Nadelen: "My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nadelen: "Check-in to Canada not possible when passengers have third country passport and Canadian residence card. A combination, although very common, proofed to difficult for AUA personnel. Because of check-in delays lousy seats and miserable overall experience."

The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Nadelen: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Nadelen: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Nadelen: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious."

Nadelen: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

Voordelen: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Nadelen: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "my wife was flying this plane from Zagreb to Split. my wife is late for the last ferry 20.30 from Split to Hvar due to the plane delay and so unplanned should stay at the hotel in split till tomorrow morning. And they'll be 3 hours late for work in the morning."

Nadelen: "I was unable to select the 'fare' with a checked bag, so was planning to pay at the counter. I think the site for the airline is buggy, as it was also an ordeal by trial-and-error to try to check in online. I also could not elect to check a bag during the on line check in process, which I know is sometimes an option. When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split."

Nadelen: "making a stop in Dubrovnik and leaving the plane just so they can refuel it a nightmare. Layover in Zagreb on the way to Athens was really long On the way back from ATH to SPU, a depay of 2,5 hours happened..."

Nadelen: "The type of plane was very old, a de Havilland with propellers, extremely noisy and small."

Voordelen: "I slept the entire trip. But I did wake up for refreshments and cookies. It was a short flight. Overall the staff were pleasant. the plan was older so seating was a bit tight. We left on time and no issues during the flight."

This had nothing to do with me but rather their scheduling. They really need to allow more time between connecting flights for this and for getting thru passport check"

Don't understand why the baggage fee can't be paid at the check-in counter. Will not fly CRO again."

Voordelen: "Good selection of local croatian snacks. We had cheese with olives and olive crackers. Better than the generic sandwiches offered by major european carriers. Crew was friendly and appeared interested and motivated. Pilot kept us informed of current progress."
Nadelen: "Seats were firm. Limited recline and could be uncomfortable for anything more than 3 hours."

Nadelen: "The extra time involved at Istanbul and Chicago airports to seperately check in my Kindle."

Voordelen: "Once up-in-the-air, everything was good."
Nadelen: "First the delay for boarding, and then after boarding got delayed again due to rush hour on Heathrow. All together, an hour of delay"

Voordelen: "Personnel on the ground and in flight did a great job. Jogurt and biscuit box was delicious!"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed for unknown reasons. Nobody inform passengers about delay."

Voordelen: "Les avions étaient a temps"
Nadelen: "Pas de repas et de café le soir"

Nadelen: "Needed wheelchair assist. Once we were dropped off at the gate to wait for the slight to Split, the person at the gate said that there was no other person who could come, was forced to walk the rest of the way. This was different from all other times we've needed a wheelchair assist where a person came when it was time to go from the boarding area to the vehicle."

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "It is known that RyanAir is not the top class of comfort."

Nadelen: "L’embarquement prioritaire"

Nadelen: "Courtoisie, respecté les horaires"

Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. So, no further comments required..."

Voordelen: "The flight was smooth."
Nadelen: "Seats very hard and uncomfortable. No food or water provided unless paid for. No entertainment onboard, not even a magazine."

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Voordelen: "Très bien"
Nadelen: "C’était en retard pas très sérieux."

Nadelen: "éviter 1h15 de retard"

Voordelen: "Arrivée correct et immigration et récupération des bagages à temps."
Nadelen: "Le vol aurait pu partir à l’heure et ils auraient pu annoncer le retard. L’avion est un peu sale."

Voordelen: "Crew were polite and friendly. Aircraft was clean and comfortable and the price was unbeatable."

Voordelen: "The price of the ticket was cheap..."
Nadelen: "But we paid for it with our luggage. The staff was extremely unhelpful. They sneak up on you with extra charges. Not worth it! Rather use my money for a better flight and be more comfortable. They didn't even have water on the flight that I could have without purchasing."

Nadelen: "Que l'on m'a obligée de mettre ma valise cabine en soute"

Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Voordelen: "crew very good"
Nadelen: "2 hour delay and no information, even changed boarding gate and did not inform passengers who was already waiting."

Nadelen: "expensive ticket when you add up all the fees, plus it’s stressful and chaotic."

Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"

Nadelen: "An hour delay for take off, we were trapped in the plane"

Nadelen: "The plane left very late and we landed 12.30 am"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Retard de 4h, peu d'information sur le vol, arrivée tardive a Bergame et correspondance pour Dublin manquée. Aucune prise en charge par RyanAir excepté un coupon de 5€ pour manger à l'aéroport de Bordeaux. Mensonge de l'équipage sur potentielle prise en charge et point de contact à l'arrivée à Bergame."

Voordelen: "We got there on time,"
Nadelen: "- Surliness of staff especially at the gate: some passengers were queuing for the wrong flight and gate staff did very little to ensure that the risk of this was highlighted to others. Consequently when boarding some people were turned away as they should have been elsewhere - Unecessary split seats - New cabin baggage rules - caused delay at the gate and could have been avoided by asking people to check in the excess earlier as other airlines do."

Nadelen: "Plane was late!!!!"

Nadelen: "Bumpy Landing! Very expensive for a very basic service"

Voordelen: "Décollage et atterrissage tout en douceur. Bravo au pilote!"
Nadelen: "Rien à signaler. Tout était parfait"

Nadelen: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Voordelen: "Rien."
Nadelen: "Retard de 2h30 au départ. J ai raté un rendez-vous important! Peu d espace dans l avion entre voisins de côte et de devant."

Voordelen: "A l'heure, le prix"

Voordelen: "Pour un vol Low Cost, cela s'est bien passé, embarquement un peu long mais nous sommes arrivés avec 10 min d'avance et pas de gros problème lors du voyage."

Voordelen: "Le prix!"
Nadelen: "L’embarquement prioritaire est mal indiqué et respecté."

Voordelen: "Pas de divertissement à bord Et je n'ai pas testé de repas à bord D'où mes notes moyennnes"
Nadelen: "Le confort des Boeing n'est toujours pas au niveau des Airbus."

Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."

Voordelen: "It landed on Dublin"
Nadelen: "It was late"

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Rayanair dispose les passagers de manière à ce que les voyageur ayant pris leur billet ensemble ne puisse pas être a coté. Ceci est fait volontairement pour facturer une option supplémentaire.. Honteux !!"

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Nadelen: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"

Voordelen: "Love that you could shop dutyfree during the flight! It was very neat seeming the emergency landing information pasted on the seat infront of you. It's a nice gesture because if invade of an emergency you have the pictures literally infront of your face . Also thought it was nice having music play when you land. I'm a very visual person and look for details."
Nadelen: "We checked in with the app and when it came to check in our luggage, the customer representative said we hadn't check in correctly and we would have to pay €50 fee per passenger, which is an inconvenience because it you don't want to think about paying more for fees and luggage when your on vacation."

Nadelen: "Pas beaucoup de place une fois assise et les messages étaient tous en anglais"

Voordelen: "I didn't like much"
Nadelen: "the crew did not know anything, not even how to check in a flight"
