Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "I bought a ticket for three persons: my wife, my daughtet and me. I am Nigerian, my daughter American, and my wife's Turkish. However, because of the diplomatic row between Turkey and the U.S., my daughter was refused entry into Turkey. Turkish airlines' policy was to refund the ticket of any American caught in this row. They said they will refund my one month old daughter's ticket. However, my wife and i will not receive a refund. We bought the three tickets together. Our ticket numbers ended in 235...51, 235...52, and 235...53. However, they will not refund our whole money by cancelling the ticket but only that of my daughter. So this is the question: Does Turkish airline want me to leave my one-month old baby in the U.S. and tavel with my wife to Turkey? What kind of parents will we be if we were to abandon our daughter to take a trip to Turkey. Even, the people in Turkish airlines will judge us evil parents, yet that was exactly the only option they gave us. Lose your daughter or lose your ticket money. They will not even just change our iternary or give us another destination we suggested without penalties which are almost 3/4 of our initial ticket price. They just made away with our money. You cannot say, 'We are cancelling tickets for American citizens' but make no exception for parents of infant citizens. This is the height of criminality. So, me and my family couldn't take the flight and lost $1500. We had to buy another ticket by airfloat to get to Georgia. But Turkish airlines refused to even contact us on the refund for my daughter. A truly criminal enterprise."
Nadelen: "They had a vague refund policy for Americans, forgetting that American infants can also have none-American parents who are as much victims in this as the American infant. For them to be myopic and keep repeating talking points of their refund policy is unfortunate to say the least."

Nadelen: "The customer service on the phone and in person was completely unprofessional, rude and a bit uneducated. They yelled at me when I asked them "is there anything yall can do to fix this?". And then in person I watched them get out of their seats and yell at this older woman."

Voordelen: "Very helpful crew. Entertainment choices of movies, tv, music was excellent. Got on and off the plane quickly which was very appreciated."
Nadelen: "Seats were stiff-too upright to get comfortable for a long flight."

Nadelen: "The issue is the transit time in Casablanca. The conditions on the place to sleep are catastrophic. No room. You are all in the same room ( mens snd wifes) 30 hours transit. I will never spend night in Casablanca"

Nadelen: "There was no personal entertainment system. However, they had screens fold down from the sealing and showed some cartoons and very old silent movies."

Nadelen: "Leaving on time would have been better than 1.5 hours of delay. The food was poor. When I checked in online, the airplane map was totally different from Imthe plane we boarded. So selected a seat with no rows in front of me and I unded up with normal rows."

Voordelen: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like to much was the starter it was very spicy as I've ibs if you could do Salmon flake all the time I would be able to eat this but not spicy food."

Nadelen: "The bathroom was filthy- worst than the worst bar ever since the very beginning of the flight. Dirty, nasty, horrible smell: a total disgrace. Food was horrible- poor quality, sugar and refined flours. We are not pigs to be fed. Staff looks tired- few to none smiles Entertainment systems were failing or not working"

Nadelen: "About everything else. The boarding process was chaotic, slow, and lacked any sort of communication. No one was queuing properly and the airline staff failed to address this or even announce we were boarding! Had to bus there and this was slow and tedious. Had the same problem with queuing once at the plane. Flight was delayed and this was not mentioned or apologized for at all. The seats were jammed in and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were disgusting and not checked by staff. Landing was barely announced. Just an awful airline all around. Won’t book with them again if I can help it!"
Nadelen: "Paying for luggage twice"
Voordelen: "The staff were kind and courteous. Our family loved being able to stay in a hotel during our layover in Casablanca."
Voordelen: "Nothing at all!"
Nadelen: "Such a poor service. They lost my luggage, when I arrived at my final destination, one of my luggage did not come. And one month later I still haven’t received my luggage !!! I got a call from them saying they found my luggage in Marocco without a tag. Like how is that even possible. They are such thieves! I want my money back!! Save yourself time and fly with another airline. maroc airline is full of sh*t!!"
Nadelen: "We stayed inside the plane for 1hour without telling what a going on . The food was really disgusting , while the price was with hight"
Voordelen: "Crew, cabin and food were decent, and it was only about a 1.5hr flight"
Nadelen: "The boarding process is a disaster. Everyone queues up all at once to board buses to the airplane and it felt like there was only one bus doing the round trip. No entertainment options, but it was only about a 1.5hr flight."
Voordelen: "The entertainment system was good, with many choices. The service was okay as well."
Nadelen: "We started boarding late at Casa's airport and then it was done in the messiest way possible with no row calls. It therefore lasted much longer than it should have and we left late, as we often do we RAM."

Nadelen: "Everything else. Avoid this Airline if you can."
Voordelen: "The chicken entrée and the new Boeing 737."
Nadelen: "The rest of the food was mediocre. The staff was indifferent and not up to professional standards. A small example was unlike other airline staff they didn’t even bother to pick up rubbish in the aisle or maintain toilet cleanliness which takes so little effort. Again, indifference. Also, surprisingly, there was a spat between one woman flight attendant and a male passenger. They discussed the matter at length behind the first class curtains but it was obvious to many passengers that something was wrong."

