No more flights to Bremen so we then were redirected to a flight to Hamburg. We had to fly from Munich to Vienna and then from Vienna to Hamburg. The flight from Munich to Vienna was delayed by 40 minutes which made us lose the connecting flight. We had to wait until the next morning for a flight to Hamburg, where as we arrived our luggage was lost. The staff ensured us that our connecting flights were waiting for us, however the flights had left 20 minutes prior to our arrival. The staff was nice but the communication was poor."

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "The airline lost my suitcase and deliver it only 72 hours later... They refused to give me proper compensation for items that were broken..."

Nadelen: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Voordelen: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

What they do during boarding is jump on anyone who would dare to place a piece of garment in the overhead bins. It comes through as a fad..."

Nadelen: "Crew didn’t show up. They later said it that they weren’t picked up. Weak excuse since they’re probably near the airport/airline could have informed us/flight could have been delayed properly. Everyone was there, plane was locked and departure delayed by some 36-40 minutes"

Nadelen: "Their online luggage fee sucks. I had to pay again at the counter when my online purchases didn’t show up on their computer. Ended up paying a higher luggage fee at the counter. Not good!"

Nadelen: "We arrived at the airport at 9:00 to check in for our flight that was scheduled for departure at 12:15 and we were told that we could not check in until 2 hours before the flight (10:15). All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1. No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2. They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3. We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4. We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5. We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6. We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l"

Voordelen: "A cancelled flight, bankruptcy, no refund, no one answered through phone."

Voordelen: "Everything else was excellent."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment on this flight"

Voordelen: "Short flight crew was very friendly. Not many passengers so crew let us move around"

Nadelen: "food"

Voordelen: "There were lots of entertainment options"
Nadelen: "Had my call button on for an hour to get some water to take an aspirin and no one ever came."

Voordelen: "Entertainment options"
Nadelen: "Had problem with luggage, did not like food specifically cheese on dark bread sandwich, did not like going to gate but would need to climb stairs and get shuttle to plane"

Voordelen: "I had not flown overseas in so long that I had forgotten how nice flying could be. The flight attendants were especially attentive and helpful. Not only did we get a "free" meal, but it included white or red wine if desired. I felt like I was experiencing what flying used to be like in an earlier time."

Voordelen: "Really comfy headrests and blankets. Easiest plane I've slept on by far."
Nadelen: "Headset wasn't working so I could watch tv or listen to music."

Voordelen: "Flight was quiet and smooth"
Nadelen: "Food was substandard Leg space very crummy"

Nadelen: "One of the entertainment systems was in disrepair. The headphone jack was jammed and the USB charge port was broken."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Food quality was awful, no entertainment whatsoever and the smallest seats I have sat on. Legroom is extremely tight"

Voordelen: "Wine was offered complimentary to the meal"
Nadelen: "Boarding process was a mess, flight was late due to the confusion. Crew took forever to collect trash after the in flight meal was over."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Really old plane, nasty food and rude flight attendants."

Nadelen: "HORRIBLE seats. So unbelievably uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "It is known that RyanAir is not the top class of comfort."

Nadelen: "Courtoisie, respecté les horaires"

Nadelen: "As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????"

Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. So, no further comments required..."

Voordelen: "Franchement avec tout le retard accumulé c’est juste complique ´s’ apprécier le professionnalisme de l’ équipage..."
Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Nadelen: "Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport."

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Nadelen: "It's Ryanair. We know that they won't change."

Voordelen: "Rien"
Nadelen: "Stop à la pub pendant le vol. 1h de vol= 1 h de dérangement à essayer de nous fourguer les produits vendus à Bord. Et comme toujours avec RyanAir retard du vol."

Nadelen: "Politique des bagages en cabine flou . On a du payer pour 20€ pour un « cabine bagage «  qui devait aller en soute... checkin ouvert la veille le soir pour le lendemain midi ( vol re)..Tarif affiché pour un petit sac et un embarquement non prioritaire. À savoir pour la prochaine fois avec ryanair"

Voordelen: "cheap?"
Nadelen: "the fare and baggage rule become complicated."

