Voordelen: "Very old plane, seats not updated and not working properly, food was served once on an 8 hour flight, there was turbulance for over 5 hours consistently, and the pilots did nothing to go around it. As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library."
Nadelen: "New and updated plane, especially business class, more trained crew, seats that work and function normally, better and more food, served a light breakfast on an 8 hr flight. Updated movie library."

Nadelen: "I sat next to 2 children. It smelled like baby poo off and on for the whole flight. There are no individual AC so the entire plane was on one temp which was stuffy and smelly at times. If some one passed gas, you could for sure smell it. I told the flight attendant and they agreed before I could describe so it wasn’t just me."

Voordelen: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
Nadelen: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Trash everhwre, tray tables with stains on them from the previous passengers, stains on the seat cushions, dirty blankets that had stains on them, the bathrooms were foul smelling with fluids on the floors. I am never EVER FLYING TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN."

Voordelen: "Turkish Airlines always has decent food and entertainment."
Nadelen: "An hour late with no apologies. And seats are so small, the people sitting next to me were so large that I didn’t have enough room."

Voordelen: "Planes are very clean, food is excellent, there is plenty of alcohol, and the crew treats economy passengers as if they were royalty. Flying attendants clean toilette each hour, There is also a flower pasted on the mirror in the toilette. All details of the flight have been take care of."
Nadelen: "1) The safety record is not superb https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_Airlines#Incidents_and_accidents 2) Political situation in Turkey is unstable. 3) Most of Europe is west of Istanbul - the flights to Europe are longer. BUT ANYWAY: THE AIRLINES ARE WORKING HARD TO OVERCOME ALL OBSTACLES AND PRICES ARE GREAT."

Nadelen: "We checked in online the day before with seats together and the morning getting our boarding pass they changed the plane and 1 of our seats was changed to across the plane. Luckily the lady was able to get a pair seats sitting us together."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Nadelen: "I liked everything besides not getting a wheelchair."

Nadelen: "My luggage arrived wet unprotected fron rain"

Voordelen: "Timing was perfect without any unnecessary delay in transfer. Crew is quite helpful and food was pretty good for Economy class as was the leg room and footrest. Entertainment was excellent."

Nadelen: "The lounge at IST is overcrowded and lacks sufficient showering facilities. There was leftover food everywhere that the overworked staff tried, in vain, to keep up with."

Voordelen: "After a bit of confusion in ADD airport, we reached the terminal where my connecting flight was leaving from. Terminal 1 of ADD airport should be avoided at all costs! Boarding and the flight crew did a admirable and top job and made the difference for me."
Nadelen: "Terminal 1 Disgusting. Rundown, embarrassing, chaos everywhere and no real sense of security. No police or security presence. You could just walk right into a gate! I was shocked to see this especially being from NYC. If you can avoid Terminal 1 do so. The seats were DISGUSTING! Dirty, warped fabric seating was dirty and caked on. Smelled and many seats were visually broken. I'm glad I brought with me some Clorox wipes to wipe my area down with. You get what you pay for but wow! I would not spend my money on this airline again."

Nadelen: "I had to purchase the upgrade to business class at the airport. On your site business class was not available."

Nadelen: "The movie screen (attached to the ceiling) was broken and throught the duration of the 2h30 minute flight, mechanically lowered and raised itself nonstop, making a constant disturbing grinding noise"

Nadelen: "Terrible food (chopped cold spaghetti with no flavor) and terrible service (crew forgot to offer me tea or water, did not come when called) and over one hour late with no apologies given"

Voordelen: "Flying direct from LA to Europe is a challenge. My other flight got cancelled the day of from another airline but i found this flight 12 hours later direct to Ireland for very cheap. Nice staff and amenities. Socks headphones and plenty of LEG ROOM in economy class. Would fly again"

It's not a big delay but the way they acted like they didn't know anything and didn't tell us anything was not OK. Other then that flight was fine. there is no electricity or multimedia and not even a USB charge!"
