Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Voordelen: "Actually, the flat bed seat is not an Aeromexico virtue, this is part of the 787-800 series. Fortunately, All Nippon Airways is serving Mexico City and there is no doubt what is gonna be my next option."
Nadelen: "1. Delayed departure. 2. Mediocre flight attendants with poor understanding of what this kind of long haul flight should be in business class. 3. The two only meals were uneatable. The chicken was carved 2 weeks ago and stored in permafrost before serving. 4. I've flown 7 times the same route with Aeromexico and this was the worst of all of them."

Voordelen: "I really liked the Tv screen on the 737-800 Toronto to Mexico whoever i believe they should be adding 737 Max to this route as Toronto is a megacity and this plane is kind of old for serving this busy route"
Nadelen: "The plane seats are so uncomfortable i was trying to sleep on that for like 3 hours without success"

Nadelen: "My credit card was cloned (that happened soon after I book my ticket with you) and used in the Middle East. Lots of money were taken, I had to cancel my credit card, I had to go the police, etc, etc I regret to use your services"

Nadelen: "After being in the airport for over four hours waiting for the flight to depart, I was not allowed to board the plane because the airline had somehow given my seat to another passenger, even though I was sitting right in front of them. I have never experienced such a ridiculous situation. What is worse, the airline was completely obsolete in helping me resolve the issue."

Nadelen: "Annulation du vol de retour apres un no-show à l’aller. Aucune information de leur part. J’ai du racheter 3 billets d’avion, plus de 2000$ de frais. Derniere fois avec cette compagnie."

Voordelen: "Un check-in incroyable, un personnel très attentionné de l'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement. Vol avec 1 heure d'avance sur le nouveau Boeing Dreamliner. Diner copieux, service de boissons à répétition. Espace pour les jambes entre les sièges."
Nadelen: "Le système de divertissement n'est pas le meilleur (contrairement à Emirates ou British Airways)."

Nadelen: "Could have been on time also one bag carry on mean 1 not 1 plus a backpack the WiFi also wasn’t working properly"

Nadelen: "The plane was dirty. There was still trash from the previous flight everywhere. The onboard Stuart’s were not up to par. There was no entertainment and the WiFi was horrible."

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "When I arrived to check in at 5:48am for my 6:20am flight, I was treated very poorly. The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

Nadelen: "More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices"

Nadelen: "We were delayed (not really their fault), there were no USB or charging ports for a 4 hour flight, we sat on the plane after landing for about 45 minutes with no explanation, and we had to walk to the next terminal to retrieve our bags, which didn't come out for over an hour (they claimed airplane maintenance). One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had."

Nadelen: "Super crowded boarding area in DCA. Hurried to board, then sat at the gate for 15 minutes after door closed with no mention of being delayed or why we were sitting there. Finally found out the fueling paperwork was missing. This was after being forced to gate check bag in group 6 (and 7,8,9) Then luggage offload in Charlotte took forever, and then was on the wrong belt. Baggage staff in CLT were clueless."

Nadelen: "Food tray was broken."

Voordelen: "Boarding crew in Spokane was friendly and very efficient."
Nadelen: "There were no snacks - they told us they “ran out” on the previous flight and hadn’t refilled yet."

Voordelen: "Food options were good. We got 3 meals."
Nadelen: "I paid $70 for what I thought was Updating my seat to bulkhead section and it ended up being for me just selecting my seat. Epic fail."

Nadelen: "The service, and the smile on employee’s faces. Rolling their eyes at people because we want to know why we’re being delayed is disrespectful"

Voordelen: "nothing since i was not able to make it on time"
Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Nadelen: "Le vol a accusé un retard de une heure et en plus on n'a changé du lieu d'embarquement qui est passé du 77 au 75.il fallait que chaque voyageur se renseigne."

Nadelen: "Le déclassement en classe économique sans prévenir et une indemnisation impossible vol British opéré par American et donc les deux compagnie se renvoie la balle pour l’indemnisation (trois cents dollars par siège....) Plus jamais de voyage sur cette compagnie"

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Voordelen: "Mon avion est parti de SF à Miami pendant une heure puis à fait Demi-tour. Nous avons attendu 2h à l’aéroport. Nous n’avons pas été pris en charge. Terrible expérience. Je n’ai pas été remboursée."

Nadelen: "Flight left the gate late, then sat on the tarmac for 30 minutes causing me to miss my connection to Austin. Couldn't get another flight that night to Austin so flew to Dallas, got in at midnight, had a to get a room which was not reimbursed. So sick of American Airlines and will not use them aga"

Nadelen: "Three + hour delay out of ORD, equipment problems. Even though she had a boarding pass, they would not allow wife to board. Some ticketing problem between AA and BA. Finally, they let her on. We were the last to board."

Voordelen: "Experience was fine, Flight was late leaving & plane seamed pretty old. The crew however is was very good."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants were friendly and in-flight entertainment was good, including easy access to power ports."
Nadelen: "Delayed about an hour due to weather. However, another 2 hours spent screwing around sitting on the plane after boarding because no one anticipated DCA restrictions. Then on arrival sat another 30 minutes waiting for a gate. Adding insult to injury, took about 40 minutes to get luggage. Weather is understandable, but the rest was just mismanagement."

Nadelen: "I didn’t like the fact I had to wait 5 and a half hours in the airport and not being compensated by the airline, who for some reason penalize anyone of their passagers if they are late or want to change a flight. I was also late for a meeting"

Voordelen: "Despite numerous delays, we made it to Philadelphia. We were alerted to the delays in a timely manner. We were also treated to a snack cart and cupcakes to celebrate the first day of direct flights."
Nadelen: "A long delay. Patience is everything and the staff and crew were very friendly."

Voordelen: "Called 1-800 hotline and got a new flight"
Nadelen: "Was at gate onntime for flight. At boarding time passengers were informed if there was an issue with the plane and maintenance is on their way to check out the problem. 30 minutes later we were still till that maintenance is on their way. One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."

Voordelen: "We were 40 minutes delayed but received good communication and had an uneventful flight otherwise."

Nadelen: "Due to technical error my flight delayed and I missed my flight to Hyd from London. I was traveling on personal medical emergency and missed an important surgery of my mother."

Voordelen: "Missed it!"

Voordelen: "The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated."
Nadelen: "1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc)."

Nadelen: "Departed late and missed connection due to an overage of fuel. The crew took an additional 45 minutes to defuel the plane of 8000 gallons. Wth?! Have to stay overnight in Chicago now."

Nadelen: "It was a little hot in the plane at during start and touchdown"
