When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Vol tôt le matin : un petit complément à la galette ne serait pas de trop ! Mais elle reste appréciable ;) Aéroport d’Oslo: enregistrement des bagages très long. Sinon, le vol s’est bien passé !

La sympathie de l’équipage est à saluer. En ce qui concerne le confort des sièges je me trouve assez déçu.

On est un cran en dessus d’une compagnie comme Air France. La qualité et la quantité des plateaux repas est décevante, le personnel navigant est désagréable, peu prompt à répondre de manière aimable aux demandes des voyages. Ils semblent tous énervés et réagissent de manière brutale.

Aucune empathie du personnel d embarquement. J ai manque ma correspondance ferroviaire a la destination finale ma valise ayant ete mise en soute de force (sans raison car il y avait largement la place). Ma valise (fragile) est toute rayee... merci air france. C est la derniere fois que je prends cette compagnie

Valise cabine mise en soute alors qu il y avait de la place dans le portes bagages et que j ai demande de garder ma valise pour avoir une correspondance ferroviaire serree a l aeroport final. Personnel d embarquement extremement desagreable a toulouse.

J'ai réservé un vol Djerba-PARIS je me suis trouvé avec un vol Djerba-Paris-Saint-Petrsbourg du coup je n'ai pas pu voyager....c'est de l'arnaque.

Nadelen: "Très mécontent des deux compagnies (Air France et Air Antilles): nos deux valises ont été perdues, et aucune compagnie n’est capable de savoir où se trouve l’une des deux valises, un comble! A l’heure où tout est informatisé, tracké, les aéroports sont censés être des endroits sécurisés.. Mais on arrive malgré tout à perdre une valise dans la nature...! Aucun professionnalisme, on nous ballade de services en services sans aucunes informations ni renseignements susceptibles de nous rassurer. Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."

Nadelen: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."
Nadelen: "Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!"
Nadelen: "They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Nadelen: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Voordelen: "We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)"

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Nadelen: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Nadelen: "We were five people with five carry-on lugages and five small individual bags. The people in boarding tried to charge us €76 for each one of the bags for a total of €380 extra. We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."

Afterwards the guy at the desk was not helpful at all and told us to leave the airport and then go back to the ticket booth.. if they could have made a call that would have been nice."

Nadelen: "Delayed flight by an hour, airplane smelled like body odour as we boarded. Leg room was insufficient (5ft 11, not a huge traveller). Cramped bus to get on aircraft, overpriced food and drink so did not buy any."
Nadelen: "40 min departure delay due to Stanstead airport unable to allocate the usual landing slot before we left Glasgow."
Nadelen: "Huge lines at baggage drop when we arrived 2 hours ahead of flight, for domestic flight in Germany. Barely made it on board due to the long lines. Then plane stood on runway without power for 45 minutes, and delayed us by that much time. Arrived in Munich, our checked luggage was lost. Personnel stated it takes at least 3 days to be sent after us. Terrible for a domestic flight. Separately, easyJet mobile app wouldn’t let my wife download boarding pass and security didn’t accept her check-in. App is useless as a result."

Has I had problems with my big luggage I had to use to smaller bags. She said very rudely. "You paid for 1 bag, you will have to pay. Surely whatever the policy is. She could use her common sense and be more understanding as I told her the zip in my bigger bag wouldn't close. The smaller bags didn't even weigh 15 kilos. We then had to pay 38 pounds for absolutely nothing. After we paid She looked at the bags as if she knew she was wrong as they were so small it really didn't justify that amount of money. We payed then she said nothing and angrily told us to speak to customer services and get out of the que as there were more other ppl in line. I will never ever use easyjet again. Will go to British Airways or raynair. Easyjet greed for money is ridiculous."

Le fait de réclamer, de s’acharner sur le fait de payer un petit sac à dos 60€ alors que le vol n’erzit Pas complet et que la moitié de l’avion étaient pareil et n’a rien reçu. Obligé de payer 60€ pour pouvoir prendre l’avion. Une aimabimite horrible c’est la dernière compagnie que je prendrais à l’avenir"

Nadelen: "Boarding from Front and Rear doors was great concept but seats were not allocated to Front or Rear so passengers were trying to pass in the aisle when those in the back boarded from front and those in front boarded from back. We were sent to Front for Row 24 next to last row in place. Simple allocated Front and Rear based on seat assignment."
