The business class seats are uncomfortable, they don't recline far enough or provide adequate leg and foot support. The breakfast is not good at all and they seem to fry or provide stale croissants and danishes - they are always so hard and difficult to eat. the flight is always delayed and boarding chaotic."

Nadelen: "Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."

Voordelen: "I traveled solo with 2 toddlers. It was obviously not the best flight I’ve had but the staff was super helpful. The flight attendant got me the changing table ready every time I had to change my daughter. And always they helped me to stay with one of my kids when I had to take the other one to the bathroom. They were really kind and offered many kids related stuff (headphones, baby care kit, kids travel kit, etc.) Plus the food was amazing as always in Turkish Airlines."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled ten days prior to departure. Nothing to do with weather. Without my permission they, booked my return flight with a 20 hour layover in Istanbul airport. I had to buy a new ticket home on a different airline. Waiting for a refund which currently seems impossible."

Voordelen: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Nadelen: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like to much was the starter it was very spicy as I've ibs if you could do Salmon flake all the time I would be able to eat this but not spicy food."

Voordelen: "The flight out of JFK to Casablanca was on time and checking in was extremely fast. We flew out and arrived early. The plane itself was very clean and organized, and was mostly empty, giving me enough space to have two seats for myself."
Nadelen: "The entertainment center (screen) stopped an hour before the plane landed. I was in the middle of watching The Greatest Showman, so that was pretty rude. Other than that it was great."

Nadelen: "EVERYTHING I could smell the bathroom from the middle of the aeroplane. The attendants were unfriendly, rude and unaccommodating. The food was undesirable given that there were no vegetarian options. Upon disembarking the aeroplane looked like a tornado went through it because the attendants did not pick up from the passengers before the flight landed (perhaps it was not part of their job, if so...my apologies )"

Voordelen: "The staff was very emphatetic to our situation as we were traveling with the groom for his wedding. They tried all they could but unfortunately due to the lack of operational control, were unable to get us to our destination on time. Provided us with vouchers and free stay."
Nadelen: "With little to no explanation, our flight was delayed nearly 4 hours which caused to miss our connecting flight to Egypt. Apparently, there was only one plane in floatation. We missed our connecting flight, next flight was the next day at 9 pm as they only have one flight that goes to Egypt daily. Would not suggest this airline if you need to meet certain deadlines. They compensate with food and vouchers but that isn’t sufficient when you need to ensure your on time for a wedding!"

Nadelen: "We missed our connection, and then when we tried to re-book our flight for the next available one, the employees at the counter were super rude and unprofessional. When we went to pay for the new flights, the credit card machine wasn't working, and we had to pay in cash. We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this."

Voordelen: "Bonjour Le vol est retardé une fois pour 16h45. En arrivant à l'aéroport je me suis rendu compte que le vol est encore retardé pour 20h35 pour enfin un dernier horaire 23h. Cela est fait sans aucune informations claires et sans prise en charge de tout les passagers. Cdt"
Nadelen: "Meme l'enregistrement pour le vol de 23h etait médiocre. !!! Aucun personnel de la compagnie est sur place pour réaliser cette tâche! L'affichage du comptoir d'enregistrement était faux. On nous a fait balader !"

Nadelen: "The mechanism to receive baggage at check-in broke during check-in. I waited 50 minutes in line for them to fix it. This was not acceptable as there were many other check-in counters not in use that the Tunisair staff could have moved to at the time."

Nadelen: "Flight was about 2 hours late arriving Seats were original and well worn . Most of the crew was stern ..only one was friendly. Food was okay but bread and mini quiche were very dry"

Nadelen: "Devoir ressortir de la salle d'embarquement afin d'être inscrit a été très désagréable, car j'étais déjà au bon endroit, mais je suis arrivée tôt ce qui semble avoir été la raison de devoir ressortir de la salle. Ça été très long avant de pouvoir avoir accès à l'application de divertissement, rien ne fonctionnait. Lorsque cela a été fonctionnel mes écouteurs jouaient très faible et grichait énormément."

Voordelen: "Crew on the flight were nice and efficient"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed ‘20 min’ aka 1h30. They had us board and get off because the plane ‘wasnt ready’. I’m skeptical that they accidentally boarded the wrong passengers bc right after, a different group boarded on the same plane, destined for a different continent. The crewmember in the airport in charge of communicating with us would walk away for 20+ min when passengers asked questions. I do not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I need to be compensated NOW?? Who will pay for my first nighy in Paris?? Who will compensate all the mess happened?? Who will compensate the waste of my first day of my honeymoon!!! The worst experience thru out my life.. 22 hrs in the airport and still counting!! When, where, how, who will make up for all this?"

Voordelen: "We departed fairly on time 2 meals provided"
Nadelen: "One Flight attendant was rude with passengers Not too much movies choice for a 9h flight"

Voordelen: "The food and choice of entertainment was ok."
Nadelen: "It was so hot in the plane, I was sweating and had to go several times to the back of the plane to get a bottle of water. Unfriendly personnel no notion of good service"

Nadelen: "2 hour delay with no forewarning or any kind."

Nadelen: "No reasons / appologies were given for a 2 hours delay from Tunis to Venice. Technicians were fixing a technical problem with a hammer (could not open the vent with hidraulics). Passengers, observing the process through the window, did not feel comfortable. No reassurances about security were provided."
