Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "They overbooked and pushed us to later flight, later flight boarded late, on run way 2 hours, plane maintenance issue so changed aircraft—supposed to arrive 1:30pm, arrived after 10pm, gate agent erased reservation adding frequent flyer number so my seat was given to someone else and I sat finally in last row by toilet instead of with my family—then no one can find record of my return flight and Ethiopian contact number impossible to reach. Truly awful experience. I have no idea if I will have seat on return flight."

Nadelen: "Besides that the flight was 4 hours delayed and the staff gave different information then the screen, customer service was non existant. There seems to be no structure or system. Gate change was not announced. Staff was not clear or direct about status of the flight. I have had several flights with EA and most have been completely disappointing and frustrating. Forget trying to call anyone, it took me 4 days of non stop calls to connect with someone to change my flight date. Then once connected the credit card system was apparently down and they could not charge my fee. I had to contact the US office while I was in Africa in order to get anything done, ridiculous. They over charged me and would not honor the fees that were quoted on the phone and via email but the head office. Dishonest and no concern for the inconvenience to their customers. This airline would be the last choice, highly not recommended."

Advised that I could not claim expenses for toiletries, basic necesssities. 1. Luggage did NOT arrive that afternoon 2. No reply to tel calls or got an automatic answering service. 3. No follow through to emails 4. Persistent phone calls at last elicited a response that luggage would arrive next morning - but unable to give a time 5. Luggage arrived late afternoon i.e. 2 full days later 6. I will put in a claim for toiletries, underwear, socks + taxi to get to shops"

Nadelen: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Cela m'a valu presque 2 heures de téléphone avec Air Canada (0.15 euro la minute). Et puis au comptoir d'enregistrement, nouveau gros problème, celui-là très grave à mon sens. L'agent de comptoir m'a dit que je n'avais pas d'ESTA, donc que je ne pouvais pas partir, alors que j'en avais un. En pleine panique, j'ai appelé ma mère qui heureusement a retrouvé en 5 minutes dans son ordinateur mon numéro d'ESTA. Cela m'a causé une très grosse frayeur, car c'était presque le moment de la fermeture de l'enregistrement, et m'a vraiment gâché le voyage. Je me plains donc franchement du manque de gentillesse et de la qualité du service de l'agent de comptoir. Je précise que j'étais en billet retour, donc il aurait été facile à l'egent de penser que j'avais un ESTA puisque j'avais fait escale à Chicago aussi à l'aller."

Nadelen: "My daughter was not allowed entrance into Morocco. It was a horrible scary experience. Her US issued refugee permanent residence travel document was rejected. In our international travels this has never happened. Marco Air should have caught this before we left the US."

Nadelen: "Late boarding! Crew lack of customer service skill! Food wasn’t good enough as well! ....etc"

Nadelen: "Long delays leaving NY JFK and leaving Casablanca (waiting for passengers on a connecting flight) and after landing at JFK. This makes it a very long day returning to NYC. Everything else was excellent (crew, equipment, entertainment, food)."

Nadelen: "They could have not been 2.5 hours late leaving my origin city and causing me to miss both of my connecting flights"

Nadelen: "Missed my connecting flight because there was a delay in boarding. Staff did not make any announcement stating that people who do not have connections to please wait so that people in my situation can possibly make their original connection (neighbor same problem). Poor explanation for lost luggage"

Nadelen: "Extreme lack of communication about boarding. First flight was delayed and second flight started boarding and left over an hour later than scheduled, but again no communication to explain what was going on. Absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've ever had. Would 100% NEVER recommend this"

Nadelen: "The company organization, the staff and treatment are horrible from start to Checking out at auntie arrival with the airport authorities."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour and we didn’t actually leave for two hours because the boarding process was so disorganized. They had us line up over an hour before we could actually board the plane. People are so irritable that a shouting fight broke out in the process. The screens on the back of the seats work inconsistently. No wifi. And this was on the Dreamliner! not the worst flight I’ve been on but negatives definitely outweighs positives."

Voordelen: "Terrible customer service. There was a huge difference between the crew from my trip sep1st ti this time. Crew never bring you something you ask for and they just say yes and you never see them again. I asked for a tea refill and the guy said ok let me check if there is enough to give refill and never got back to me. I asked the other attendant for a cup of water and took over 45min and I had to go ask for it by myself and got the water like if I am receiving gold. I will never go back with Royal sirMoran. I barely understood why people always complain about this company.."

Nadelen: "The lack of communication about my flight being delayed 10 hours after arriving at the airport at 3am. Then when we finally left I was not informed of the 25 hour layover in Morocco and I did not have anything with me for an overnight trip. The airlines did not consider this and refused to allow me to get my luggage. By the time I got to my hotel after being given the run around for 2 hours, all of the stores were closed for me to purchase toiletries and the room had no towels. The meal the hotel offered was not edible and I had to purchase food on my own. I was originally suppose to land in NYC Saturday at 6:30pm, but if all goes as planned I will arrive in NYC Monday morning at 1:30am. The staff with this airline was not helpful, very rude, and one of the staff told me it was my problem that I could not get to the hotel they assigned to me."

Nadelen: "At the Check in in Laayoune the attendant could not register the whole of my trip with the fidelity number. The snack on board is always the same, cheese sandwich, which could be made with better bread, wrap, chiabata, etc. Very bad."

Voordelen: "Business class seats were comfortable. A meal was served despite the short duration of the flight. The had wine, but you had to ask for it. Maybe because it's Ramadan, I don't know."

Nadelen: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "When we arrived at the gate, we were told that another bus would come for us. It never showed up and no one came to help us. So we missed the flight. We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

Nadelen: "Which were needed since multiple tv screens didn't work, floors were wet from cleaning etc. when you ask for water, they tell you to get it yourself. We taxied for over 40 minutes. Really rough landing!!!!!"

Voordelen: "Food was great as usual. It was free. It was not a full flight so I had a chance to lie down and get some much needed sleep. I had arrived at Dakar airport at 12am for a 6:40 flight because of the strike. My friends in Dakar suggested that I get their that early. So I had no sleep. I was able to check 2 bags without a fee."
Nadelen: "We were not informed prior to arrival at airport that there was a crew strike. And that there was a possibility that our flight would be affected. The flight was delayed for 2 hours with no announcements. I had a Mauritanian necklace that I bought while in Senegal 30 years ago. And the female searcher gave me a hard time, would not let me pass through inspection and reported me to her superiors. She insisted that there was something inside of my necklace. It was only when I got nasty with her in French, did she finally let me pass through so I could wait at the boarding gate. I spoke to others who were on their way to Lagos and other parts of Africa who had waited at airport for 2 days with no accommodations."

Nadelen: "I did not like the security process in Casablanca. Very antiquated."

Nadelen: "No control on boarding nor departing the aircraft. It was a zoo! Seats and chair trays FILTHY. Some of the "stuff" would not come off with a sanitation wipe we had."
