Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Écran ne fonctionnait pas …. Pas d’alternative

The boarding process was chaotic and haphazard. The unloading of the baggage was slow and frought with issues. The smaller ladies from Delta attending the area were overwhelmed with the oversized bags. And the baggage belts ended up getting jammed up, delaying me for quite a while.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Personnel très sympa, très serviable.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

There were no employees checking baggage until 4:30am despite there being several 6am flights. There were people truly worried as I was that I would miss my flight. They should’ve had employees working earlier to accommodate to their schedules.

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

Even tho we paid to have seat next to each other we had to give them up, and my husband who just had major surgery on his hand was given an isle seat which was part of the reason we PAID to have seats next to each other and him in a middle seat

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

From using an app that denied my negative covid test THREE times because they misread it and tried to mislead me about it ("Maybe the date isn't specified?" when it very much was and I'd drawn attention to its correct location); to the fact that my connecting flight wasn't even available in this app was supposed to determined whether I could fly to my final destination; ti the fact that a supposedly vital piece of documentation wasn't even mentioned in that app; to the unnecessary delaying of a connecting flight by several hours that was suddenly on time again upon landing minutes only late, which somehow required all passengers with ANY connecting flight to run to their gate regardless of destination; to the fact that the boarding passes didn't include my initial return flight and only the connecting, which was cause to be denied entry to the airport, to the apparenly unknown and much disputed location of the check-in where I would have to report to get said boarding pass; to the ONE HOUR WAIT behind maybe 20 people total in spite of having no bags to check because again, I had no boarding pass; to the app incorrectly stating that no additional covid test was needed only to find out after having been at the airport THREE HOURS; to the fact that my itinerary"couldn't" be changed because it was "in flight" while the "fare difference" I would be charged went up $100 every hour I was forced to wait because there were magically no notes regardingmy flight every time I called back as directed; this was a miserable experience all around. Never recommending aer lingus to anyone ever and certainly won't fly it again.

Nadelen: "We did not get to select the seats. I did get an extremely low priced fare so I was prepared. The seats were in the very back of the plane from Dublin to Rome even though there were many seats open throughout the plane. I couldn’t figure out how to purchase upgrades using the app."

Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "The crew was VERY friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to requests and were very pleasant. Everyone was showed attention to details and put customer comfort at the forefront. They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."

Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

They said they didn't have any information about it and that it was probably in Dublin. Later it showed up at my hotel with no call or notification. Not acceptable. Probably will avoid Aer Lingus in the future."
Nadelen: "There were absolutely no vegetarian meals. All flights should at least have a few extra just in case someone needs some. After I refused the meal, I didn't even get water or anything. I was given a nauseating wrap with tea towards the end of the flight. I'm not even sure how that was expected to be edible. Unbelievable, I will not be flying Aer Lingus again."
Voordelen: "The people who worked at the front desk and boarding desk were very friendly and met my needs. As I asked to sit up front and they got me seats by aisle in the front. The beef stew were good"
Voordelen: "From Brussels to Dublin, we had a good flight. The air hostess was attentive enough and the cabin comfort was excellent."
Nadelen: "That we can't even have a cup of coffee without having to pay 3 euros. I thought that was outrageous."
Nadelen: "3.5 hr delay due to mechanical issues. Missed connecting flight."
Voordelen: "We left 30 minutes late, as seems to be the norm for Aer Lingus. Crew tried to accommodate special meal request but were confused how to deliver the tray to the assigned seat, despite us ringing the call button per request and the seat number on the meal tray. I dont fully know how this could be confusing."
Nadelen: "The flight was an icy 61°F. My wife apent most of the 11-hour flight wrapped in 3 blankets. When meals were served, it took at least an hour to clear the trash. Seat space is minimal, but becomes completely intolerable when the person in front reclines their seat. Knees get smashed and the tray table becomes nearly inaccessible. This is a torturous was to spend half a day in a middle seat. This airline still uses the old-fashioned two connector headphones hinting at the age of the airplane. At least the tray tables weren't smelling of vomit and visually dirty as on previous flight. Crew didnt miss an opportunity on either of our flight to charge us for every little luxury, like a snack or alcohol and were fast to hawk their goods for sale. Truly annoying."
Nadelen: "Staff at Frankfurt desk rude and dismissive. Spent hour and a half there...spent hour and a half today replacing clothes. Using faulty gps as you have lost my I-pad."

Nadelen: "Location of the gates in Charlotte are always so far away from one another!"
Nadelen: "Same old tiny uncomfortable commuter jet."
Voordelen: "It was difficult to find something to like."
Nadelen: "Everything could have been better. The terminal out of Charlotte looked like a bus terminal, unacceptable for AA since it is one of their hubs. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the airline should have been better prepared for our arrival. While the pilot did an excellent job in getting us in NY on time after airport delays on departure, AA must have not had enough staff working when we arrived. Customers waited over 30 minutes for bags to arrive, which arrived at a different belt than what had been originally scheduled. There were no AA staff in sight when we arrived in NY either. I will do my best not to fly AA again."
Voordelen: "Not a lot. Entertainment options on board were decent. Food was alright."
Nadelen: "Everything! Crew were terse, rude and inattentive. Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"
Nadelen: "I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Nadelen: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Nadelen: "BAD Public Relations: AA announced the flight was overbooked, then called up 3 young ladies. Their reaction was seen by everyone. They had just gone through the entire procedure to get to the gate and were forced to be stranded. FIRST CLASS: food service: could there be a rating less than POOR? we were given 10,000 miles (yes that bad) but just like Whose line - the points don't matter when the airlines is that bad! Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"
