Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

Nadelen: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was smooth and the crew friendly. Flight ran on time."
Nadelen: "Unloading the baggage took over 90 minutes, and there was no explanation for the delay and nobody from Air France in sight on the ground in Boston."

Voordelen: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."

Voordelen: "The lounge is great, however the food is substandard to nearly every other lounge that I have used."
Nadelen: "The food on the plane is even worse, The staff were ok but not overly going out of their way to help with any issues, also they could at least pretend to smile."

Nadelen: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Nadelen: "Very full flight when covid cases are at all time highs. Not possible to social distance in these conditions."

Voordelen: "flight delay due to mechanical problem. pilot made up time, avoided excessive turbulence and silky smooth landing. attentive and highly visible patient flight attendants"
Nadelen: "no complimentary food option (other than pretzels /crackers) on 4 hr flight. aainflight provided live sports and news but movie selection was limited."

Nadelen: "every single flight got changed multiple times worst experience"

Nadelen: "We boarded on time then Pilot announced that they were working in the plane so we sat at the gate 90 minutes with no air conditioning. I would have much preferred to have been in terminal while waiting for maintenance to repair aircraft"

Nadelen: "Delay of 1 h at Philadelphia to Syracuse !!"

Voordelen: "Very good main meal. Numerous movie choices Friendly attendants. Pretty good leg room."
Nadelen: "Incoming light was late, making for a late departure and late arrival at destination (about an hour). People-mover buses incredibly slow and inefficient, adding to delayed arrival at terminal."

Nadelen: "Flight got delayed by 2 hours without specifying the reason. Weather was fine. Happened 2 hours delayed. From DC to Boston too when I took flight on 12th. Will avoid AA flights in future"

Nadelen: "The flight attendant that helped passengers in the main cabin was rude, lacked empathy, and lacked resourcefulness. She argued about throwing away a drink that she poured, didn’t care to explain things to passengers when asked i. e. why charging outlets were not in service, and her tone was rude ..."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Gate D60 is the gate from hell. I was told to go to a different number gate 3 times, and no direction board to reference. Worst airport ever. The staff are rude and could not understand most overhead announcements because their accents and talking super fast."

Voordelen: "My flight was via AA. I was able to check in with Concierge Key as I am an Executive Platinum member. The check-in staff were very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "Since the ticket was bought with Iberia, I was not eligible to use My systemwide upgrade. The crew was generally less friendly. When I asked for cognac after dinner, they told me that they are out! The offering of snacks were bad. The breakfast is nothing but sugar! The dinner could do with less carbohydrates."

Voordelen: "No hassle boarding or deplaning"
Nadelen: "Cramped seats. I am a loyal JetBlue customer, the seating consistently better than the major airlines."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were polite and welcoming. Good entertainment system too keep busy during flight. Arrived earlier than scheduled."
Nadelen: "Seat are definitely getting smaller and not too comfortable."

Voordelen: "De stewardessen in t vliegtuig waren erg aardig en hulpvaardig"
Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Nadelen: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

Voordelen: "Great crew. Boarding was easy."
Nadelen: "No snack options. No individual screens on an international flight!"

Voordelen: "Me gusto todo"

Nadelen: "Sat on runway for 30 minutes before the announcement was made that the First Officer had called out. Deplaned. Then once we reboarded an 1.5 hours later, we sat on the runway for over 2 hours waiting to be deiced, then waiting to take off with absolutely NO TRANSPARENCY from the crew or the pilot. We were updated ONCE every HOUR. I missed a day of my vacation because a crew member didn't arrive on time. UNACCEPTABLE."

Nadelen: "Have to pay for WiFi"

Voordelen: "Plane was clean"
Nadelen: "Out of wraps, sandwich disappointing. Legroom bad."

Voordelen: "NOTHING"
Nadelen: "AA did not wait for us. Just closed the gate after we showed the boarding passes. Unbelievable. They did not reallocated in later flight, only standby. Finally got a connection 6h later. NBaggage was damaged at arrival in DCA. Could it be any worse"

Nadelen: "There was no one at the ticket kiosk located by TSA and no sign that said they would be back or to go to another booth. After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Nadelen: "We didnt managed to get on that flight due to the delay from precious flight from philadelphia"

Voordelen: "The crew and captain were lovely and communicative."
Nadelen: "Our plane was very old and there were engine problems that kept us grounded for hours at JFK. I was terrified the entire time we were in the air that something might go wrong. Additionally, the air conditioner worked very poorly."

Voordelen: "Arrived early, friendly crew, good exit row seat."

Voordelen: "The pilot was great about keeping us up to date on the possible route change and exactly how long we would be sitting on the runway, new arrival time, etc."
Nadelen: "We sat on the runway for 35 minutes with no offer of a beverage (though there was going to be beverage service). Then just before take off as the flight attendants were snacking in the back, we asked about a possible drink and they said the flight was going to be too turbulent to serve anything."

Voordelen: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."
Nadelen: "My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

Nadelen: "Nowhere on my finnair reservariondid it say this flight was operated by American. I kept logging into finnair and it was telling me I had no reservation. Very frustrating!"

Voordelen: "Smooth flight, barely late."
Nadelen: "Broken sink, horribly uncomfortable, cramped seats."

Nadelen: "2.5 hour delay Uncomfortable seats"

Voordelen: "Another great flight. On our plane the entertainment was free and I was able to watch a lot of movies. We even landed early"
Nadelen: "I know it was a very long flight and my butt and legs were hiring by the time we landed. Also I'm lactose intolerant. And I wasn't able to eat any of the food. But it did look good. But overall a very good flight."

Voordelen: "The trip from st martin was fine in terms of check in. AA opened their windows early so we beat the crowd."
Nadelen: "The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight."

Nadelen: "No choice in food. Flt attended said he would try to find a sandwich or snack left over from coach but he never offered anything."

Voordelen: "Streaming entertainment with great choices Not too crowded so got my upgrade"
Nadelen: "Food was disgusting... bland cheese lasagna or small wet noodle salad with piece of chicken. This menu has been going for years! Old B757 No sparkling water but 75 variations of Coca Cola"

Voordelen: "Nothing really."
Nadelen: "The plane was freezing, then it was boiling hot. There was no happy medium. Never had this issue on a plane. The crew would not shut up. They talked endlessly on the speakers, which were blown out and had some sort of buzzing feedback which made listening unbearable. I hated every minute of this flight and was so glad to be off the plane."

Nadelen: "Even in main cabin extra the leg room was terrible, the seat barely reclined and the plan was terribly old."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "They didnt tell us that emergency seats do not recling"

Voordelen: "The flight assistants were nice"
Nadelen: "The entire flight from Miami to New Orleans, the ac felt like the heater was on. I was sweating and felt nasty."

Voordelen: "The flight was a great experience opposed to other airlines (frontier).I would definitely choose american airlines next time i fly."

Voordelen: "On time. Good crew and nicer flight."
Nadelen: "Actually no complaints."

Voordelen: "Comfort, convienience. Great service. Will fly again."

Nadelen: "Delay with out any real information or updates. Nothing done for the inconvenience. Will not fly American Airlines."
