Nadelen: "Both ground staff and inflight crews border on rude, but I choose to believe it's a cultural thing and not a corporate or personal failing. Really, it's a coldness more than anything. No warmth or empathy. Planes are showing their age, particularly in the seat monitors. Screens have dead zones with inoperative icons. Also, quite a few seats were literally falling apart. But, when you fly to more countries than any other airline, some wear-and-tear is to be expected."

My only one peeve was that I was asked by the flight to sit next to an unaccompanied minor in case of energency. Being a mother. I thought, no problem. The child then became my responsibility on a ten hour flight. Boundaries were crossed when it graduated from assistance to responsibility byt little one could do mid air."

I would advise figuring out a way to efficiently process groups without having to split them up by gender."

Seats were more cramped than most airlines (and I'm short)."

Nadelen: "the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!"

Voordelen: "Once we landed in Athens, knowing that our next flight would be taking off in 5 minutes, we thought ther was no way that we'd make it. Instead, they had someone waiting for us when we got off of the flight and someone to run all 11 of us through the airport to the plane. Aegean held the flight because they knew 11 people from the Santorini flight were coming."
Nadelen: "Once on the plane, we ended up sitting there for another 30 minutes, even though it was already 20 minutes late waiting for us. When I asked the stewardess whether that meant that our bags were going to make the flight she said she'd have to check. She never came back. I then asked a second girl and she said that she'd have to check and she never came back. I finally asked again before landing and she supposedly went and asked someone and came back and said yes they made it. Got to baggage claim - no bags. We had another flight to catch back to the states, so we didn't have time to figure out the situation. We spent the next three days frantically calling Aegean, to no avail. Their customer service either wouldn't answer or would tell us to call London Heathrow lost and found, who wouldn't answer. Eventually, Delta found our bags and had to work with Lufthansa and their own boots on the ground at LHR to find the bags and get them back to us."

Voordelen: "I was tricked into not having checked luggage by your website. I had to pay for checked luggage. Your site is responsible. I should receive a reimbursement for this incident."

Voordelen: "Me unberan dado un puesto cerca a la entrada...o en uno de los asientos de emergencia. ..yo era una emergencia en ese momento....!!!!!"
Nadelen: "Llamé pidiendo un sitio especial, porque viajado con muletas, a causa de una fractura al tobillo, neceditaba solevar mi pierna ,me aseguraron de brindarme un sitio especial en estos casos. Me asignaron el Seat 12 F...lejos de la entrada..sin poder alzar mi pierna ni de 20 cm..y me hicieron esperar que todos salieran del avión. . Llevé 3 horas sin alzar mi pierna, lo cual me daba mucho fastidio ....."

Nadelen: "about 50 minutes late"

Voordelen: "Personnel tres souriant. Sièges confortables. Collation agréable. Coloriage pour les enfants. Embarquement prioritaire bien géré."

Nadelen: "after boarding, we were stuck sitting in the plain for 2 hours because of a technical problem, and Aegean was trying to use the situation to sell us water! no water was given to us, also- no useful information about the status of the problem."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew was extremely helpful and patient with those passengers who were struggling to place possessions in overhead bins. While leaving the aircraft, I was able to call out to the captain that it was an excellent flight and he responded with a big grin."

Nadelen: "There isn't entertainment, however, it was very comfortable and relaxing."

Nadelen: "I hated that I and 10 ither passengers were told to RUN! i had left London, so my attite was heavy, and here i am running through the airport. It was exhausting. Why should we have to run when the intial connection was 45 mins. Because one plane with the SAME airline is running late and gives us 6 minute's to get to the gate, that should not be any fault of the passengers. Radio the other flight and have them hold. I got an email that the gate changed TWICE. the airline employee did not get that memo at all. So we were raced to the wrong gate even AFTER, I mentioned the gate change. A real frustrating experience all together."

Nadelen: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Nadelen: "My mother had a food poisoning and needed a lot of water. The crew member at the end refused and told her no more. Since when there is a limit to how much someone can drink water? She had to stay dehydrated because she was dined the option to drink. Just upsetting."

Voordelen: "All is excellent"

Voordelen: "I like that the boarding was delayed mid-way for some unknown reason (thus, the take-off was 15 min delayed), and I was able to get on the plane with my short connection not being the last passenger. :)"
Nadelen: "Food could have been better."

