Voordelen: "Departure and arrival on time. Pleasant, attractive and efficient crew. Decent choice of entertainment for domestic flight. Baggage delivered after only 15 minutes of arrival at baggage belt. Overall great!"
Nadelen: "Passengers push from the back to leave the aircraft and don't like to allow you to enter the exit line so you also have to push your way in. Very rude and sad most travelers are so impolite."

Nadelen: "Garuda couldn't check my bags all the way to LA. Had to go through customs twice! What a pain!"

Voordelen: "Beautiful NEW Terminal at Jakarta!, but Plenty of food outlets. Waiting areas are very large and accommodating. Security area is large and extremely efficient in processing passengers. Security personnel were friendly."
Nadelen: "Due to the enormous inside volume it is impossible to maintain a pleasant air temperature. It's nearly impossible to hear any announcements due to the extremely poor acoustics. The large open spaces and ceramic tile floors aren't conducive to hearing anything! No announcement to the departure time as we were already 20 minutes past the established boarding time as indicated on the boarding pass. I was sitting quite close to the check-in counter and was able to decipher that the boarding process was going to happen soon, so I took a position in the line without any announcement."

Voordelen: "The quality of the food was truly outstanding. A personal chef on board - very happy to vary the food to get it just right, Also to suggest an alternative. I asked for something with a little spice. The flight attendent suggest one dish but then discussing it with the chef he suggested alterning another. Presentation expectional."
Nadelen: "The cabin is good but the style is a little old fashioned compared to other airlines - although the cabin wasn’t tattty. In the same way that Emirates is really old fashioned to westerners eyes."

Nadelen: "They sprayed insecticide in the plane with little or no warning prior to our arrival in Hong Kong, and I had a bad reaction to it (dizzy for the next several hours). I would recommend providing masks for passengers who desire them and plenty of prior notice to put those masks on."

Voordelen: "It was my first time flying with Garuda Indonia and i was pleasantly surprised by the service of the airline. The crew was very friendly and we even received a on-flight bag with socks and eye mask, something I only get in business class in other airlines! The food was food, for airline standards and had 2 meals and 2 light snacks despite only being a 5.5h flight!"
