Nadelen: "Swiss Air allowed us to book a flight with 45 minutes to connect. First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

The delta staff working the counter in Atlanta were rude, I was actually forced to get a complete stranger to help me with my wheelchair because there was no staff to help me. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

When you use a voucher because of their error to lower your ticket price, but still pay cash for it, why does that then automatically exclude you from upgrades? Poor customer loyalty, in fact, non-existent these days."

La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

Voordelen: "I left my laptop behind accidentally in the hand luggage space as I had to separate my hand luggage due to other seats nearby who boarded earlier used the space over my seating row. BA crew found my laptop and the swiss lost property retrieved it for me. Very thankful for their honesty"
Nadelen: "My seating was directly behind a curtain and partition to business class, therefore my seating space was very limited and squashed. No refreshments unless you paid??? why?? I would expect this from companies such as Easyjet or Virgin, but not BA. Even Qantas provided a light refreshment for short runs, say between Canberra and Sydney (Im an aussie)"

Nadelen: "The Airlines is Ari Lingus not British Airways Air Lingus has extremely tiny seats for a 11 hours flight. The technology on the plane was very slow and poor. The flight attendants hardly ever brings you water or juices and alcohol is not free of charge for an intercontinental flight. We got took off late cause of the weather but we were all safe."

Nadelen: "We were loaded onto a shuttle bus and then stood there (some sat, I could only stand...) for 10+ minutes until the last passenger arrived. Not sure what the airline could do differently there unless it's run a "late person shuttle," and from other passengers' remarks, this was unusual for this transfer."
Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "The airplane was uncomfortably hot. The flight attendant apologized and said it would cool off at cruising altitude. It never cooled off. The flight was full and very crowded. I was in the last boarding group even though my seat was in row 17. They required me to check my carryon due to space."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed by 1.5h. On top of it, there was no inflight entertainment or snack available during the 3h long flight."
Voordelen: "The pilot kept us informed and we were transported to a resort. At the end of the day our safety came first."

She told me that I either “had to check my bag or find alternative way home” . After when I was taking to the end of the jetway she wouldn’t let me take it and said she had to do it” the whole situation was handling poorly and I watched her be rude to people prior to me. Also the outlet at the gate didn’t work."

Nadelen: "The plane was so hot, by the time we landed everyone was literally dripping from sweat. It was so uncomfortable that it was cooler outside of the plane even though it was 83 degrees when we landed."
Nadelen: "There was a delay at the arroval gate in Dallas. It took 20 minutes to get off the plane."
Nadelen: "Flight was about 1.5 hours late on departure, and on arrival in Miami had to wait for a gate for 25 minutes."
Voordelen: "Not much."
Nadelen: "The economy fare.....why are people who travel together not put together if possible? Why are all the seats At the back next to the bathroom??"
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were perfect"
Nadelen: "Beginning about 5.5 hours prior to departure I started getting text and email alerts indicating a sixty minute delay. Then thirty minute delay. Then sixty. Then none. I had to decide whether ir not to believe the alerts, get some things done and change my airport departure time .... or to disregard the alerts. Flight ended up leaving on time. Why the alerts??"
Voordelen: "The flight was so short we did not even get a snack, only an offer of a bottle of water; this was simply due to to short length of the flight. Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach)."
Nadelen: "High cost to prebook seats was twice what Spirit or Frontier would charge"
Voordelen: "The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated."
Nadelen: "1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc)."

Nadelen: "Very old fashioned plane, with one tv to watch a movie. I don't think I've flown on anything like that since the 90's."
Nadelen: "Attendant at the gate forced me to leave my troley hand bag to be checked with the excuse the fly was full and there was not sapce for people on groups 7 and 8 ( seats rear in te plane). I explained her I had personal documents and stuff inside my trolley but she told me I had to take another fly if I refused to checked. Our surprise was that the space above our seats ( row 30) was available and left empty the while fly! It was not fear and discriminated!"

Voordelen: "The different variety of movies that was shown as well as the usb port."

Voordelen: "Their service is useless. Processes are in need of a major overhaul. They have become too big for themselves and have not adopted the customer-centric value that prevailing companies have incorporated and are implementing. I predict that they will not be around in the next 10 years if changes are not made."
Nadelen: "Kayak should be more particular who they partner up with as being more selective will bring more value to your brand."

Nadelen: "45 minute delay from Punta Cana Flight crew lets passengers switch seats and sit wherever they want. Screaming children were put in the row in front of me, which I know they didn't pay for(and I payed extra for my seat)"

Nadelen: "Plane was old and didn't include personal screens in the seats, for an 8+ hour flight it should be mandatory. Everything about the plane felt old and slightly dirty, and while flying across the Atlantic, it's slightly nerve wracking to still see cigarette disposals in the bathroom and on the seats (reminding you just how old the plane is)! The boarding process was a bit crazed, we were put on buses in no particular priority order and dropped off at the plane to all board at the same time!"
Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and did their best, the flight took off my schedule"
Nadelen: "They didn't have individual tvs which was disappointing but showed three movies instead on screens. They announced the movies being shown on the flight at the beginning and then proceeded to show three completely different things, some just being random tv shows. The whole middle section of the plan had static in their headphones so they were unable to watch the movies. The crew was friendly but seemed very confused as if it was their first time working together. Announcements were choppy And confusing. They also asked me to pay 190 dollars extra to sit with my husband. Not the best experience"

Nadelen: "Sitting on the runway after landing because the gate is occupied."
Nadelen: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

Nadelen: "The plane seating layout was crammed. I had to sit uncomfortably the entire flight to avoid cuddling with the passenger next to me. Total sardine can."
Voordelen: "After missing my flight by a few minutes, AA booked me on the next flight which was only a 40 min wait, which was a blessing."
Nadelen: "Missed my initial flight due to how long it took to get my baggage to go through customs (after arriving from Japan.) My baggage was then left in Dallas and I had to wait until the following night to receive it."
Voordelen: "Flight left about 30 min late but still landed in philly pretty much only time."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a way to request to not sit next to someone carrying on a pet."
Voordelen: "I was there 35 minutes early at the kiosk, checked in then it said unfortunately you missed your flight."
Voordelen: "The Crew found and solved the problem."
Nadelen: "My Family and I missed our 5 a.m. flight Tuesday. We then missed one more 6am. Everyone helped my Family and I to get the 8 O'clock flight. Which we did. And had a good trip home. Missing those flight was not made by my Family. But solving that problem was done smoothly. Sharon T."
