This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

Nadelen: "In a wheelchair. Check in was terrible and rude. The fact that SAS did not allow us to bring my electric chair directly to the gate was absurd (only airline in the world that did that). The fact that it was not at the gate when we arrived in Newark surprised even the SAS Gate agents. Had to go to baggage and collect it in oversize baggage. Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."

I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Nadelen: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

Nadelen: "SAS has one of the worst boarding procedures and not enforcing it. Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time The lounge (SAS) in Copenhagen, but that had nothing to do with the flight"
Nadelen: "Rather indifferent organization in Copenhagen at the gate, and rather rushed service (granted it was only an hour+ flight from Kastrup to Arlanda), I was not even asked for water or tea/coffe when the cart zipped by, maybe because I did not speak Swedish/Danish"

Nadelen: "This is a non frills flight and that was expected but I NEVER expected to pay for bags to be checked on an international flight. 66 Euro per bag. It was the first time I had paid for checked bags on an international flight. I will look elsewhere next time."

Sorry, but no SAS for me anymore. BAD BAD service and exploiting of customer's naivety. I'm furious."

Nadelen: "The Bucharest Airport is like an overcrowded cattle barn with 10,00 cows. It was a wild zoo. No real lines - just push your way in. The baggage drop was like a comedy skit - it you use this airport be prepared for chaos, not many signs and procedures that were old in 1890."

They were kind to invite first families with children to pass to the bus but this meant sitting in a sauna @ 40+ Celsius until all passengers went through the gate. Driver was all red and close to fainting. Pity, I was looking forward seeing one of the big managers coming next to us to enjoy the Tarom experience...!"

I also don't think you give boarding and flight instructions in English as well as the native language, but not being able to understand the instructions has been an issue on many planes we have taken recently."

Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."

Nadelen: "The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade."

Nadelen: "Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight"

Nadelen: "Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore."

Voordelen: "Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing."
Nadelen: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Nadelen: "Air France delayed our JFK to CDG flight. That caused us to miss our connection flight afterwards from CDG to MUC. We got a later flight luckily but one of our bags got lost and is still currently lost!!!"

Nadelen: "Being in the middle of the 4 seats with guys on both sides. They tend to restrict the space by using the arm rests."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment"
Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Voordelen: "Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule."

Voordelen: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Nadelen: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Voordelen: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Voordelen: "Boarding was late but fast. Dinner was good. Seating space was fine"

Nadelen: "Error with the name and not permitted to travel and not refundable. So I am really upset to say the least."

Nadelen: "Once again, there were some issues because I am pregnant. There was continued confusion and duplication with the release of liability forms, and then there was an unfortunate incident wherein my water was taken away prior to the boarding area with a promise that I could get more in the boarding area. This turned out not to be the case. Luckily, there was a very kind staff person who ran onto the plane and retrieved a bottle of water for me, but this should not be the policy."

Nadelen: "The timing but nothing one could do because of connections to London."

Nadelen: "Passport control at airport in Casablanca was awful. Very very slow with people getting increasingly anxious about missing their flights and trying to move up in the line. The people checking passports were very slow and seemingly unaware of the tumult happening in line. No one was managing it. We arrived at airport 2.5 hours ahead of take-off and the plane was loading by the time we got to the gate."

Voordelen: "Overall the flights with Royal Air Maroc were mediocre. The crew was typically friendly but I’ve seen much more better customer service. The dinner options are decent but lunch is not even worth serving since it’s a 3 slice cheese sandwich."
Nadelen: "The airline employees at the Casablanca airport are super unhelpful and definitely not warm and friendly. It appears that they don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I wasted so much time running around the airport after being told to go to different areas just to talk to someone to resolve a ticket issue. The employees don’t hold any accountability and will pass the buck. The awful experience honestly tainted my view of Morocco as this was the first welcoming point into the country. I suggest that RAM retrain their staff to help customers get their questions answered and to treat them well since we are paying customers. Going forward I will be avoiding Royal Air Maroc."

Nadelen: "The main meal was very greasy i have ibs i hardly could eat this but the flight going too Casablanca was lovely beef with rice was nice but coming back was too greasy i was ill"

Nadelen: "I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you."

Voordelen: "Our flight was cancelled and no notice given. We were treated like a dog when we tried to get help from the RAM supervisor. I've been try for a week now to get a cancellation letter from the airlines so my travel insurance will rememburse me the extra $1800 I had to spend on new flights to get home. I was told by the airlines they may look at my case sometime in the next 30 days to give me the letter I need. Really! All you have to do is hit a key on your computer to kick one out. Never again with these guys!"

Voordelen: "Horrible landing at TN airport, also no single note nor apology from pilot. Continue"

Voordelen: "Should have followed the poor reviews. They took my carry on luggage and lost it. Got the runaround treatment when I call with wait times of 2 hrs. Then eventually when you get someone, they tell you it's your responsibility to go to the various airports and check for your luggage. My 1 month vacation was ruined as a result bc I lost some priceless items and my IT lab workbook which I needed crucially for some work. On my way back thru Morocco, I was told at the airport to go to their main office in down town casablanca. Then here in the US, getting told different things only to end uo with a 1800 number that no one picks up. Horrid customer service!"
