A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."

Ceci est simplement RIDICULE! L'agent ma mentionné que cela allait changer bientot et redevenir comme avant donc, ne pas avoir a payer pour notre valise! En fait j'aimerais savoir si possible de me faire rembourser ce montant lors du changement . Laisser moi savoir ou je dois faire la plainte svp car je n'en reviens simplement pas. Avec tous respect, Merci de votre ecoute"

Nadelen: "À Mexico City, l'employé de Aeroméxico me demande de récupérer mon bagage à Bogotá pour le remettre à un agent afin d'effectuer le transfert vers ma deuxième destination. C'est ce que je fais. Le temps de passer la douane et de récupérer mon bagage, le 2e avion avait décollé. Je me retrouve donc bloqué à Bogota. Aeroméxico n'est d'aucune aide et je me vois contraint de racheter un 2e billet d'avion."

We opted to rent a car and Had to cancel our return flight home to be refunded. American Airlines cancelled multiple flights and were in total disarray. Still waiting to see if they will honor the refund"

Nadelen: "Had to wait 4 hours inside a tiny plane while taxing in DCA before taking off. Crew offered water just once during this 4 hr delay inside a plane. The flight was supposed to be 45 min so most of the passengers weren't prepared for it. Terrible. Most of the people on the plane lost their connections."

Nadelen: "Can’t think of one thing - unless a flying saucer could have delivered me like in about 5 minutes to Cabo! Ok - maybe one thing: charging for a checked bag on international flight seems rediculous (you asked)."

Nadelen: "The food options on the brochure were not available, flight attendants had bad attitude and negative vibe"

Nadelen: "A couple of flight attendants were a bit grumpy/short with passengers. Lack of food definitely not ideal but glad they could get something given circumstances with health department. Still waiting for promised vouchers to arrive."

Voordelen: "I enjoyed the customer service, the nice landing and the pilots recognition that too many announcements on night time flights is unwanted."
Nadelen: "I was on the plane for 50 minutes before we departed. I was in group 6. The people before my group waited even longer. I also don't like Americans stand alone terminal at LAX; there's no vendors or services there."

Nadelen: "Couldn't check in online. Couldn't get a straight answer as to why. Kept getting the runaround from Kayak, American Airlines and British Airways. Never booking through kayak again."

Voordelen: "We were notified of the pending delay in our flight from Athens to Philly very promptly on the morning of the 10th. We immediately called and spoke to a British Airways agent and also a supervisor who was understanding and kind enough to accommodate us by reserving seats on a later connecting flight with American Airlines from Philly to Phoenix. We did not receive a confirming email and ended up calling back. We were then told that Vouchers will be waiting for us at the Philadelphia airport with our names."
Nadelen: "When we checked in at Athens airport there was no information available for our connecting flight in Philadelphia. The AA counter was chaotic, the agents were rude and had changed our seats to 2 separate areas. When we arrived in Philadelphia there were no vouchers waiting for us. The only thing that the agent could find were seat assignments . We stood in line over an hour waiting for her to figure out what had happened and almost missed our connecting flight . Even though my daughter was in a wheelchair with a brace on her leg and in pain, the agent at the counter was not very empathetic at all. The agent also kept saying that this was not correct somebody made a mistake to tell us we were booked and that person will get in trouble. Eventually she spoke with the supervisor and gave us 2 boarding passes."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"

Nadelen: "No comfort. The USB wasn't working, even with the pilot telling us about it's availability."

Voordelen: "It was IBERIA Flight: -Seating was good--very nice reclining seats. -Flight left and arrived on time.."
Nadelen: "It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Thank you for listening."

Voordelen: "Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."

Nadelen: "To be honest, i feel like your pricing is very misleading. I was not prepared to pay $60 per bag in luggage fees. For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Nadelen: "Crew couldn't say if there was or was not meat in the meals."

Voordelen: "After fixing the mistake they gave us two adjacent seats on the plane."
Nadelen: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Voordelen: "The plane didn’t have coach puls class that I paied for and they gave me an upgrade to business class! Great Surprise!"

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Nadelen: "We were waiting for a long time in the bus from the airport to the aircraft. Once we got to the plane, we were waiting inside the bus again."

Nadelen: "No entertainment. Flight was an hour late due to mechanical problems. They could have kept us better informed."

Nadelen: "Boarding process could’ve been organized better to make for a more efficient and speedy journey onto plane."

Nadelen: "Watch out for the extra fees and restrictions. We booked a flight knowing that we weren’t allowed a free carryon. We didn’t know the cost for one checked bag was $120!"

Nadelen: "Good flight, on time. Service ok. Captain did a good job communicating. Nice touch with wine at dinner."

Nadelen: "We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead."

Voordelen: "My eyes were closed and the crew passed by while serving food but did not wake me up. As a traveller I been woken up while food was served or food was kept on the seat tray."

Nadelen: "I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Nadelen: "One of my checked bags never arrived. It has been a week and I still don't have my bag."

Voordelen: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Nadelen: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Voordelen: "everything was fine. nothing specifically wrong or bad."
Nadelen: "had the same food the third time this week. they could do more"

Nadelen: "I was livid by their unapologetic nature, their disorganization, their delays, the fact that every customer service agent said something different, the fact we had to pay for bags twice as a result of their delays. We should t have to do extra work to get reimbursed after the fact. They should not charge us right the. and there. It’s stealing. They cost us money and we didn’t get what we paid for."

Nadelen: "No air conditioning. Lots of apps didn’t work on the entertainment device."

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Nadelen: "We missed our connection Lisbon to Venice because our plane out of Boston was delayed. We flew TAP Lisbon to Rome and then Alitalia to Venice. Our fight to Rome was delayed. We were never told the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. We just stood at the gate waiting to board and time ticked further and further past the boarding time listed on our tickets."

Voordelen: "Disorganised boarding and staff not efficient Plane was not cleaned until passengers arrived at plane and waited in buses while they finished cleaning, waited standing approximately 30 minutes at plane on bus"

Voordelen: "Both check ins (to and from Boston) the staff were rude. No information, just alot of speaking Portuguese to other staffers while my family and I stood there. The flight and crew were good, clean, kind and efficient."
Nadelen: "There was a strike in Lisbon. Thousands of people trying to go through security and four people working the booths. Plus NO information. Just chaos, bad feelings and HOURS of standing in lines. Stressful. Will NEVER go to Lisbon again."

Voordelen: "Great comfy seats, checking was a breeze and the staff were friendly"
Nadelen: "No entertainment and I thought there should have been a little more food. What they did provide was good just a little shy on the quantity. INternational flight with no free bags."

Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."
Nadelen: "We arrived with 20 Minutes delay...and it was just the first shuttle of the day... could have been better"

Voordelen: "The flight was very quick but pre boarding process was too long.There was no beverage service on the flight."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Nadelen: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

Nadelen: "Having to wait 3 hours in Lisbon airport after airline failed to hold our ny flight leg. Needed to stay overnight and be rebooked. Customer service lines in Lisbon worst I have seen in over 30 years of flying"

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade to Business Class on this flight... Relieving the tension of overbooking in economy..I guess my lucky day.."

Nadelen: "I had a 17 hour overnight layover in Lisbon and I am a gold member of star alliance yet the TAP customer service desk in Lisbon told me they can not give me a hotel voucher for the night! Seems wrong."

Nadelen: "TAP is the worst. I"d rather walk than book a flight with them."

Voordelen: "Low cost"

I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
