Aéroport côté asiatique, super bondé… Possibilité de payer pour passer plus vite
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

Voordelen: "The plane was late for operational reasons - the team made efforts to make the delay as short as possible."
Nadelen: "The plane is really old - I could not adjust the air flow above my seat since it was broken."
Voordelen: "Toute était très bon depuis le début jusqu'a la fin. Très en écoute. Excellent ..."
Nadelen: "The aircraft arrived late in Istanbul for the connecting flight to Egypt causing us to miss out flight which made us wait 5+ hours in the airport which was a huge inconvenience."

Voordelen: "Crew was nice and attentive to needs. I arrived safely at my destination so that’s all that matters."
Nadelen: "My first flight was delayed at CAI and no one informed us of this. I almost missed my connecting flight."
Voordelen: "Food was good as it is typical on Turkish Airlines."
Nadelen: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."
Nadelen: "Bagage non reçu. Un bagage sur 10 bagages, quelle mauvaise organisation"
Voordelen: "Really good food, good movies, overall nice feel."
Nadelen: "Chairs are a bit tightly packed, but not too bad."
Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."
Voordelen: "Well priced airline with higher levels of service than contemporaries. But contact with them is a challenge. Getting breakfast on the first leg was great."
Nadelen: "Could not check in online so got a middle seat at airport. Airport in Istanbul is very spread out. Be ready to walk. Give up on boarding groups or the reality of announcements."

Nadelen: "Le manque de sollicitude pour établir le billet pour la connexion IST YUL, suite à la non connaissance du nouveau contrôle AVE pour les entrées au Canada."
Voordelen: "Un grand merci pour avoir été surclassés lors de ce vol qui fut des plus agréable . Le personnel a été charmant et compète a l’aerop et pendant le vol !"

Nadelen: "Having to stop over in Bishkek and deplane before going on to Mongolia. Why do we have to go through security again when we’re getting onto the same plane with the same items?"

Nadelen: "The customer service in Istanbul airport (for Turkish Airlines) did not speak or understand English at all. She could not give us any helpful information of our flight"

Nadelen: "I missed a bit more leg room to be able to sleep ok"
Voordelen: "Turkish Airlines always has decent food and entertainment."
Nadelen: "An hour late with no apologies. And seats are so small, the people sitting next to me were so large that I didn’t have enough room."

Nadelen: "Not me but my mom was the person who was traveling. Her luggage was going straight to Bishkek from the US.Last year an old model of mob.phone has been stolen from her suitcase - this year (it is ridiculous guys) souvenirs for friends, 2 small boxes of chocolate candy bars & new underwear with tags. Turkish Airlines do smth. at least try to prevent thefts."
