So finally they booked us a flight next day in evening we didn’t received any vouchers or hotel room from the airline and nobody had a answer on why was flight cancelled. We had little time between flights, and had to empty water bottles at Security before boarding but forgot to refill them, so we really noticed the lack of beverages."

Voordelen: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Nadelen: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

Nadelen: "Absolutely everything. I paid for a seat only to get bumped to the very back of the plane. I waited in line for 30 plus minutes to talk to a gate agent who just ignored everyone in line. Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"

As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost and still haven't received it. Very disappointed in the service."

Nadelen: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Nadelen: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."

Nadelen: "Not allowing free seat selection when the ticket is purchased."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Seats couldn't be adjusted. Had to take a bus to board the plane."

Nadelen: "Could not get my boarding pass before reaching my last terminal because it was not ready from Montreal or Toronto, and no staff were available elsewhere in the airport. this prevented me from making necessary purchases to bring with me to Kinshasa, my final destination."

Nadelen: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Nadelen: "Never flew it; had to transfer to Lufthansa flights."

Voordelen: "Thanks to formula b.family we had priority when boarding. The Kids were offered a present on board."

Nadelen: "EXCELLENT SERVICE"

Voordelen: "Zaventem airport remains too difficult , which really makes the trip less enjoyable."

Nadelen: "Au moment de l'embarquement on ne m'a pas laissé passer avec mon chien d'utilité, qui avait pourtant tous les documents demandés sur le site internet EasyJet, sous prétexte que je ne pouvais pas justifier que c'était mon chien. On m'a aussi dit que mon vol serait retardé le temps de régler ce problème alors qu'il a décollé à l'heure, sans que je puisse le prendre. Au moment où j'ai voulu partir de la zone de Check in, le personnel n'a pas voulu me rendre les documents d'identité de mon Chien d'assistance. C'est un problème inadmissible."

Nadelen: "On nous a fait payer à nouveau pour nos bagages alors que cela avait déjà été fait lors de la réservation !!!"

Voordelen: "Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time."

Nadelen: "We waited over an hour for our bags at the claim along with the rest of the flight"

Nadelen: "too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences..."

Nadelen: "Announcements at gate..only one long line..didn't know what was boarding.."

Nadelen: "We were delayed 50 minutes and the seats are uncomfy with no legroom. It is quite squashed and makes it worse when people put their seat back in front of you even though there are spare seats throughout the rest of the plane."

Voordelen: "The flight was almost on time."
Nadelen: "We did not like having to pay an extra 16 euros per person for carry on. Other planes allow a carry-on and a personal item. Did not appreciate this last minute extra charge. This should all have been explained when we purchased our tickets. I probably would not fly on EasyJet again for this reason."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was super smooth. Staff was lovely. Nothing to complain about!! I was worried because I had three kids and I had heard horror stories about the airline being super strict about the size of carry-on luggage but everything was fine! They didn’t ask us to check in our bags or to pay any additional Fees. I was so happy! It was easy peasy!"

Nadelen: "We (along with everyone) had to check luggage (at no charge), despite being first in line (regular queue) and despite the fact that there was plenty of room in the overhead lockers (and would have sped up boarding considerably)."

Pas de catering car non livré."
