No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Nadelen: "Check in process is a disaster. The passenger is asked to even weight the luggage to be said by the machine to gonto a counter without good reason: the only thing missing with LATAM is to pilote the plane. Awful."

Nadelen: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

Nadelen: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

Nadelen: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

Nadelen: "We were not told our passports needed to have an expiration past six months of travel even though we got back before the expiration. We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "Delays, delays, delays. An initial delay of 1.5 hours due to a switched plane. Then they needed mechanics to check out a bird hit to the plane. That took another 3 hours to happen. And they boarded us first, then found the issue, deplaned us, had a gate switch and then the wait. Very frustrating! Once on board, everything went smoothly as it typically does."

Nadelen: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"

Voordelen: "Food and entertainment were okay."
Nadelen: "Iberia was unable to ticket us all the way through to our final destination when we checked-in at our origin (Faro). We then had to go through an arduous process to get handwritten boarding passes in Madrid. This put us at the end of the line for boarding. Then the gate agent refused to let us board because the boarding passes Iberia customer service wrote and stamped didn’t have ticket # on ithem. The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."

Nadelen: "Mistake Kayak or its subcontractor made in listing the name of my wife incorrectly. This created a real hassle in getting a boarding pass in her name"

Nadelen: "Flight was significantly delayed. During this time, there was no air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the plane. Crew provided no guidance on connections at any point during flight."

Voordelen: "Great array of entertainment. The food was tasteful."
Nadelen: "No clear direction when attempting to board. Several passengers were unaware of what to do. Couldn't find the reclining button."

Nadelen: "Movie options weren't that great; I couldn't Buy extra baggage online because I didn't book directly through Iberia (not my fault that BA didn't fly this route and I didn't know it and it costed extra at the airport)"

Voordelen: "Nothing, their attitude showed no interest in helping me and my mother going back to the US."
Nadelen: "They were not able to bring us on board even if we made it an hour early."

Voordelen: "Cabin crew did reseat a passenger when there were two tallish men in same row."
Nadelen: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Nadelen: "The crew is so rough, never smiling, and speaking very poor English. Well, it was Iberia, and they are famous for that. When the Spanish company will address the fact that customer service should be their top priority is still to be seen."

Nadelen: "Very bad check-in, families have priority...also if they have 16 years old "kids". They couldn't print the boarding pass for the connecting flight, no water, no coffee, dirty plane, my baggage arrived destroyed (open in half), they promised to ship it the day after and it was a lie."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was great, great food! You can't beat the price of the ticket."
Nadelen: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Voordelen: "Hay buen entretenimiento y hay espacio suficiente."
Nadelen: "En el vuelo no fueron tan amables, no dan suficiente comida ni es tan buena para un vuelo de 11 horas."

Nadelen: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."

Voordelen: "Cheap fare"
Nadelen: "Disorganized boarding and didn't even offer water for free on flight."

Nadelen: "Iberia is not good at boarding"

Voordelen: "Everything flowed very smoothly desite the fact I had an irregularly shaped carry on. It was no problem, Staff were positive and acomodating and that lead to passengers being accommodating to each other. The intertainment was great, the only draws back is that I slept most of the time and wanted to watch another movie."
Nadelen: "That I had to bother the person sitting next to me to get up when I wanted to go tot the bathroom, but he was very accommodating"

Voordelen: "A short flight but could have some form of entertainment."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and service was great. Food good and had a great selection of movies. Thanks."

Nadelen: "Chair design very uncomfortable. Food was for sale - I find that really cheap. It's a two-hour flight. Drinks and snacks should be part of the package."

Voordelen: "Short 2 hour hop to Heathrow, adequate seating, nothing challenging about this flight. Barcelona airport is very user friendly, open and expansive. Service was good on the flight."
Nadelen: "Landed at heathrow, which is a sprawling airport and plenty of time required for the endless walking, bussing, and subway connections between terminals and gates. But efficient."

Voordelen: "Food was great - much better than you get from the US based airlines! Flight wasn't full - which helped tremendously with comfort"

Nadelen: "Boarding was a mess. Business was overbooked and Iberia's team at check-in totally clueless and hopeless. During the flight, crew was impolite and unhelpful. Finally, my seat was broken -- and had to be manually inclined."

Voordelen: "I couldn't take the fly. And no body answer! No by the phone, no body on the airport, no body on Facebook, I can't by the web. I need help and no body answer."

Nadelen: "I had a huge passenger next to me who took most of my space the whole time during the flight and ended up hurting my neck and back. I understand it had nothing to do with the crew, but not comfortable at all. Besides, there was no entertainment and even outlet available."

Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent.