Nadelen: "My screen was not working"

Voordelen: "Fantastic crew Food very tasty"

Voordelen: "First flight was delayed and we missed flight to Toronto"
Nadelen: "Departure on time"

Nadelen: "Plane left 2.5 hours late due to boarding system failure. Took 20 mins to get an assigned gate upon arrival at YYZ. Took one hour to get bags due to electrical failure to power baggage handling equipment."

Voordelen: "There was in-flight entertainment. The flight was cheap."
Nadelen: "The food was the worst I have had in 12 years of EU-Asia flights. They missed two connections, causing over 11 hours of delay and arrived at a different airport. We had to spend 4 hours with visa procedures and rechecking luggage in Beijing without staff assistance. Deplorable."

Nadelen: "Nous avons embarqué à l heure mais ensuite nous avons dus attendre plus de 20min pour attendre la connection de deux passagers"

Voordelen: "Very well organized airport, very easy to get to the gate for transfer."

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly but it was obvious they were poorly trained."
Nadelen: "Everything needs improvement for this airline to measure up to western European standards. I will avoid them as much as possible fro now on."

Voordelen: "Hello, The plane was one hour late because the plane engine has some problem. Thats what the Crew said . This is crazy and scary to fly that airline. And no friendly Crew at all"

Nadelen: "The website check in doesn’t work quite well. You have to try a couple of times so it works"

Nadelen: "LOT was late on every flight. Did not miss any connections, but could not leave on-time if it was there only responsibility."

Voordelen: "Great price for a one way ticket to NYC Modern and comfortable Boeing 787 Dreamliner Courteous crew"
Nadelen: "Little more organized boarding area Not sufficient new movie titles but it was OK"

Voordelen: "The fact that the Dreamliner plane is kind of new, maybe just a few years old. How it is tinting the window The support which you have under the feet The fact that is offering more entertainment on the flight"
Nadelen: "It will be nice to have inside of the seats a button which can start a massager"

Voordelen: "I went from Belgrade to WAW and then to Chicago. The flight from Belgrade was delayed by almost two hrs which made out flight to Chicago delyed as well. This was my first time flying with LOT and so far so good. I think the flights from WAW are delayed bcz of the other flights coming into WAW are delyed and since there are only one international flight a day they wait for these flights to arrive so they can take off. This is what happened in my case. The crew was very nice. I traveled with two small children and they were very helpful. I would def flight with LOT again"
Nadelen: "There were no coffee being offered or kids snackes"

Voordelen: "Unexpectedly our luggage was still dispatched on time to our final destination dispite the delay and short time in Warsaw airport."
Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Voordelen: "The crew were ok"
Nadelen: "Delays and bag checkin policy."

Voordelen: "Good crew."
Nadelen: "The plane was late and somewhere along the line my luggage was lost. Either here or before that."

Voordelen: "Normal in-flight service but nothing special."
Nadelen: "Small plane."

Voordelen: "Got me there."
Nadelen: "Extremely cramped seats, late and almost didn't make connection, buses back and forth the whole way, jerky drivers."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed six hours. Never notified"

Voordelen: "Good snack"
Nadelen: "Beverage selections are limited"

Voordelen: "Good selection of in-flight entertainment, relatively clean plane."
Nadelen: "Boarding at WAW was a joke - very disorganized and cramped gate area. Simple remedy is to give passengers guidance on where to line up for their assigned zone prior to boarding. No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."

Nadelen: "They delayed the departure"

Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Voordelen: "Du personnel navigant très agréable et à l'écoute. Et un bon point supplémentaire pour le repas (;"

Voordelen: "Cleannesd"

Nadelen: "When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an "extra security check." I am 71 years old and don't run well. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing."

Nadelen: "Narrow seats, no variety of food only chicken"

Nadelen: "No entertainment on that flight"

Voordelen: "Also very punctual."

Voordelen: "The crew was very attentive."
Nadelen: "The wait until we could get off the plane after landing due to the fact that there weren't any gates available."

Voordelen: "Worst coustemer service"
Nadelen: "No one can offer help whether online or onboard"

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Getting iff"
Nadelen: "Overcrowded Poorly organized"

Nadelen: "Missed boarding by 3 min"

Nadelen: "the flight was 2 hours delay and messed up all the arrangements we have to be picked up also the whole plans needed to be changed and inconvenient for the person supposed to pick us up from airport"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken in my chair"

Voordelen: "The food was very good . The fly attendants were very nice and professional."

Voordelen: "Crew were really helpful and it was great as we travelled with infant."
Nadelen: "Nothing really to complain. Perhaps the only negative thing is that the plane was a little small."

Voordelen: "Nothing did our. Just another flight."
Nadelen: "The seat was very worn down and hard."
