Although I realize both companies are Star Alliance, the bait & switch is unacceptable & I would NOT have purchased these tickets for United. Flight had much more turbulence than my experience on ANA which is why I refuse to fly any other airlines. Will recommend against Kayak to everyone I know."

The other had a sauce with seafood extract in the ingredients. I can read Japanese so didn't eat it, but there wasn't any English information on it."

Nadelen: "Traveling Economy class has really deteriorated. I’m 5 ft. 2 in, and it’s cramped for me!"

Nadelen: "Left on first leg trip from NY to HK. 23 kg/ bag. Two bags per person. Next leg was HK to Malpensa. When I go to check in they tell me 30 kg. Total weight allowed. Very upsetting. I was asked to pay 12780.- HKD. Completely misleading and trapped. I will consider other airline in future."

Nadelen: "No bottled water on the plane. Tap water was lukewarm. A blue light came on constantly in the darkened cabin. Would never fly the airline to Hong Kong again."

They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket"

Nadelen: "The costumer service of pasific airline in HK airport and in Perth airport , were not skilled , I asked them many time if they can help me in my 10 hrs waiting time in HK airport with a food voucher or access to their lounge for rest and fresh in up , they said you bought your ticket this way and you accepted it , no voucher no access to lounge unless if you are business or first class !!"

Voordelen: "I was told there would be WiFi on the plane from Chicago to Hong Kong. There was not. Very disappointed. It was hot and not a lot of air circulation. And the seats are hard."

Nadelen: "Treatment by EVA staff when trying to transit from Kaohsiung to Shanghai flight. Very incompetent. Take 90 minutes for them to figure out how I can make simple transit. Terrible."

Voordelen: "Arrived 40 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival time. Food and drinks on board were above expectation compared to other airlines like KLM, China Southern. Cathay delivered a smooth and great service throughout this trip as per usual."

Nadelen: "Bathrooms need to be cleaned in between flights; meal didn't have any condiments included ; they don't provide a toiletry bag with basics of toothbrush and socks; airplane needs to be CLEANED.. we found dental floss and empty containers inside the seat pocket."

Nadelen: "In Canton (Guangzhou) aangekomen was er een zeer lamé wachttijd bij de douane van ongeveer anderhalve uur voordat ik aan de beurt was. Dit heeft verder niets met Cathay te maken maar wel met de vluchthaven."
