Nadelen: "You cannot book seats in advance which is fine but one would expect that if you have 3 seats on one reservation, you would at least be seated together - nope 3 window seats all over the plane. Boarding was delayed for no reason. Bags took (no exaggeration) about 1.5 hours to come. And it is a hot mess with no carts"
Nadelen: "Too little space for carry on compartments. Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty."
Nadelen: "Very limited food served at inappropriate times with no flexibility. No information provided on what meals would be served at what times. Very limited entertainment. Very long uncomfortable flight compounded by crew hawking duty free goods like vendors at a fish market, waking many of those who had been fortunate enough to fall asleep."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "No toiletries on a long flight from JFK to Abu Dhabi. I paid $ 175 for preferred seat. My purse was stored somewhere before taking off which I couldnt get back for many hrs because staff was on 2 hrs break."

Nadelen: "Crew members did not care about anything, unorganized. actually tripped and fell into the aisle hit my shoulder on the arm rest of another passenger’s seat because of a crew members luggage was in the middle of the aisle and it was dark. Food was terrible. The in flight entertainment was lacking entertainment. Crew members told us we needed to hold our carry on’s, on our lap then to store it under the seat because other people have bigger bags. Even though I got to the seat first and was trying to get settled in. Crew members were eating and on their cellphones in the back the majority of the time. It was hard to get a cup of water. Flew from Chicago O’hare to Abu Dhabi."

Nadelen: "My bag was delayed in Abu Dhabi. On its return, my laptop- that I had been forced to check- had been stolen... Not necessarily Etihad's fault, but so far their customer support has been almost non-existent."

Nadelen: "On bok-aug night time flight rich Arab family with two nannies and 3 kids in b class. Kids did not have their own seats. Kids terrorized the entire cabin. Parents could not care less. Flight attendants helpless."

Nadelen: "no service you can call ten time if they come one time you lucky.very very roud crew and very discrimination place.also when i was fly los angeles to abu dhabi the guy name muhammad threat me many time for food he made mistake on my food and top on that he was threating me i hope some one in this air line take care of this but i'm not sure any one going to care for this and he was saying he is supervisor."
Nadelen: "Etihad doesn't have a consistent baggage policy. The line manager at the checkin did not stand by the company. Not ready to give a written statement of what they told me at the check-in counter. Customers are held hostage with the inconsistent policies and what ever they relay to you, you do not have any option but abide by that or cancel the trip."
Nadelen: "Total lack of ownership or accountability as we booked through Jet Airways, despite it being a partner airline. I highly recommend never boring any trip that involves both Jet and Etihad. They are not partners and suffer from lack of communication or processes to manage any issues, just pass the buck. Awful experience."

Nadelen: "Particularly on the flight from Abu Dahbi to Washington, D.C., attendants were rude with not only me, but other customers. They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."
Voordelen: "The Airline light staff were polite and very professional! I felt accommodated and my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Did I also mention their entertainment system on board is epic lol"
Nadelen: "Make make an announcement to fellow passengers not to leave the lavatory a complete mess."
Voordelen: "Staff in business very attentive and friendly. Food and beverage choices very good. Presentation excellent. Staff in economy nice enough."
Nadelen: "In business on the 380- where has the massage option gone on the beds?? Those awful hot sandwiches served after breakfast in economy. Greasy, fatty and more like pastries. They have been serving them for years. I've spoken to tens of people and not found one who likes them! Toilets not checked very regularly for clean ups/ tidy ups and replenishments. Online duty free showing 'not available' but when they came around it was."

Nadelen: "On March 20, 2016, Baggage conveyor system not operational causing great inconvenience and needed more Check-in ticket agents. Food was OK except the Breakfast or last meal before arrival at Lahore Pakistan."
Nadelen: "Your airline lost my baggage. I missed my connecting flight in Paris to Bordeaux and had to pay 200 euros to get another flight. I am very disappointed"
