Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Le vol a été annulé

There is nothing to like about Finnair. Zero service, a mediocre aircraft even though it's an Airbus A350-900 it does not have individual fresh air vents which obviously must be a Finnair option when ordering as Qatar Airways A350-900s do indeed have ................ but they ARE a 5* airline and Finnair is very much NOT. Full flight, no A/C running and as I said no fresh air vents, so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. I had chosen my seat, as I am a fellow One World member (Qatar Airways Gold member), and isolated myself. When I made check in I looked again and repositioned myself, because obviously Finnair doesn't value my OW tier, and yet when I reported to the desk they had re-assigned yet me another seat sat next to a 'mini-whale' - so poor passenger seating allocation. To give a comparison - flew on a very full A380 QR003 DOH-LHR just 3 days earlier and I was informed by cabin crew that there only about 4 empty seats on that flight and yet 'one of those' was next to me !!! That is how you treat a Gold Member .... but not Finnair.

Check in was a disaster. We had to check in to each leg separately - and had to figure that out on our own. Buying a FinnAir marketed flight created a nightmare.

Was delayed and caused us to miss our connecting flight. In fact we've taken three Finnair flights in the last 3 months and every single one has been late.

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Voordelen: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."

Nadelen: "No way to control volume of cabin announcements if you're plugged into the entertainment system. Announcements EAR SPLITTING and very painful for anyone using their own in-ear phones. Such phones are very common today, so this issue urgently needs updating."

Voordelen: "I'm so happy to be able to travel with my small dog in cabin. I've travelled from Miami to Helsinki and back with a dog at least 30 times in the last 16 years. The service has always been very good. I choose the airline always based on what's best for my dog."

Nadelen: "I have traveled all over the world and never had an issue with luggage but finnair lost my bags and have little information on how to help other than a $70 credit which doesn't cover anything."
Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Nadelen: "Customers should be able to indicate their food preference before the flight, i.e. chicken, beef, vegetarian, etc., instead of taking pot luck or paying more than $12 for the option of selecting beforehand. In addition, there is a great deal of waste in giving everyone sugar, salt, creamer, etc. I know it's more efficient for the flight attendants, but I hate to see so much waste."

Nadelen: "The service. 3 hour late flight, had to rebook my connection out of my own pocket. After we got on the plane, we find out the issues were not fixed and had to wait another hour. Terrible food. Yogurt was actually expired, so I had no breakfast. People were all nice as they told me I should have booked the flights together. Hmmm... Maybe you should not have been 4 hours late. I planned my trip with more than enough time to make connection... Called about my travel insurance and found out it kicked in after 6 hour delay. Customer service should never make you feel like the issue is your fault."
Voordelen: "There was a flight attendant who was perfect for his career-absolutely the best ever on the Rome to Philadelphia flight-a tall, African American gentleman. So accommodating and friendly!"

Nadelen: "not enough leg room. and i have to point out that I am a petite 110 lbs, 5'2" woman. as soon as the person in front of me reclined their seat to either sleep or lounge, I had my food tray on my chest and the small tv screen 8 inches away from my nose. Thankfully Im small but the man sitting next to me was rather tall and had to turn into a human pretzel to fit in that seat and space allotted."

Voordelen: "I like the Airbus A330 model's that AA flies from Charlotte on European destinations. They are the former USAir A330's and they are nice both in business and economy. There are no premium economy seats on this version. And Charlotte is an excellent airport to fly from/to."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a premium economy offering on this plane. The first row of economy is sold as such but is really nothing like prem economy apart from additional legroom."

Nadelen: "Planes are old, small tv screens in aisles, older seats and headrests. I had requested Gluten Free meals and on the way to Amsterdam they did okay (besides the snacks). On the way back they didn't even offer me the second meal GF, I had to ask another flight attendant who went looking for it and found one.. so it was there, they just hadn't bothered to look for it. I also never understand why you wouldn't start boarding with the last rows? Is that just me? The aisles are always so crowded when the last rows walk in and there's always a line."

Nadelen: "The seating was rather cramped. I'm 6'4 so I'm used to the lack of space however my neighbors on this flight were highly inconsiderate of all neighboring passengers. Rather than help with the situation the cabin crew seemed to take special delight in crashing into my knees. Combine that with a steady barrage of hip checks to my left shoulder and this was a bruising flight."

Ukrainian airlines was offering the same trip cheaper but I decided to take LOT. Also I was surprised that I had to pay my luggage in my fly back. Next time I'll try Ukrainian airlines"

Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled, rebooked next day, economy instead of business, booked on different airline, poor communication,"
Voordelen: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Nadelen: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."

After standing in line for 30 minutes the woman at the counter said we were in the wrong line and was extremely rude as if we were stupid for not being able to follow the Polish signage. We had simply stood in the line we were directed to. Counter clerks not very pleasant compared with other airlines!"
Voordelen: "Crew were really helpful and it was great as we travelled with infant."
Nadelen: "Nothing really to complain. Perhaps the only negative thing is that the plane was a little small."

Nadelen: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Nadelen: "airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again."
Voordelen: "the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least."
Nadelen: "the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost"

Nadelen: "super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance. one rude steward (Miks) July 21 Flt. BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Nadelen: "They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

Nadelen: "The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it."
Nadelen: "flight was delayed, missed connecting flight. new flight they gave me was also delayed, almost missed connecting flight again"
Nadelen: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"
Nadelen: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."
Voordelen: "I was surprised by the professionalism of air Baltic employees. They dressed well."
Voordelen: "Flight was on time which was surprising given a late snow storm in Tallinn."
Nadelen: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"
Voordelen: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Nadelen: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."

Voordelen: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Nadelen: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Voordelen: "Booked on kayak and wasn't clear at all about check in or tickets, I looked many times. No way of checking in or getting boarding passes had to pay an arm and a leg at the gate. Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."
Nadelen: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Nadelen: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."

Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."

Nadelen: "Positively, unimaginably unenjoyable in every other way."

Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."

Nadelen: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"
