Nice flight

The bathroom is not that good.. dirty.. the sink is not properly draining.. (all bathrooms - all flights- back&forth) . There was no toilet paper seat either going to DC. Crew is not picking up trays/trash right away. Once, we even brought our tray in the back. Food should be mix of western& middle east. middle east food is a bit too much for some passengers- too smelly, spicy,— The crew are nice though. Very helpful and friendly.

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Voordelen: "le service a bord, les repas et le confort relatif des sièges. L'.espace étant toujours un problème mais cela semble le prix a payer dans la classe économique. Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."
Nadelen: "We couldn’t get on the flight. We arrived late because of an earlier flight but were at the ticket area before this flight even started boarding. Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Nadelen: "Just a horrible experience from start to finish. My flight was delayed three times, then canceled, rescheduled, and delayed two more times. I was reissued three different boarding passes for my connecting flight from Mumbai and then STILL missed it and had to reschedule again from that airport. One of the most stressful travel experiences of my life."

Nadelen: "My Air India and Kenya Airways flights were packaged together as though they were a code share, but when my initial let on Air India from Delhi to Mumbai was delayed I missed my connection to Nairobi. What followed was a bizarre five-hour scramble in the Mumbai airport that ranks in the top three worst flight experiences I’ve ever had. I had already checked in and had a emailed boarding pass, but wasn’t let through security without the official airline printout. Although the Kenya Airways Nairobi flight was also delayed and was still several hours from boarding, their staff was nowhere to be found and none of their 10+ customer service numbers was working. I finally managed to get a hold of a representative over the phone via the airport’s information counter, and she swore that a staff member was on the way to meet me. Two hours and several calls and assurances later, the flight took off without me and the Kenya Airways staff stopped picking up the phone. Then there was a crazy several hours of back and forth as a single employee emerged and demanded that I get a letter from Air India taking responsibility for the initial delay, before disappearing again for several hours. The disorganization, unprofessionalism and outright lies I encountered were frankly bizarre and unlike anything I’ve encountered while flying before."

They told us they'll take us to a hotel but by the time we reached the hotel after a long wait for visa we only had 3 hours left to go back to the airport. I missed my connection flight from Bangkok and I had to spend a hotel in Bangkok which I ended up paying extra for my hotel in Bangkok and connection flight from Bangkok. The airlines was not willing to do anything about my other flight I missed and me spending overnight in Bangkok."

This created a situation in which I was charged two different amounts of extra baggage and given bad information on both the departure and return trip. It was also unclear that, though we'd purchased a Kenyan Airlines round-trip between Nairobi and Zanzibar, the outbound leg was operated by Precision Air. This was not indicated on our e-tickets. We found out at the airport."

Than other Aisle numbers should be called to be seated until the front up to Business Class is filled. It gets congested in the Aisle and frustration as passengers bump into seats and each other."

There was one very charming attendant whose name began with M but was an unusual name. She was a world class attendant and the others could learn from her. The pilot was well spoken as did a great job taking off & landing."

Nadelen: "Poor organization regarding flight cancellation - I was stuck in the CDG airport all day long to find out more information and get a hotel voucher. And then next morning, there was no clear announcement regarding a rescheduled flight; the flight was delayed AGAIN. This trip caused so much problem in my work."

Better variety with meal options

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi

Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡

L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

Nadelen: "Addis Airport is a NIGHTMARE!!! It took two hours to check in and the lines were insane. It was absolute chaos, people pushing and airport staff did little to manage it. We almost missed our flight because the lines and process was so disorganized. The plane ride - the plane was old. My seat was so old, the cushion was worn down to the point of feeling like a bucket seat. This was really bad..."

Nadelen: "The boarding in Addis was an absolute nightmare. No one could figure out where to go and when. Mombasa and Nairobi flight boarding was mixed. I've never seen anything like this. There was not enough room in the boarding area so everyone was pushing and shoving. I can't recommend Ethiopian airways to anyone after this experience."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit strange - everyone seated at the gate had to get up, leave the area, and then wait in line to have their passports checked before sitting back down in the same area. After that though, boarding was perfectly smooth & honestly one of the fastest I’ve seen!"

They never apologized, they just told me "I didn't have a seat" like it was some how my fault... then sent me to the airport hotel and put me on the next days flight. I realize it wasn't the people at the desks fault and nobody was doing this TO me, but it was just stupid it happened at all. I don't get how they can just screw a whole day for a group of people and not even say "sorry.""
Nadelen: "They over sold the flight. Eight of us had tickets - I bought mine over a month ago - and they just sold too many seats or had too small of a plane or something. I've NEVER had this happen in 6 years of traveling continually. It's on my short list now of airlines that really just don't care."

Nadelen: "I've been flying Ethiopian airlines over the last four weeks to nine African countries and can give an overall excellent rating. They're always on time. They however showed the same movie on all flights. The food quality and variety also need to be improved. Thanks"
Nadelen: "The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside."

Voordelen: "Flight crew was nice and responded to problems well. More trash pick up and water service would have been nice as it was a thirsty, long flight. I was given more water when asked it just wasn’t freely offered."
Nadelen: "The arrangement of the airport was disconcerting. To get to your gate you have to pass a another security point that you can not leave. The area was akin to a cattle yard. No bathroom, water, or amenities. You had to stay in your pen until boarding. Duty free was not allowed and had to be purchased on the plane for an additional cost. Not to mention the whole stopping in Dublin, Ireland for fuel without notice. There was nothing in my paperwork about it and we were only told to stay in our seats for the next hour or so while they refueled. We didn’t do that on the flight over was that was worrying and we were given no additional information."

Nadelen: "Everything. Terrible old plane, bad food (made me violently ill), bole airport is depressingly bad and unorganised, boarding is like lucky dip... my seat was broken on the plane. It was an exit and still so uncomfortable. Never again..."

Nadelen: "On connecting from Bangkok to Nairobi passengers are funneled into a security waiting area with no water, coffee, duty free shopping- absolutely nothing but dirty toilets- for a 2+ hour layover. Bole airport is surely one of the most disfunctional airports on the planet."
Voordelen: "The staff where so dedicated. The food was very real and crunchy. Go for the beef instead of chicken. I had both. Was a ten hr flight."
Nadelen: "The fact that they write your card details carelessly on a pierce of paper when making an inflight purchase. Should be swipe and all done. No need writing those sensitive data down."
Voordelen: "After a bit of confusion in ADD airport, we reached the terminal where my connecting flight was leaving from. Terminal 1 of ADD airport should be avoided at all costs! Boarding and the flight crew did a admirable and top job and made the difference for me."
Nadelen: "Terminal 1 Disgusting. Rundown, embarrassing, chaos everywhere and no real sense of security. No police or security presence. You could just walk right into a gate! I was shocked to see this especially being from NYC. If you can avoid Terminal 1 do so. The seats were DISGUSTING! Dirty, warped fabric seating was dirty and caked on. Smelled and many seats were visually broken. I'm glad I brought with me some Clorox wipes to wipe my area down with. You get what you pay for but wow! I would not spend my money on this airline again."
