Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks."

Nadelen: "Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat."

Nadelen: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Nadelen: "The flight was cramped. For a shorter flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv Air Europa uses a state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner which lives up to its name. Why they don't use this aircraft for the long haul flight beats me. I'd rather be comfortable for 10 hrs and suffer for 5 instead of the other way around. Still, looking forward to the last leg home."
Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Nadelen: "Departing Madrid airport while watching my luggage sit on the tarmac. It turns out their was too much weight and some luggage had to be left behind for another flight. I did get my luggage 24hrs later thankfully."

Nadelen: "1.5 hrs delay in arrival. there were 9 people at the departure gate. The plane was at the gate two hours before departure; but the flight is delayed due to 'late arrival' of the equipment??? Air bus 330, circa 1970. toilets were worn out; tv screens were flickering (can't even see what's on the screen on the walls), wifi cutting in and out, meal was poor; main dish, bread and desert, that's it. In Madrid, after the flight from Zurich landing in terminal E, it was a 45 min walk to terminal A, international terminal. No bus, no assistance, no one to ask how to get there if one is in a hurry. no info desks to be found anywhere. I can't even imagine for a disabled person. THe airport crew with a cart would not give a ride to an old lady with cain. Wow. It is the worst airport anywhere I have flown out of. The check in process was less than good or efficient. I would not fly this airline nor connect through Madrid."

Embarquement très lent et sans affichage pour les différentes files 1,2,3. Nous sommes partis en retard de plus de 30 min. Livraison des bagages très rapide

I lost my luggage and the handling service is terrible

Au moment d'aborder, J'avais oublié de ranger mon sac dans ma valise, je l'ai fait devant eux et la manière comment on se fait traiter est absolument reprochable. ils m'ont fait payer 40 € même que j'avais un seul bagage petit et de moins de 10 k. C'est du vol !!!! Complétement injuste...Je n'étais pas le seul à se faire mal traité.

The 1st flight was late so I missed the 2nd one

Ils nous est demandé de venir 3h avant le décollage, mais Vueling n’a ouvert le guichet d’enregistrement des bagages que 2h15 avant le décollage, et avec seulement 2 personnes pour enregistrer les passagers de 2 avions ! Résultat, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de déjeuner : tout juste de le temps de passer les contrôles, et l’embarquement débutait.

The plane was clean. They did not tell us until we were boarding that masks were required. Most places don't require it anymore so everyone had to take time to dig for a mask. This made boarding rather long. They also started boarding earlier than was advertised. Not sure if it was because of the mask issue. It was a short flight so I wouldn't expect any entertainment. However they charged for drinks or snacks and wanted contactless.

Bref vraiment dégoûtée"

Nadelen: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."
Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"
Nadelen: "Vueling staff avoiding the issue of wanting to talk about why they sold more seats than are on the plane — telling me that it was my fault and that I should have checked in online earlier. This, despite technical problems with their online checkin system not allowing me to do so."

Voordelen: "Crew and Flight attendants were helpful, responsive and cheerful before, during and after the flight."
Nadelen: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Le retard et toujours ce problème de réception des cartes d'embarquement par kiwi J'ai reçu cette fois une carte sur 3 par mail Pour faire les cartes j'avais le mail de kiwi cette fois donc ça a été mais je trouve toujours le procédé complètement anormal voire tout à fait ignoble quand je pense aux personnes plus âgées par exemple Je reste choquée par les méthodes du prestataire Kiwi"
Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"
Voordelen: "Boarding process was at least organised"
Nadelen: "Staff rude; delay; mess in the cabin during delay; staff not able to keep people quiet plus flight attendants were mixing with people creating more confusion: we paid a ticket for a flight not to be in a pub for 2 hours (the time we spent in the aircraft before taking off)"

Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"
Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Nadelen: "Atterissage"
Voordelen: "L’équipage était agréable, possibilité de changer de siège, arrivée rapide à Madrid."
Nadelen: "Embarquement « prioritaire » catastrophique dans un aéroport qui frise le hangar de bétail ! Dernier vol du soir = vol retardé. Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"
Voordelen: "Rien car le vol n'a pas eu lieu nous concernant."
Nadelen: "Le vol a été manque en raison de l'arrivée tardive du vol RyanAir précédent, sans aucune prise en charge de la part de RyanAir, aucune information fiable ni mesure compensatoire. Mensonges de la part du personnel à l'aéroport de Bordeaux ainsi que de l'equipage."
Nadelen: "Il est inadmissible qu'on ne donne même pas un verre d'eau durant ce voyage qui a duré 3 heures de temps et en plus pour un voyageur avec un bébé. De plus j'ai payé l'option priorité car on m'a dit que le bébé avait droit à un bagage de 10Kg qu'on pouvait envoyer en soute et ce n'était pas le cas. Ma fille a du avoir en main le bagage du bébé, son bagage cabine, la poussette et le bébé lui-même. Cà a été infernal pour elle. Je demande donc le remboursement de l'option priorité que j'ai payé pour rien (90€). Merci."
Nadelen: "The flight was 2 and a half hours delayed and the crew did not even mention it, never mind a line of apology. I gave them a chance after 8 years and I regret it. You save with Ryanair, only if your own time is worthless."
Nadelen: "I wanted to change my flight but waited too long. I hate the policy is nothing is refundable"
Nadelen: "Important retard au départ, longue attente avant et après l'embarquement. Quasiment tous les bagages cabine envoyés en soute. Très peu d'informations en anglais. Personnel à bord plutôt désagréable"
Voordelen: "après un dégivrage au niveau des ailes, que je n'avais jamais vu, nous avons récupéré le petit retard occasionné très bien. On nous a proposé, gratuitement, au moment de l'embarquement de prendre en charge mon bagage. Merci Isabelle"
Nadelen: "Bonjour, je n'ai pas reçu mon appréciation sur l'aller 1h30 de retard annoncé puis 10mn après on nous appelle pour finalement nous faire attendre dans le couloir d'embarquement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cordialement Isabelle"
Nadelen: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Nadelen: "Retard de 2h30 au départ. J ai raté un rendez-vous important! Peu d espace dans l avion entre voisins de côte et de devant."
Nadelen: "Le vol a été si court que je n'ai pas eu le temps d'être insatisfaite sur quoi que ce soit! Merci!"