Nadelen: "Unfortunately, I had no other option than flying low-cost. Bought the most expensive ticket I could to be in first row and have enough overhead bin space, but that still did not help the situation of a very disorganized boarding, very uncouth flight attendants, uncomfortable seats, absolutely no free drinks (not even a bottle of water), constant selling of useless things, people using the toilet in the front, obnoxious travelers, and getting yelled at. Also, contrary to what was suggested on the Ryanair web site regarding fast check-in, priority boarding and access to lounges, none of those Flying 200+ legs per year on Star Alliance flights in business and up, I truly hope I never have to take such a horrendous flight again."

Nadelen: "Nous trouvons injuste de prendre 20€ par personne (nous sommes 2 personnes = 40€) de ne pas avoir imprimé nos "boarding cards". Nous sommes 2 retraités qui n'avons pas de smart phone et ce n'était pas possible pour nous d'avoir accès à notre messagerie. On n'avait pas un ordinateur avec nous. Pour prendre 40€ simplement pour ça, ce n'est pas bien juste. Au moins, il faut prévenir en GRANDES LETTRES que si on n'imprime pas les boarding cards, on doit payer lourd pour cela."

Voordelen: "The flight itself was great.... just the 90 min delay that put a downer on things."
Nadelen: "The 90 minute delay was a bit of a killer... also we where not told about the delay when checking in our hold luggage.... one of my party smoke and where a bit put out to find out about the delay once they had gone through customs etc and then couldn’t smoke."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Voordelen: "The staff was good and attentive even under difficult circumstances."
Nadelen: "I took two flights today. Both were late. Ryanair also lost my baggage."

Nadelen: "Waiting time, unfriendly crew, pilot out of the cabin chatting with the door wide open."

Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"

Nadelen: "We bought our tickets online, and even had the Ryan Air mobile app, yet still SOL. When we arrive at departure airport no mobile bording pass option (for our tickets), no kiosk for printing. Ling line to pay 50 quid for tucket printing, lol."

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "Encore en retard"

Voordelen: "The staff did the best they could with what they had I think"
Nadelen: "The boarding was chaotic and slow. The flight was delayed. Never a fan of having to pay for even just water (especially after an hour on the tarmac waiting to take off)"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"

Nadelen: "Went well took a long time to get luggage at claim"

Voordelen: "Vol pas cher"
Nadelen: "Le retard et les sièges pas très confortables même pour un trajet de moins de 2h"

Voordelen: "The crew is friendly"
Nadelen: "The Nicole and Dime! The waiting, the process to check in, the airports they use."

Voordelen: "Pas grand chose"
Nadelen: "Le retard, le confort de l'avion, l'amabilité du personnel, les places dans l'avion"

Voordelen: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."
Nadelen: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."

Nadelen: "La vente de produit... impossible de se détendre...toujours une personne entrain de parler dans le micro... Pénible"

Nadelen: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"

Voordelen: "Staff is young and energetic! Beat crew on trip so fat and we've been on three other planes."
Nadelen: "Seats are eat too close if you are,tall. The landing was a,3,out of 10."

Voordelen: "Rien."
Nadelen: "Retard de 2h30 au départ. J ai raté un rendez-vous important! Peu d espace dans l avion entre voisins de côte et de devant."

Voordelen: "A l'heure, le prix"

Voordelen: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Nadelen: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."

Voordelen: "Super"

Voordelen: "je ne repasserai plus jms par kayak! On me promet que Latam sera la compagnie de basse entre Berlin et Natal et je m aperçois au moment ou le billet arrive sur mon ordinateur, qu il y a plusieurs compagnie dont Ryanair qui facture les bagages et la carte d embarquement. De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"

Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."

Nadelen: "Rayanair dispose les passagers de manière à ce que les voyageur ayant pris leur billet ensemble ne puisse pas être a coté. Ceci est fait volontairement pour facturer une option supplémentaire.. Honteux !!"
