Voordelen: "It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Nadelen: "The changed the time of flight had to wait airport for 5 hrs"

Nadelen: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Voordelen: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Nadelen: "More realistic options to upgrade. Example I can board a train in London and upgrade to first class for £20 to Edinburgh. If you have a coach class or business class empty. Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Voordelen: "Flight crew was quick to provide food and drinks but quality of the food was not as good as Emirates."
Nadelen: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

And toilets were very smelly right from the start as it seemed that itinerary has seeped into the floor over time. And there were only two items as a main course and one of them in very small quantity. I was told that too many veg main courses were loaded by mistake and very few non veg."

Nadelen: "Check in crew in Lahore ganged up against me and wanted to extort £200 for taking me laptop on board along with my hand carry. No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Voordelen: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "We had a family of four sitting behind us. The father yelled all the time. They took up four overhead bins and he was frequently up and down getting things out of the bins. His very hairy large belly was touching my daughters head every time. He and his children punched the backs of our seats on a regular basis. My back was in constant pain and I was unable to do very many things due to the back pain during my "vacation", The flight attendants had to remind the parents that their children could not stand on the seats during takeoff or crawl around under the seats. No ability to change seats or I would have. I didn't have a problem with the other children on the flight, when they were crying their parents tried to do something. However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. Just yell in general at them."

Nadelen: "I have flown with Swiss several times. Every single time, I had to run in between my gates to make it to the connecting flight. And in the process of the turmoil and stress of rushing, I have witnessed airport people being extremely rude with passengers who were not at fault that their original flight was late and were merely trying to make it on time. Correspondingly, every single time I flew with Swiss, I never knew whether or not I will get my luggages. Simply put, your organization is poor and your flights are unfailingly late!!"

Voordelen: "At list 2 attendants were extremely not polite . Air condition was turned on 2 minutes before landing . To collect food plates from passengers took more then 2 hours . When passengers asked attendants, to evaluate when it going to happen the answer was very rude ״ you should fly business in case you want it faster " . It was a night flight and it took 3 hours to turn off the lights . One of the girls attendants told me that I have too many hand handbags with me , only 1 piece allowed . I was with 3 pieces but we were 3 persons my wife and my Childe . I was trying to explain her, but she was unable to listen . It is not Swiss I know , I like to flight Swiss , but this flight was extremely disappointing .It was many confusions with other passengers as well. wrong meals , wrong seats , no air condition, ... the flight was a nightmare"
Nadelen: "In this flight nothing , one of the worst I have ever had ."

They left snacks, water, juice and soda out in the galley if you were in the mood for something. Bathrooms were clean. Overall I rate this flight a 9/10."
Nadelen: "The seat reclining in front of you made it very hard to get out of your seat and into the aisle without major clumsiness and disturbing your fellow passengers. Also the headphone jack has the old fashioned 2 prong. So you can't use your own headphones without an adapter if you only want to listen out of one ear the whole time."

Voordelen: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nadelen: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Nadelen: "Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay"

Voordelen: "Was happy to pay extra 45.5 pounds for laugages which was hidden"

Nadelen: "KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Fijn dat er nog gratis iets wordt geserveerd, jammer dat dat dan een broodje kip was. Waarom geen kaas, kunnen vegetariërs ook wat eten. Nu had ik niets."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled and we had to return to Amsterdam after du,ping fuel to make sure we could have a safe landing."

Nadelen: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."

Voordelen: "Cabin Crew was awesome."
Nadelen: "Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht! Geen aanmerkingen."

Voordelen: "Professional, welcoming and very friendly crew, well-maintained aircraft, comfortable seat and good food. Keep up the good work, KLM."
Nadelen: "Not much to comment on here."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Missing a bag , longer wait time at Abu Dhabi"

Nadelen: "Sure"

Voordelen: "crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good."
Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."

Voordelen: "Newer aircraft. Fantastic service"

Nadelen: "Rushed boarding at ccj"

Voordelen: "Everything was excellent. The entertainment system was also excellent."
Nadelen: "The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out"

Nadelen: "Smaller leg room than other airlines"

Nadelen: "Ook voor economy is de seating aan de krappe kant."

Nadelen: "Ook voor economy is de seating voor iemand van 1.85m aan de krappe kant."

Nadelen: "It was bit long. Especially long hault at abudhabi."

