The flight change (added fuel stop an hour before takeoff) showed in the app as canceled flight and disabled the boarding pass. And the several times at the gate verbally advertised on board WiFi didn’t work at all. Not a good expierence."

Nadelen: "De onbetrouwbare procedures bij KLM en Schiphol. Kan niet online inchecken bij Delta: KLM operated. Alleen op Schiphol. Daar ook niet bij machine. Naar een loket. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "I didn't like the lack of communication on Delta's behalf by their employees throughout our plane delay process. We were very delayed, and would be getting alerts on our phones before anyone told us what was going on. The forced us to change planes and didn't explain what the plan was or how we why we were transitioning. A lot of passengers had to ask each other what was going on, due to this lack of direction."

Nadelen: "Got stuck for two hours sitting in the plane because the computer systems went down."

Nadelen: "The fact that the lack of knowledge regarding international travel visas by the counter staff and supervisor meant that two days of the vacation were lost. Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "(1) The captain collected headsets 30 minutes before landing, causing us to miss the last 15 minutes of a movie. Why? (2) Very long cues for toilet use. (3) The baggage took more than half hour to arrive. (4) The chair in front of me reclined very far (more than those on its sides), making it very hard to eat, get up, or read. Need better maintenance."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "First of all, the boarding took an hour longer than it should have been so we all sat in the plane dripping with sweat, because it was 100 degrees in Houston and the plane didn't have A/C on until we took off. Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"

Nadelen: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Nadelen: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Nadelen: "We got socked with 40 Euro fees for our carry on plus personal item being 2 lbs over. The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Voordelen: "I was arriving only 45 minutes prior to departure time. Not able to check in my luggage. AA ticketing agent allowed me to bring my garment bag through security and to be checked in at the gate. Thank you very much!"

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Nadelen: "Gate agent told me it wasn't his job to quickly verify if my luggage had made it on the plane after my 10 minute sprint in PHX. I know at my job, I don't get the luxury of telling customers "it's not my job", especially when the customer has had a bad experience with us."

Nadelen: "First the time between connection flights was very short. Then after just making the. Innextion sat for almost 2 hours on board . Missed introductory lunch for my new summer job at my college -"

Nadelen: "Essentially a bus ride with the comfort of a wooden bench."

Nadelen: "I wish they have two sheets. I don't like to sit next to stranger. And hard to go to bathroom"

Voordelen: "Prompt boarding"
Nadelen: "I could never sync in the entertainment app and wifi"

Voordelen: "Great crew."
Nadelen: "1 hour delay turned into a 3 hour delay. We waited at the airport for more than 4 hours and could've used that time to explore Chicago instead of rushing to the airport only to board, de-plane, and then board again. No vegetarian options were given for food."

Nadelen: "I cant believe you have a seat that is exactly parallel to the bathroom in addition to the seat being in am exit aisle so the seat didn't recline. Lastly there should be outlets on flights longer than 3 hours. There is no excuse American Airline"

Nadelen: "Gate agent told me my bag would fit under seat but when I got on board found it would not and had to do gate check."

Voordelen: "I was one of the wheelchair passengers, obviously I was struggling and asked an attendant to help me with my carry on bag to be stowed in the bin above the seat. SHe said she can't because she will be greeting the passengers!!! Anotherattendant finally helped me but it is disconcerting to be received like that by one of the crew. I did get helped by Ms Gonzales getting off the plane , I am very grateful that despite the first unpleasant attendant, there was a nice one among the lot."
Nadelen: "I 'm not sure if this is the venue for my complaint. When we landed in DFW there were 13 passengers on wheelchairs but there were only 3pushers.. there were 2 of us that were left and abandoned for about 40 minutes, I finally had to leave my chair and push the other lady's chair through passport control. Finally one AirServ pusher helped us with our luggage through custom and then transfer. I got to my gate 3 and 1/2 hours after we landed."

Voordelen: "The flight attendant lady from 1st class/Business held my suit jacket for me to grab on the way out. Simple thing, but very thoughtful and kind. Love it."
Nadelen: "The negatives are puny compared to what made me happy in this trip. Thanks AA! Please thank that nice lady for me!"

Nadelen: "Entertainment was on a galaxy tablet that worked some of the time"

Nadelen: "Unexplained delay in leaving but only arrived about 10 min later than scheduled. Took an hour from pulling into the gate for bags to arrive though which caused me to miss my shuttle. Never had to wait more than 15 min for any other airline at DIA."

Voordelen: "It was a short flight to begin with but due to winds it was delayed."
Nadelen: "Due to bumpy air nothing but water was handed out to cabin passengers. 1st class managed tho. We were asked to stay seated almost the entire flight, although people still went to restroom as needed. After a late night it would have been nice for a little bite to eat. But apparently mother nature thought otherwise."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

Nadelen: "I flew from DC to Austin, through Chicago. Flight was late leaving DC, was late leaving Chicago (mad had a gate change that wasn't announced), and when we go to Austin had to sit in the runway for 20 minutes due to someone else at the gate. I don't know if this was all AA's fault, or just bad luck."

Nadelen: "They never called me as I was told due to my handicap needs. When I arrived I had no wheelchair and when I got to my distandnation they gave away my wheelchair and I had to wait for another one"
