Nadelen: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Voordelen: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "The seats were so close to each-other that you can't even get in or out without a big effort. I am not a large person, but I am pretty tall. Fro someone over 6 feet tall, the seats are like a torture chamber."

Nadelen: "After a long saga with no help in making my connecting flight on the same Turkish Airlines, they gave me the boarding pass and told me my luggage was fine to carry on board for the partner airline they put me on. At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

Nadelen: "I did not like the fact that my U.S. bound plane had to be boarded from the tarmac. I’m assuming it had something to with u.s. security issues with carriers from predominantly Muslim countries. The crew need to check passengers that want to place their feet anywhere except the floor or footrest. I see exactly how fights happen in the planes. It is not ok to place ones feet on someone else’s armrest."

Nadelen: "That there was nowhere at the Berlin airport that we were told to drop luggage at B25....all we saw was to board at A4 which is where we sat until it was time to board. Then they guy said I could not carry on my bag, I had done so coming to Berlin from SFO, so made no sense to me. So we had to dash to B 25 and then back to A4. The other thing, having an extremely painful back, there was nowhere for me to sit during the time of going through security etc. All caused stress and enormous pain."

Voordelen: "Austrian Airlines is the best! Crew, food, drinks, entertainment, and plugins were all provided, and it was all very nice (and delicious food!)."

Nadelen: "The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate."

The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "The other travelers were loud rude and didn't listen to instructions. Also clapping loudly upon landing and it's very annoying. Parents don't take responsibility for their children."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Voordelen: "The crew worked very hard to make sure we're comfortable. Water, snacks were provided often during flight."

Nadelen: "Il a fallu courrir pour attraper l'avion aucune information assistance pour trouver la porte C et mon bagage a ete perdu"

Nadelen: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."

Nadelen: "Surbooking à l'embarquement, aucune info, un scandale. Seulement un petit déjeuner (très moyen) servi pour la totalité d’un vol de plus de 6h, quand les autres compagnies servent un vrai repas et une collation Aucune trousse en classe économie, ni un masque, ni une brosse à dents"

Voordelen: "Everything was excellent. The entertainment system was also excellent."
Nadelen: "The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out"

Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

Voordelen: "On time flight"
Nadelen: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."

Voordelen: "I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable."
Nadelen: "Ethiad was not helpful at all and did not provide any same day help. They’re customer service was absolutely terrible."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "- horrible crew, many crew members were just rude to many passengers. Often rolling their eye and making overt gestures to passenger questions - one crew member just threw the food tray down and it all spilled over another passenger - they also struggle with english and so is hard understanding both ways - abslote the worst food selection and quality in my experience. Better pack your own food from home"

Nadelen: "No body from airline staff was at Lahore Airport to facilitate passengers.Lot of time wasted.One staff member was attending 2 rows of passengers in slow operational speed."

Voordelen: "Etihad showed some kind of discrimination non-muslims wheel chair passengers. My luggage is not taken good care of as they tear my zipper. The crew of are okay but never take good care of seniors with some physical disabilities to check and see whether they need water to drink on long distance flights as many airlines do. Muslim wheel chair passengers were given preferential treatment as I am always last one to be picked up and my luggage came at the end after waiting for one hour."

Nadelen: "The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

Nadelen: "I checked in 10 hours early for my flight and no one told me that I was bumped out of my flight because they were overbooked until one hour before takeoff. Then a gate attendant had the nerve to ask me if I was Vip. When I said no, she said she couldn’t help me and I had to wait for the next flight which was the next day. When I complained to a manager, they let me through security to get on standby for the flight and I was the last one to get on the flight. Their service is awful!!"

Nadelen: "For US bound flights, emigration and custom check is done in Abu Dhabi. So our luggage should have been checked to the final destination Kalamazoo."

Nadelen: "Food can be better (and has been in the past). Limited choice in entertainment. Crew could be more polite"

Nadelen: "They only had two choices of food: either vegetarian or chicken. The number of dishes were small as well. The “salad” was horrible."

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "The staff for our flight were all extremely friendly and accommodating.When I checked in the airline attendant switched me to a window seat which was very considerate. Flight attendants came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated."

Voordelen: "Lots of movie choices, lots of (business class) food choices."
Nadelen: "The movie service quit a few times, but did offer to resume where I'd got to."

Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."
