They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

On my first flight I wasn't even asked if I would like to drink something even though not sleeping and waiting to be asked (I think my complete line was forgotten), there was no smile and kindness, when entering the plane 2 people in front of me did not need to show their tickets so I put mine away - of course I had to show mine a 4th time then and look for it. So annoying. They all look pretty but could definitely be more service orientated."

We were disappointed that the $50 dinner voucher would not allow us to each have 1 alcoholic beverage. (We should have read the fine print...)"

Voordelen: "Crew was very fast but not enough during boarding and people had brought oversized carry on luggage to the gate requiring stowing. We had checked a carry-on at check in and paid $30 while several people got theirs stowed for free which seemed unfair."
Nadelen: "The charging for checked luggage has created a situation that was unfair for all travellers and ultimately made the plane’s departure late. This policy drives people to bring too much luggage into the cabin, putting at risk the safety of others and delays."

Nadelen: "One of the younger female flight attendants was rude . She was collecting trash and took my neighbor’s (aisle seat) trash but wouldn’t take mine. I tapped her elbow to show that I had trash, she looked at me but didn’t take it. She returned and still refused until I exclaimed. She rolled her eyes."

Nadelen: "Cabin was cold enough to store meat. Entertainment system was poor at best. And, of course, the seats were too small and uncomfortable. Time to start looking at other airlines."

Nadelen: "Crew could have proactively provided more water. I was really thirsty mid-flight and had to stand up and ask for water myself."

Nadelen: "I was flying standby. I checked the list on line and my name was number 5. I get to the gate and there’s just a handful of customers. The agent said there was enough seats for the standbys I wait and wait for my name to be called but no luck. My name wasn’t cleared yet. Finally I was the next to last one to get a seat. The gate agent who didn’t ask for my name tells me I was all the down at the bottom of the list. While I am glad that I got on I wish I knew what method is use to get your name on the stand by list?"

Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority"

Nadelen: "The fact my flight was delayed three times...First delta said it was technical(mechanical) issues then sis it was the weather then said it was mechanical issues due to the weather. There were no compensation of the inconvenience it cause the customers."

Para colmo los asientos fueron los últimos de la fila y ni siquiera eran reclinables. Creo que deben tomar en consideración a las personas que estamos tantas horas en la escala y permitirles abordar primero además de darles asientos más cómodos más aún si hemos comprado los boletos con tanto tiempo de anticipación."

Voordelen: "Delay. First it was about 20 min, then 30, then 49 and 55. At the end more than 70 minutes delay. Too much, too frequent on delta!!!!"

Nadelen: "De onbetrouwbare procedures bij KLM en Schiphol. Kan niet online inchecken bij Delta: KLM operated. Alleen op Schiphol. Daar ook niet bij machine. Naar een loket. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "Erg opeengepakt geklemd. Mijn bloed stolde bijna."

Voordelen: "Late delay notification"
Nadelen: "Called the airline directly to verify the status of flight within 24hrs and everything was on schedule according to them. Even tho the airport at San Juan have not night arrivals due to the effects of Hurricane Maria, and on previous days the same flight had been moved to a morning schedule for that reason. I was notified of the delay within hours of departure of the connecting flight."

Voordelen: "Some "perk" for Diamond status on Delta to get to a shorter security line, but customs and immigration was... customs and immigration."
Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "Small plane"

Voordelen: "The flight left on time and we got in 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Awesome service from gate to gate."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that I had to pay for my bags and still purchase food on plane. The price for ticket is already overpriced to begin with. Fuel is cheaper, the planes burn less fuel due to updated design and still the tickets are three times the cost of five years ago. No one should have to pay for bags period. Show that you really care."

Voordelen: "There were no problems at all, the only thing some times the entertainment would go out or slow, nothing else."

Nadelen: "No blankets or pillows. Froze"

Nadelen: "One of the men working the desk at the gate was rude & condescending to me. The other gate agent who was having us board (he was an ethnic man) was friendly & excellent."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Voordelen: "Crew and flight were great. overall excellent experience."

Nadelen: "De stoelen in Croatia airlines lijken wel van hout en zijn redelijk krap. Eten is pietepruime."

Nadelen: "We had to wait until just before boarding to receive seats together- we were 1 adult and 3 kids. It worked out. Other airlines have immediately seated us together. The entertainment system’s response to touch screen direction was poor."

Nadelen: "I missed somehow the distribution of headsets, and I never got one (after asking for one). (Un-)fortunaltely there was no movie I really wanted to watch, or classical music for my taste (recitals, chamber music). Anyway, this is not a major problem, just a tiny glitch. The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

Nadelen: "Altho I checked in on line in advance, i was unable to print my boarding pass . Lufthansa very little space for check in & luggage at Charles de Gaule and staff advised me to arrive at 4am for 7:45am departure so I could stand in line to get boarding pass and deposit luggage. I did so. Wait was not too long. Security was fast by comparison."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Breakfast, excellent omelet, and crew extremely attentive to our needs- offering 2 drinks instead of other airlines which just give one and makes you feel that is all you deserve."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Nadelen: "The navigation of the entertainment system is not very friendly"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht! Geen aanmerkingen."

Nadelen: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Nadelen: "It was a short flight, but we had to walk literally a mile (I measured it with my fitbit) to get to the gate to board. Manchester security is frustrating...they follow different rules. Turns out you DO have to have your camera and ANY electronics (European converter, batteries, charging stations) placed outside your carry on. Only place that did it. And then they kept me in security for over an hour to have 3 different levels of security ask me the same questions over and over again. Don't know why they flagged me...maybe a false positive...as usual they won't tell you a damn thing. But the security guys weren't bad people..just been given their orders."

Voordelen: "Shannon is a very easy airport."
Nadelen: "I was unable to get my seats assigned from America. I had to go to the Aer Lingus desk when I arrived to get seat assignment."

Nadelen: "Person in front kept seat reclined the entire time. Grrrrr"

Nadelen: "I had a changeable ticket but could only do so a 1counter. Missed earlier flight as a result. Terrible service. At Dublin airport going out they let me change at the gate. Bot not in Heathrow."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "That we can't even have a cup of coffee without having to pay 3 euros. I thought that was outrageous."

Voordelen: "You lost the suitcase I needed for the next 2 weeks of my last family vacation in Europe. When I called for an update after 2 days (the promised notification from you was not made) I was told it was found and would be brought by courier to my Airbnb. When I called again, I found out it had arrived in Frankfurt but I'd have to come back to the airport to retrieve it. I had to cancel some plans and inconvenience my family because of your inept handling of my personal property. Other people were in line at the service desk to report their luggage lost. I'm VERY upset. I will avoid Are Lingus and BA in the future. NO LEG ROOM! (Crying, wailing infants the whole 7 hour flight--not your fault, but no sleep for any of us unfortunate passengers)"

Nadelen: "The air conditioning was so cold I had to put on multiple layers of clothing, shirts, and my coat to keep warm."

Nadelen: "There was no food or entertainment offered, aside from what you could purchase. But as it was a very short flight, this didn't make much of a difference for me. Overall, good short flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was very helpful at each stop even though they weren't responsible for the disasters."
Nadelen: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."
