Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Nadelen: "I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned."

Voordelen: "The flight itself was great. No problems with with the actual process of boarding or landing. The flight was even ahead of schedule. The problem was with the transfer."
Nadelen: "Normally, international-domestic transfers are pretty difficult to coordinate. This particular one (Bogota>Miami, Miami>San Francisco) seemed particularly so. On top of being just enough time to wait for our bags, drop them off with the next airline, walk across the airport, enter security (which went exceedingly slowly), we had just enough time to get to the gate before boarding. This is why I gave a lower rating."

Nadelen: "Lost my flight after connection with Turkish arrived late and lost my luggage, Latam has no office in Chicago so i had to call, didn't assist me on the phone with changing my flight, sent me to speak with American airlines that was operating the flight, asked for a supervisor on the phone but they declined. Second day at airport i found out they booked me on a three leg flight home at 8 AM althought i was on the phone with them at 1:30 AM and I was never informed about the flight they offered at 8 AM. I ended up paying again for a flight with United the same day."

Nadelen: "When I got to Miami they had changed my next flight until the next morning. They did not offer me a hotel or anything. I had to wait in line to try to get on a flight to RDU. Then I had to wait in the airport for 12 hours to get a seat."

Nadelen: "I was unable to choose my seats on line in advance, which created a stressful situation when at check-in we found that my wife and I were not seated together. Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Voordelen: "Latam accomadated my family when we missed our flight by 24 hours because of the computer malfunction of Delta Airlines so that was super awesome of them."

Voordelen: "Everything!"

Voordelen: "legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered."
Nadelen: "no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed."

Voordelen: "Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service."
Nadelen: "Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes."

Nadelen: "Super uncomfortable seats (the most ever) No personal tv/entertainment."

Voordelen: "The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous."
Nadelen: "There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized."

Nadelen: "The plane was delayed 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, ended up leaving over an hour late"

Voordelen: "The one glass of white wine I was served was delicious. Crew was friendly. Food was surprisingly elaborate for a short flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding process a bit chaotic. The process started before they were ready to let us on the plane. My special meal was forgotten until after meal service. They skipped our row for beverage service and there was nothing served prior to the meal."

Nadelen: "Gate location information delayed until last minute!"

Nadelen: "seats are hard, painful for 7 hours..... crew was very noisy, very rough they kept hitting my arm. male crew hit the back of my seat to wake me up, he took away my food due to me sleeping."

Voordelen: "Encouraged to take the pillows home they were nice"
Nadelen: "Headphone jacks that work would have been nice. 6.5hr flight without sound! The crew disappeared and would only give half cups of water when asked for. ALCOHOL not just wine and warm beer."

Voordelen: "The people on the plane were super nice and the flight was nice as well. the price was cheaper than many others."
Nadelen: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Voordelen: "The tripulation are very nice people. The food is better last year. Is good."
Nadelen: "The space between seats are small."

Voordelen: "Food was alright"
Nadelen: "No entertainment, no charging port beyond row 15."

Voordelen: "Plane newish"
Nadelen: "No pillows. No blankets. No boarding drink. No hanging of coats. Food bad. No entertainment"

Voordelen: "nothing."
Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed"

Nadelen: "They had us inside the airplane for 1.5 hours. We understand there was a bad weather but we could get on board when they are ready to depart. It is not nice to be 1.5 hours plus 8 hours traveling"

Nadelen: "Tap changed the times on my original flight from Portugal to Rome then changed the times from my first flight from Boston to Portugal making it impossible to connect from Portugal to Rome.both flights were tap airlines. We were charged 462.00 extra to take the next flight out 3hours later. We were charged twice for the same flight from Portugal to Rome. It was not our fault that we could not connect in Portugal, every other airlines would make resonable accommodations with out any extra charge. We both feel cheated by tap airlines and it made our vacation very stressful trying to resolve the double charge. It has not been resolved as of yet and we our very disappointed on how we were treated. can’t get anything other than the blame being passed around."

Voordelen: "Nice crew, tasty snack, new plane with comfortable seats"
Nadelen: "Huge bag charge for anything over 8 kg! Sign said last call 40 min before flight when agent told us to check board 30 min before flight for gate assignment!"

Nadelen: "I didnt like the fact that the chairs are so close together. When passenger wanted to incline their chairs it would be too far back to be comfortable for the person behind. And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"

Voordelen: "business class was great seat comfortable the lounge was very nice"

Voordelen: "When boarding the fligh TP 209 on October 27 2017 I found that my seats that I paid for well in advance are taken by other pasengers an I am given a totally different and very bad seats. What did I paid for, after all. Why push people to buy seats and then do not provide. I did not get the service I paid for and will Be requesting my money back for the complete flight."
Nadelen: "The stuard I tried to discuss the matter did not even try to help, instead he only smiled in return and suggested to file a complaint. That was totally unaccepltable."

Nadelen: "My round trip ticket was purchased and in the confirmation it stated that it included one free checked bag. i also went online to reserve a window seat which cost 12.95. When I got to the airport I was told I had to pay 110 for my one checked bag as well as they had moved me to an aisle seat. Basically scammed me out of 122.95. I have complained with ygthe airline and if it is not resolved I will not be flying with them again."

Voordelen: "Crew on flight was pleasant and good at updating on progress of flight."
Nadelen: "TAP has terrible customer service and support. Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note."

Nadelen: "They were lying about a supposed compensation for denied boarding which was supposed to be handed out in Lisbon. I didn't expect this behavior from grown up people, and such a company in Europe. TAP should be excluded from star alliance."

Nadelen: "Need to pay extra for everything...bags, seats.Very bad practice for entire industry. Should pay $50 extra per flight and mandate that all bags, except hand luggage be checked in."

Voordelen: "On time, easy boarding"

Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."
Nadelen: "We arrived with 20 Minutes delay...and it was just the first shuttle of the day... could have been better"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Good staff, Quick flight, Easy flight no problems. The biscuits are tasty."
Nadelen: "Seats need an inch or two more leg room for me, the biscuits they gave out were tasty but would of been really nice to have a sandwhich. But that's air travel these days. There was a slight problem with the air craft before we took off. Air conditioning was off and the door were closed while we sat there for 15 mins. They kept us well informed though, not the end of the world."

Voordelen: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade to Business Class on this flight... Relieving the tension of overbooking in economy..I guess my lucky day.."

Voordelen: "Lots of leg room, seats recline nicely, the flight was not full so there was room to move. AC power under the seats, plus an USB charger in every seat"