Nadelen: "Seat was damaged, not conformed and dirty, like it wasn’t cleand after previous flight. Pillows was used before us. Business calss should be nice"

Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "Breakfast quality was not good .In breakfast they gave vegetarian food .Flight departed late by one hour ."

Voordelen: "The crew took care of their passengers' needs throughout the flight with plenty of food and drinks."
Nadelen: "My headphones or speaker did not work on my TV so I was unable to watch any movies. It was difficult to sleep as I was woken up to see if I wanted food or drink"

Voordelen: "Boarding was efficient. Entertainment and food great."
Nadelen: "Crew was unusually subpar for Etihad. They were not nice, not attentive, not responsive. The plane was packed and loud with uncontrollable children and people having coughing fits. I did not see the nanny or flight attendants helping either situation e.g. offering water to the sick, ect. The toilet room was disgusting. The seat was cramped."

Voordelen: "Bangalore airport is a bit slow but everything works."
Nadelen: "Airport WiFi in Bangalore isn’t very good"

Nadelen: "The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

Voordelen: "I thought 11 thousand dollars for 2 of us to fly was way to dear business class there was not a lot of room. Was my own fault I thought I was going on a380 but I woukd think twice about booking again for that price not worth it."

Nadelen: "Kayak did not have technology to know about cancellation"

Nadelen: "Food can be better (and has been in the past). Limited choice in entertainment. Crew could be more polite"

Voordelen: "Crew were awesome, food was amazing"

Voordelen: "We ended up being delayed on the flight for about 3 hours due to fog in Abu Dhabi— delays are always frustrating but the crew was absolutely fantastic. The head of cabin crew personally came by to explain the problem and made he passengers feel welcome. Excellent service all around, especially when the situation is unpleasant but not within anyone’s control."

Nadelen: "Customer service in Abu Dhabi was terrible. The flight itself was average at best. It was nothing like I expected. I will not fly Etihad again."

Nadelen: "Food was not good and too salty. And the saltiness made everyone thirsty and we were only offered one small cup of water at a time.Flight attendants were not friendly and didn't want to be bothered."

Voordelen: "The crew was rude. And did not answer when called upon."
Nadelen: "Nimah... I believe her name was. The stewardess for my area. Row 81k"

Nadelen: "Food is always the same. Fish chicken and beef with different sauces. Wine list not that impressive for a five star airline"

Voordelen: "Services n hospitality"

Nadelen: "I called eitahd, very nice man told me they will arrange hotel but when we reached there they kept lingarinf ro provide hotel and at last they took us to co seleepibg area which was so horrible"

Voordelen: "First time on Etihad. Would definitely fly them again if possible"

Nadelen: "Seats seem pretty short. Only half my leg fits on them and I am not a tall person."

Voordelen: "The comfort and elegance of the plane and seats. The genuinely kind nature and attentiveness of the staff from ticketing to flight crew to landing."

Nadelen: "I've never heard of double booking an assigned seat! Don't ever fly with etihad, not worth it!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Layovers"

Nadelen: "non-terminal gate (bus ride) boarding;"

Voordelen: "I sat in the aisle seat so it was fairly roomy. The movies selection was very good."
Nadelen: "The Air Hostess was fairly rude to one particular passenger. Given that that passenger was fairly aggressive in asking for children kits, and the Air Hostess was doing her best to inform her that she has to give them all to the children first. Unfortunately it was very condescending the way she talked to the said lady. I felt that it could have been handle better. The guy next to me, his On Flight entertainment wasn't working. i felt bad for him."

Nadelen: "The crew seemed to be new or something else happened but they ran out of food to serve, so they handed out bread rolls and soft drinks which then sat on our trays for the majority of the flight."

Voordelen: "It got me from my home country to my destination."
Nadelen: "The movie selection was just mediocre...other airlines have much better (wider selection) & newer films. Also the flight attendants never woke me up for my 2nd meal, even though I very clearly used the sleep-mask provided that said "wake me up for meals" written in all over the front. I don't understand why this system was set in place if your cabin crew aren't going to use it...? Also did not like the mango custard -- was a bit weird. I'd recommend just plane/vanilla custard -- these flavors are much more widely appreciated by everyone. Mango is too quaint, even for those requesting hindu-vegetarian meals."

Voordelen: "2 of the bags arrived to chhatrapati Shivaji terminal , Mumbai with cross mark in them. And when we reached home and checked, 2 watches were missing from one of the bags"
