircraft door. I won’t be flying Egyptair again"

Nadelen: "Transit 6 heures au retour de Louxor xor via Le Caire Quand revient le vol direct oaris Louxor ??"

Voordelen: "Possibly the food and the flight is direct"
Nadelen: "Anything else you could think of. The crew is unfriendly the plane is messy no one follows rules or regulations just a complete mess"

Voordelen: "The timing is perfect"
Nadelen: "Maybe in the near future the airline should provided for chops and drinks that have less super on the plane.great service and kudos to the pilot and the crews"

Nadelen: "Check in employee playing games on his phone instead of talking to me"

Voordelen: "Amazing hospitality. Flight attendants were so friendly. The meals and gifts made for a very pleasant flight experience"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "People were smoking on the plane. How is that still a thing?! There were no smoking signs and yet the crew did nothing to stop them. Absolutely horrible flight."

Voordelen: "The warm hospitality and care and smooth flight althrough"

Voordelen: "The dinner food was decent (breakfast was subpar)."
Nadelen: "We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

Voordelen: "Every member of the staff was super friendly. Complimentary food and beverages for all meals. Good selection for in-flight entertainment. Provided eye masks, blankets and pillows. Good amount of leg room."
Nadelen: "I don't really have any complaints! I would definitely use this airline again."

Nadelen: "Some of the seats are situated so that you really can't see the movie. The screen closest was right above my head and the next one was too far to really see especially with the glare"

Voordelen: "The food is the best I've ever had. Very friendly crew. Entertainment was also great."
Nadelen: "Nothing really; flight was great."

Voordelen: "I loved the food selection. Taste and presentation were good too. Plane is new, which is plus."

Nadelen: "Retard d'arrivée à la porte d'embarquement de personnel féminin pour le contrôle de sécurité avant de pouvoir procéder au boarding. Toutes les femmes ont du attendre très longtemps avant de pouvoir embarquer. Le personnel m'a réveillé pour manger alors que j'étais assoupie"