Voordelen: "Aircraft in excellent condition unlike other RAM planes to other destinations. Food quality is great and so is service. Staff were friendly and the flight was on-time."

Nadelen: "Bathroom broke, food is terrible. All bread. Female flight attendant had attitude as noted by several passengers."

Nadelen: "Flight left 4 hours late from DC. Crew on ground in DC were not helpful and provided no info. I missed my flight to Malaga on Sunday and could not get a flight anywhere else in Spain that day. Got the runaround from crew in Casablanca. Kept sending me to different people after waiting in long lines. Put us in seedy hotel in bad part of Casablanca. It was a very stressful experience."
Voordelen: "Not much to like other than i didn't miss my flight"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a nogjmare. Crew guy tried to make us check in our hand luggage. Not sure why. And we left later than expected."
Voordelen: "The crew staff is simple rude. After I boarded the plane, I found out that I had my period, which was more than one week of my anticipated date. I travel almost every month domestically and internationally, and I had my period when flying before, and all the airlines have tampons or pads, even including United (which had a bad customer rating last year because of the incident). However, when I talked to the staff, first of all nobody understood what period, tampons, or pads mean since there is not a single English speaker, and this is a flight to NYC!!!! When I tried to describe them my problem, they simply dismissed me saying they could not understand me and passed me around from staff to staff until finally some kind traveller offered to translate. Then the rude staff members told me that they did not have anything and this is my own problem.They were completely unsympathetic and their attitude was horrible. I had to end up stack a thick pile of toilet paper in the underwear to prevent staining my clothes."
Nadelen: "it was very dirty and the bathrooms were broken not an enjoyable flight at all"
Nadelen: "Again, there was confusion in the transactions that could have been improved with better communication."
Voordelen: "Seats are comfortable"
Nadelen: "Food is not good, when srrieved in casablanca no business busses ere waiting"
Nadelen: "The plane was an hour and a half late with no updates at the airport. The plane was filthy and smelled awful."
Voordelen: "The food was good, although I think there should be a more easily accessed vegetarian option."
Nadelen: "However, there was several delays. We took off late with sporadic and drawn out boarding, and while the crew was pleasant when serving food and drink, anytime there was turbalance or delays they could be very brusque and unpleasant, even raising their voices to passengers over misunderstandings following delays. When we finally landed, we taxied for close to an hour with no explanation, and this is the largest incidence of when the crew was unpleasant with passengers. Instead of explaining the situation, they yelled and raised their voices to get passenger compliance."
Voordelen: "Flight was a quarter empty so I could spread out a bit more. Food was better than most Airlines, including US Carriers. Didn't lose my bag or damage it."
Nadelen: "Check-in took 35-45 mins. See one person working while the other 3 sat around. On CMN-IAD leg i Got two cups of water with meal. Asked twice after meal and both flight attendants said ok but never returned with any. 2 hrs later I got up to get some water and went to galley and asked FA's for some. They didn't speak, they acted like I was bothering them and one pointed to the cups and water bottles...directing me to get my own. Never had that happen before and I fly often. US Air carriers typically have water Service at least once an hour. This flight it only occurred during meal Service, which was twice during entire 7.5 hour flight. Flight going IAD-CMN wasn't any better. I fell sick due to dehydration on the flight. Had same issue with not getting water on flight. Don't think I'll book Royal Air Maroc again."
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats, food is not bad"
Nadelen: "The crew is unprofessional. One crew member walked in on me in the bathroom, then told another passenger about it and laughed, then proceeded to joke with me about it right after and when we landed. I've written to their corporate office. They need a lesson from Lufthansa crew members, ASAP."
Voordelen: "The staff and the food was good"
Nadelen: "It was 4 hours delayed. I have a toddler and I'm pregnant so it was a horrible experience for me unfortunately."
Voordelen: "I was prepared for the worst after reading so many bad reviews but everything went smoothly. They got us seats together even though the flight was full, we got our bags on the plane so we wouldn't have to go through baggage claim, they provided a blanket and pillow and eye cover and the entertainment console worked well. Plane appeared to be pretty new. Yes the food was bad but no worse than pretty much every other economy flight I have been on."
Voordelen: "I have bad experiences in the past flying RAM but this time was around was quite pleasant. The flight crew was kind and very attentive. The food was actually pretty decent compared to before and the boarding process was orderly and well organized. I hope they keep improving the quality of the airline in the future."

Voordelen: "Should have followed the poor reviews. They took my carry on luggage and lost it. Got the runaround treatment when I call with wait times of 2 hrs. Then eventually when you get someone, they tell you it's your responsibility to go to the various airports and check for your luggage. My 1 month vacation was ruined as a result bc I lost some priceless items and my IT lab workbook which I needed crucially for some work. On my way back thru Morocco, I was told at the airport to go to their main office in down town casablanca. Then here in the US, getting told different things only to end uo with a 1800 number that no one picks up. Horrid customer service!"
