The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."
Nadelen: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Nadelen: "The Bucharest Airport is like an overcrowded cattle barn with 10,00 cows. It was a wild zoo. No real lines - just push your way in. The baggage drop was like a comedy skit - it you use this airport be prepared for chaos, not many signs and procedures that were old in 1890."

Voordelen: "The boarding process was not clear. I was not able to add luggage during check in and it said it was included for one piece up to 23 kg. Though my bag fit those requirements I was forced to wait in a separate line and pay 50’euro. The lines were wrapped around and not clearly marked for each flight."

Voordelen: "At check in we were given a window and middle seat, even though I had requested cross aisles, as my wife has a bad knee. The aisle seat was taken by a very large man (I also am large). The flight attendant saw some empty seats in another row and moved the person in the aisle seat to that row. He's A-1 in my book."

She had to look up by the ticket number (highly unusual, she said). The seats were apart for me and my wife, despite the fact thet I had chosen together seats when I made the booking. Next time I will think twice before I go for Kayak or Brussels Airlines (for example, they don't have Bucharest Airport on their departure list on the B.A. website... after all, Romania is a E.U. country!) The second flight took off after 20 mins. delay, and landed w 15 mins. delay."
Nadelen: "The check in counters didn't even open till 1.5 hours before the flight took off. The whole, show up 2.5 hours earlier than departure is a waste."

Nadelen: "My husband's seat had little cushioning, so that was uncomfortable. The food was so-so, but at least we were given some. I don't know about entertainment as we didn't use any. I also don't think you give boarding and flight instructions in English as well as the native language, but not being able to understand the instructions has been an issue on many planes we have taken recently."
Nadelen: "I tried to make a change to the reservation. They had 4 different romanian phone numbers and all were either busy all day and cut off the call or left me on hold for hours. I finally gave up. Not only did I lose the possibility of a change with a fee I lost the entire reservation completely. I do not recommend them ever if customer service is your expectation."
Voordelen: "The food was great! Did not expect to be fed on this flight, so it was a plus. Staff friendly, accommodating. A very comfortable trip."
Nadelen: "The plane was delayed almost an hour, and we were not even told why until on the plane."

Nadelen: "I always check in in advance and I did this time as well. However, Tarom website did not offer the option for a vegetarian meal while I checked in. I tried again at the counter and was told I need to call 48 hours in advance for a vegetarian meal. I did not find this information on their website nor does it make sense to me that a vegetarian meal should be so hard to get. They should improve this. I had nothing to eat on the flight :-("

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Nadelen: "Très mécontent des deux compagnies (Air France et Air Antilles): nos deux valises ont été perdues, et aucune compagnie n’est capable de savoir où se trouve l’une des deux valises, un comble! A l’heure où tout est informatisé, tracké, les aéroports sont censés être des endroits sécurisés.. Mais on arrive malgré tout à perdre une valise dans la nature...! Aucun professionnalisme, on nous ballade de services en services sans aucunes informations ni renseignements susceptibles de nous rassurer. Je suis très déçu, voyage de retour gâché par la faute de ces deux compagnies plus a même d’encaisser l’argent des clients que de se soucier d’eux."

Nadelen: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("
Nadelen: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Nadelen: "Le site internet nous a pas expliqué que pour le Vietnam au-delà de 15 jours il fallait un visa du coup on a perdu le billet de l'allée plus on va reprendre un billet cela nous a coûté 1000 € juste pour l'aller de plus de nos voyages cela est inadmissible j'aurais pu nous avertir qu'un visa en une heure été délivrable. Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"

J’ai pas pu décollé, le vole a été retardé 2 fois ensuite quoi, il a été annulé. C’est donner des faux espoirs aux clients pour au final supprimer le vole, de plus il y’a pas mal de clients qui viennent de loin . Easyjet est une déception

It is a low cost airline so, like all is them it is more of a flying convenience store than anything else but for short flights you know what you have and it is fine

I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Nadelen: "If you book through a third party it seems you can't check in via the easyjet app. Further to this the flight was over booked and there was a good chance of being bumped off the flight...!"

Nadelen: "To start we were told by the check in agent that our carry on luggage would be fine, but then at the gate we were told that our luggage was to big for the overhead bins. We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

Je n'avais qu'un sac à dos et ont me l'a quand même fait mettre dans la soute, j'ai donc du perdre du temps à l'atterrissage."
Nadelen: "L’acceuil A l’aeroport De mykonos. Le fait de réclamer, de s’acharner sur le fait de payer un petit sac à dos 60€ alors que le vol n’erzit Pas complet et que la moitié de l’avion étaient pareil et n’a rien reçu. Obligé de payer 60€ pour pouvoir prendre l’avion. Une aimabimite horrible c’est la dernière compagnie que je prendrais à l’avenir"

on vérifie 4fois le pasport de mon conjoint. une fois à Marrakech ils s'aperçoivent que son pasport est périmé. nous on obliger de payer un billet retour. pris en otage là-bas la pire journée de ma vie
le nourriture est excellente , le personnel charmant ....le distractions par contre sont .. réduites
