Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Nadelen: "They overbooked and pushed us to later flight, later flight boarded late, on run way 2 hours, plane maintenance issue so changed aircraft—supposed to arrive 1:30pm, arrived after 10pm, gate agent erased reservation adding frequent flyer number so my seat was given to someone else and I sat finally in last row by toilet instead of with my family—then no one can find record of my return flight and Ethiopian contact number impossible to reach. Truly awful experience. I have no idea if I will have seat on return flight."

Nadelen: "Besides that the flight was 4 hours delayed and the staff gave different information then the screen, customer service was non existant. There seems to be no structure or system. Gate change was not announced. Staff was not clear or direct about status of the flight. I have had several flights with EA and most have been completely disappointing and frustrating. Forget trying to call anyone, it took me 4 days of non stop calls to connect with someone to change my flight date. Then once connected the credit card system was apparently down and they could not charge my fee. I had to contact the US office while I was in Africa in order to get anything done, ridiculous. They over charged me and would not honor the fees that were quoted on the phone and via email but the head office. Dishonest and no concern for the inconvenience to their customers. This airline would be the last choice, highly not recommended."

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care."

Absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've ever had. Would 100% NEVER recommend this"

They had us line up over an hour before we could actually board the plane. People are so irritable that a shouting fight broke out in the process. The screens on the back of the seats work inconsistently. No wifi. And this was on the Dreamliner! not the worst flight I’ve been on but negatives definitely outweighs positives."

Crew never bring you something you ask for and they just say yes and you never see them again. I asked for a tea refill and the guy said ok let me check if there is enough to give refill and never got back to me. I asked the other attendant for a cup of water and took over 45min and I had to go ask for it by myself and got the water like if I am receiving gold. I will never go back with Royal sirMoran. I barely understood why people always complain about this company.."

Nadelen: "The lack of communication about my flight being delayed 10 hours after arriving at the airport at 3am. Then when we finally left I was not informed of the 25 hour layover in Morocco and I did not have anything with me for an overnight trip. The airlines did not consider this and refused to allow me to get my luggage. By the time I got to my hotel after being given the run around for 2 hours, all of the stores were closed for me to purchase toiletries and the room had no towels. The meal the hotel offered was not edible and I had to purchase food on my own. I was originally suppose to land in NYC Saturday at 6:30pm, but if all goes as planned I will arrive in NYC Monday morning at 1:30am. The staff with this airline was not helpful, very rude, and one of the staff told me it was my problem that I could not get to the hotel they assigned to me."

Voordelen: "Business class seats were comfortable. A meal was served despite the short duration of the flight. The had wine, but you had to ask for it. Maybe because it's Ramadan, I don't know."

Nadelen: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "When we arrived at the gate, we were told that another bus would come for us. It never showed up and no one came to help us. So we missed the flight. We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

They cancelled my name on the board for go back home and they said I have to paid again since They' won't t refund my money I had to paid again to return back home! very poor customer service No Cap closed for me to read English and staff was rude!"
